How about a “Whole World” Caliphate Empire made up of the Known World when the Old Testament Prophets wrote their Prophecies!

As you know, I have contended for many years God quite commonly used metaphors in the prophecies he wrote through the writers of the Scriptures. You also know I have contended for some 40 years that the coming “whole world” empire of the Antichrist would only consist of territories occupied by Islamic countries. Again, you also know I have been advocating for the last couple of years his empire would amount to an Islamic caliphate, with him having ABSOLUTE CONTROL over it as the Caliph. I urge you to carefully examine this Blog.
If I am right about what you have just read, a lot of believers, who are waiting for the Antichrist to arise in Europe and dominate the whole world as we know it today, are going to be caught completely by surprise by this Islamic Antichrist, who is likely to suddenly arise and come out of Syria against the Land of Israel. At least I hope you will take time to consider it.

Palestinians Back Caliphate over Politics

Any talk about a return to the caliphate, any talk about a return to religious values is something that is attractive to people,” said Majid Abu Malah, 55, a teacher who attends regularly. He, like many others, says he has given up on both Hamas and Fatah.

Continuing “How about a ‘Whole World’ Caliphate Empire.”
Revelation 13:1,2 – And I stood upon the sand of the sea, and saw a beast rise up out of the sea, having seven heads and ten horns, and upon his horns ten crowns, and upon his heads the name of blasphemy. [2] And the beast which I saw was like unto a leopard, and his feet were as the feet of a bear, and his mouth as the mouth of a lion: and the dragon gave him his power, and his seat, and great authority.
John looks backwards through the four beast empires that had affected and afflicted Israel as Daniel had prophesied they would in his 600 A.D. writings. The most recent before the Roman Empire was the leopard empire formed by Alexander the Great, the great Greek or Macedonian Empire. It was preceded by the bear empire, the great Persian Empire, which in turn was preceded by the lion empire, the Babylonian Empire. The Caliphate Empire of the Antichrist will “roughly” cover an overlay of the total land area occupied during the Macedonian, Persian, and Babylonian Empires. I believe it will also include Morocco, Algeria, and Tunisia.
John was standing on the sandy sea shore of the Mediterranean Sea when he wrote this, and it is this sea to which he refers. He only refers back to three of the four beasts in Daniel 7, omitting the fourth beast which was the Roman Empire of his day. When I first interpreted this verse some 50 years ago, I thought John had omitted the fourth beast because he was living and writing during its heyday. But later I started to think, “that does not make sense, he would most surely have included it.” He specifically excluded it because only the southern half of it was to be a part of the final world empire of the “known world” at the time he was writing, and Europe would not be a part of it. There are many different Bible reference sources that picture the territories occupied by the three beasts to which John and Daniel make reference. The three beasts to which John referred are described in Daniel 7:4-6.
Daniel 7:4-6 – The first was like a lion, and had eagle’s wings: I beheld till the wings thereof were plucked, and it was lifted up from the earth, and made stand upon the feet as a man, and a man’s heart was given to it. [5] And behold another beast, a second, like to a bear, and it raised up itself on one side, and it had three ribs in the mouth of it between the teeth of it: and they said thus unto it, Arise, devour much flesh.
[6] After this I beheld, and lo another, like a leopard, which had upon the back of it four wings of a fowl; the beast had also four heads; and dominion was given to it.
The Holy Spirit commonly uses hyperboles in Bible prophecies. Please consider the following Archive Prophecy Update 73A, June 23, 2002.

THE WORD HYPERBOLE COMES FROM THE GREEK – IT MEANS “TO DELIBERATELY THROW OUTSIDE OR INSIDE A MARKED LINE FOR EFFECT, MAKING THE AREA LARGER OR SMALLER THAN IT TRULY IS – IT IS EXAGGERATION FOR EFFECT, AND IT IS NOT MEANT TO BE TAKEN LITERALLY – IT DOES INDEED EXAGGERATE OR DIMISH BEYOND THE FACTS, EXCEEDING THE TRUTH.” IT’S USED AT TIMES IN PROPHECY TO IDENTIFY A VERY SMALL AREA AS ONE THAT IS MUCH LARGER.
IT IS NOT A LIE SINCE THE HEARER OR READER IS ACQUAINTED WITH HYPERBOLE BEING AN EXAGGERATED STATEMENT. THE FOLLOWING EXPRESSIONS: “THE WHOLE EARTH, ALL THE WORLD, OR WHERESOEVER MEN SHALL DWELL ON THE EARTH, ETC. ARE, MANY TIMES, NOT REFERRING TO THE ENTIRE SURFACE OF THE EARTH FROM POLE TO POLE AND AROUND ITS EQUATOR. I DO BELIEVE THIS HAS CAUSED MANY TO EXAGGERATE THE SIZE AND STRENGTH OF THE FINAL EMPIRE OF ANTICHRIST.
WE KNOW THAT NONE OF THE FOLLOWING EMPIRES OF THE BIBICAL OLD TESTAMENT EVER DOMINATED WHAT WE IDENTIFY AS “THE WORLD OF TODAY.”
Daniel 8:5,21,22 – And as I was considering, behold, an he goat came from the west ON THE FACE OF THE WHOLE EARTH, and touched not the ground: and the goat had a notable horn between his eyes. [21] And the rough goat is the king of Grecia: and the great horn that is between his eyes is the first king. [22] Now that being broken, whereas four stood up for it, four kingdoms shall stand up out of the nation, but not in his power.
Daniel 2:32-34,38,39 – This image’s head was of fine gold, his breast and his arms of silver, his belly and his thighs of brass, [33] His legs of iron, his feet part of iron and part of clay. [34] Thou sawest till that a stone was cut out without hands, which smote the image upon his feet that were of iron and clay, and brake them to pieces. [38] And WHERESOEVER THE CHILDREN OF MEN DWELL, the beasts of the field and the fowls of the heaven hath he given into thine hand, and hath made thee ruler OVER THEM ALL. Thou art this head of gold. [39] And after thee shall arise another kingdom inferior to thee, and another third kingdom of brass, which shall bear rule OVER ALL THE EARTH.
Daniel 7:3,23-27,11-14 – And four great beasts came up from the sea, diverse one from another. [23] Thus he said, The fourth beast shall be the fourth kingdom upon earth, which shall be diverse from all kingdoms, and shall devour THE WHOLE EARTH, and shall tread it down, and break it in pieces. [24] And the ten horns out of this kingdom are ten kings that shall arise: and another shall rise after them; and he shall be diverse from the first, and he shall subdue three kings. [25] And he shall speak great words against the most High, and shall wear out the saints of the most High, and think to change times and laws: and they shall be given into his hand until a time and times and the dividing of time. [26] But the judgment shall sit, and they shall take away his dominion, to consume and to destroy it unto the end. [27] And the kingdom and dominion, and the greatness of the kingdom UNDER THE WHOLE HEAVEN, shall be given to the people of the saints of the most High, whose kingdom is an everlasting kingdom, and all dominions shall serve and obey him. (Please note that his millennial empire of Christ will take in everything “UNDER THE WHOLE HEAVEN.” This expression would include the earth as we know it today.)
THE FOLLOWING SCRIPTURES CONTAIN HYPERBOLE THAT MEANT THE KNOWN WORLD OF JOHN’S DAY, NOT ALL THE WORLD AS WE KNOW IT TODAY.
Revelation 13:1,2,5-12,16,17 – And I stood upon the sand of the sea, and saw a beast rise up out of the sea, having seven heads and ten horns, and upon his horns ten crowns, and upon his heads the name of blasphemy. [16] And he causeth ALL, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads: [17] And that NO man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name.
Revelation 17:12-18 – And the ten horns which thou sawest are ten kings, which have received no kingdom as yet; but receive power as kings one hour with the beast. [13] These have one mind, and shall give their power and strength unto the beast. [14] These shall make war with the Lamb, and the Lamb shall overcome them: for he is Lord of lords, and King of kings: and they that are with him are called, and chosen, and faithful. [15] And he saith unto me, The waters which thou sawest, where the whore sitteth, are peoples, and multitudes, and nations, and tongues. [16] And the ten horns which thou sawest upon the beast, these shall hate the whore, and shall make her desolate
and naked, and shall eat her flesh, and burn her with fire. [17] For God hath put in their hearts to fulfil his will, and to agree, and give their kingdom unto the beast, until the words of God shall be fulfilled. [18] And the woman which thou sawest is that great city, which reigneth over THE KINGS OF THE EARTH.
AS INDICATED PREVIOUSLY, SCRIPTURES THAT USE THE HEAVENS TO DESCRIBE THE AREA OF THE EARTH INTENDED TO BE CONVEYED TO US, MEAN THE WHOLE EARTH AS WE PRESENTLY KNOW IT. THESE THREE SCRIPTURES WHICH FOLLOW ARE OF THAT TYPE:
Daniel 7:27 + Matthew 24:31 + Mark 13:27 – And the kingdom and dominion, and the greatness of the kingdom UNDER THE WHOLE HEAVEN, shall be given to the people of the saints of the most High, whose kingdom is an everlasting kingdom, and all dominions shall serve and obey him. [31] And he shall send his angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they shall gather together his elect from the four winds, FROM ONE END OF HEAVEN TO THE OTHER. [27] And then shall he send his angels, and shall gather together his elect from the four winds, from the UTTER-MOST PART OF THE EARTH TO THE UTTER-MOST PART OF HEAVEN.
BUT THE FOLLOWING FIVE SCRIPTURES MEAN THE WORLD AS IT WAS KNOWN WHEN JOHN WROTE THE BOOK OF REVELATION.
Romans 1:8 + Colossians 1:5,6 + Acts 19:27 + 24:5
[8] First, I thank my God through Jesus Christ for you all, that your faith is spoken of THROUGHOUT THE WHOLE WORLD. [5] For the hope which is laid up for you in heaven, whereof ye heard before in the word of the truth of the gospel; [6] Which is come unto you, as it is IN ALL THE WORLD; and bringeth forth fruit, as it doth also in you, since the day ye heard of it, and knew the grace of God in truth: [27] So that not only this our craft is in danger to be set at nought; but also that the temple of the great goddess Diana should be despised, and her magnificence should be destroyed, whom ALL ASIA AND THE WORLD WORSHIPPETH. [5] For we have found this man a pestilent fellow, and a mover of sedition among all the Jews THROUGHOUT THE WORLD, and a ringleader of the sect of the Nazarenes:
Revelation 12:9,17 – And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth THE WHOLE WORLD: he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him. [17] And the dragon was wroth with the woman, and went to make war with the remnant of her seed, which keep the commandments of God, and have the testimony of Jesus Christ.
The conclusions that I draw from all these Scriptures are as follows:
(1) The Antichrist will only dominate the known world of John’s day.
(2) His empire will be weak because it will be composed of Islamic nations that don’t hold together well.
(3) When an expression is used referring to the size of his empire in the book of Revelation it is used as a hyperbole, and does not refer to all the world as we know it today.
(4) I do not believe the mark of the beast will be put on residents of the western hemisphere.
(5) I do believe it will be put on in Europe, Africa, the Middle East, Russia, and parts of Asia.
T he antichrist will certainly have influence in t
he nations of the western world, but he will not dominate them.
End of Special Prophecy Update Number 73A
I am certainly prepared to be wrong in my belief in the size of his empire and in the degree of his domination. In other words, I know the popular teachings of many men and women on this subject, and I am prepared for their antichrist, but are they prepared for an Islamic one that takes over Europe in a burn, baby, burn scenario, by a constantly growing Islamic population in Europe.
Revelation 17:15-18 – And he saith unto me, The waters which thou sawest, where the whore sitteth, are peoples, and multitudes, and nations, and tongues. [16] And the ten horns which thou sawest upon the beast, these shall hate the whore, and shall make her desolate and naked, and shall eat her flesh, and burn her with fire. [17] For God hath put in their hearts to fulfil his will, and to agree, and give their kingdom unto the beast, until the words of God shall be fulfilled. [18] And the woman which thou sawest is that great city, which reigneth over the kings of the earth.
The city that reigned over the kings of the earth in John’s day was Rome. The recent Islamic burnings that raged in France for weeks will sweep across Europe when ordered by the Islamic Antichrist. In case you haven’t been reading newspapers or watching television for the last two years, the Islamic population is slowly taking over Europe.
If it seems insane to believe one day an Islamic uprising in Europe may see the city of Rome burning as well as all of the European religious structures, I ask you to consider the numerous articles that have shown the rise of Islamic in Europe over the last forty years, and the one which follows that I just received from Roy Phillips.
The Rape of Europe

The German author Henryk M. Broder recently told the Dutch Newspaper “DeVolkskrant” that young Europeans who love freedom, better emigrate.
Europe as we know it will not exist twenty years from now.
While sitting on a terrace in Berlin, Broder pointed to the other customers and the passers-by and said, “We are watching the world of yesterday.” Europe is turning Muslim.. As Broder is sixty years old he is not going to emigrate. “I am too old,” he said. However, he urged young people to get out and “move to Australia or New Zealand. That is the only option they have if they want to avoid the plagues that will turn the old continent uninhabitable.”
Many Germans and Dutch, apparently, did not wait for Broder’s advice. The number of emigrants leaving the Netherlands and Germany has already surpassed the number of immigrants moving in. One does not have to be prophetic to predict, like Henryk Broder, that Europe is becoming Islamic.
Just consider the demographics.
The number of Muslims in Europe is estimated to be 50 million. – It is expected to double in twenty years. By 2025, one third of all European children will be born to Muslim families. – Today Mohammed is already the most popular name for newborn boys in Brussels , Amsterdam, Rotterdam , and other major European cities.
Broder is convinced that the Europeans are not willing to oppose Islamization. “The dominant ethos,” he told De Volkskrant, “is perfectly voiced by the stupid blonde woman author with whom I recently debated. She said that it is sometimes better to let yourself be raped than to risk serious injuries while resisting.
She said it is
sometimes better to avoid fighting than run the risk of death.”
In a recent Op-Ed piece in the Brussels newspaper De Standaard the Dutch author Oscar Van Den Boogaard refers to Broder’s interview. Van den Boogaard says that to him coping with the islamization of Europe is like “a process of mourning.”He is overwhelmed by a “feeling of sadness.” “I am not a warrior,” he says, “but who is? I have never learned to fight for my freedom. I was only good at enjoying it.”
Consider that in all of Europe no one under the age of 65 has picked up arms in defense of their country.
That task has been borne by the United States since Hitler surrendered in 1945.
As Tom Bethell wrote in this month’s American Spectator: “Just at The most basic level of demography the secular-humanist option is not working.” But there is more to it than the fact that non-religious people tend not to have as many children as religious people, because many of them prefer to “enjoy” freedom rather than renounce it for the sake of children.
Secularists, it seems to me, are also less keen on fighting. Since they do not believe in an afterlife, this life is the only thing they have to lose. Hence they will rather accept submission than fight. Like the German feminist Broder referred to, they prefer to be raped than to resist.
Islamization is simply the consequence. The very word Islam means “submission” and the secularists have submitted already. Many Europeans have already become Muslims, though they do not realize it or do not want to admit it.
Some of the people I meet in the U.
S. are particularly worried about the rise of anti-Semitism in Europe. Contemporary Anti-Semitism in Europe (at least when coming from native Europeans) is related to anti- Americanism.
People who are not prepared to resist and are eager to submit, hate others who do not want to submit and are prepared to fight. They hate them because they are afraid that the latter will endanger their lives as well. In their view everyone must submit. This is why they have come to hate Israel and America so much, and the small band of European “Islamophobes” who dare to talk about what they see happening around them.
West Europeans have to choose between submission (Islam) or death. Europeans apparently never read John Stuart Mill: “War is an ugly thing, but not the ugliest of things; the decayed and degraded state of moral and patriotic feeling which thinks nothing is worth a war, is worse.” “A man who has nothing which he cares more about than he does about his personal safety is a miserable creature who has no chance at being free, unless made and kept so by the exertions of better men than himself.”

Most of the believing world is prepared for an antichrist that arises in Europe and dominates the entire world as we know it today. The area of the size of his empire, as it is taught today, arose in the early 19th century, and was solidified by most writers in the 20th century. If I am correct about the size and dominion of his empire, (See Prophecy Update Numbers 77, 77A, 77B, 77C in Archives), then many are going to be shocked when he finally shows up on the scene. In any case, I am persuaded we are going to find out the literal answer, as to its size, before 2013. So I am prepared for an empire that dominates the known world of today or one that only extends over the area occupied by the four beasts of Daniel. In any case, WATCH THE MIDDLE EAST for the answer – I believe it likely we will know within the next six years.
