It is ridiculous to pinpoint a particular baby or a group of babies
as being “the” baby or “within” a selected group of babies. There is no way to scientifically do it.
However, scientists agree there is no question the world population is increasing. and it is now becoming more and more difficult to feed it. We will continue to see famine increase in the Old World of the time when John wrote Revelation.
Man’s fantastical decline in world population will in the Tribulation Period of some 3 & ½ years, which I believe is LIKELY to start at some point between 2013 and 2015.
By 2025, which the Excerpt from the Belfast Telegraph Excerpt estimates the world population to reach 8 Billion (I am convinced it would occur much sooner if the Tribulation Period didn’t occur), but by 2025 I am convinced all the earth will be experiencing the reign of the Lord over all the earth.
We are in the initial stages of the beginning of sorrows which will phase abruptly into 3 & ½ years of Tribulation ending at the final battle of Armageddon terminated by the 2nd Advent of Messiah and beginning of his Millennial Reign.
MESSIAH’S TEMPLE WILL NOT BE BUILT UNTIL ANTICHRIST’S TROOPS HAVE TRODDEN JERUSALEM UNDER FOOT FOR 3 & ½ YEARS WHILE THE TWO WITNESSES PROPHESY TO 1/3 OF JEWS LEFT WITHIN ISRAEL IN ITS VAST NEGEV WILDERNESS.
Revelation 11:2,3 – But the court which is without the temple leave out, and measure it not; for it is given unto the Gentiles: and the holy city shall they tread under foot forty and two months. [3] And I will give power unto my two witnesses, and they shall prophesy a thousand two hundred and threescore days, clothed in sackcloth.
Zechariah 13:8 – And it shall come to pass, that in all the land, saith the Lord, two parts therein shall be cut off and die; but the third shall be left therein.
At the end of the 3 & 1/3 years of being surrounded, the Lord will return at his 2nd Advent to deliver her from her great trial in the Negev Wilderness.
Zechariah 13:9 – And I will bring the third part through the fire, and will refine them as silver is refined, and will try them as gold is tried: they shall call on my name, and I will hear them: I will say, It is my people: and they shall say, The Lord is my God.
“THE LORD MY GOD SHALL COME, AND ALL THE SAINTS WITH THEE”
Zechariah 14:1-5 – Behold, the day of the Lord cometh, and thy spoil shall be divided in the midst of thee. [2] For I will gather all nations against Jerusalem to battle; and the city shall be taken, and the houses rifled, and the women ravished; and half of the city shall go forth into captivity, and the residue of the people shall not be cut off from the city. [3] Then shall the Lord go forth, and fight against those nations, as when he fought in the day of battle. [4] And his feet shall stand in that day upon the mount of Olives, which is before Jerusalem on the east, and the mount of Olives shall cleave in the midst thereof toward the east and toward the west, and there shall be a very great valley; and half of the mountain shall remove toward the north, and half of it toward the south. [5] And ye shall flee to the valley of the mountains; for the valley of the mountains shall reach unto Azal: yea, ye shall flee, like as ye fled from before the earthquake in the days of Uzziah king of Judah: and the Lord my God shall come, and all the saints with thee.
“AND THE LORD SHALL BE KING OVER ALL THE EARTH”
Zechariah 14: 8,9 – And it shall be in that day, that living waters shall go out from Jerusalem; half of them toward the former sea, and half of them toward the hinder sea: in summer and in winter shall it be. [9] And the Lord shall be king over all the earth: in that day shall there be one Lord, and his name one.

Matthew 24:7,8 – For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be famines, and pestilences, and earthquakes, in divers places. [8] All these are the beginning of sorrows.
In previous prophecy updates we have discussed the importance of the word “odin”, which is the Greek word translated “sorrows” in Matthew 24:8. It refers to the birth pangs experienced by a woman in childbirth. So in using this word Jesus indicates they will follow this pattern just before he comes again. A woman’s birth pains begin with a single pain and then continue to increase in frequency and intensity until the child is born. These three phenomena, earthquakes, famine, and pestilence had never, in historical records, followed this pattern until Old Jerusalem and the Temple Mount were taken from the Jordanians in 1967. Since that time all three have developed such a pattern. In the two previous prophecy updates we covered earthquakes and pestilence. But what about famine, is it also following the same pattern? Absolutely! The population explosion that has suddenly burst on the scene should come as no surprise to mankind.
The world’s population has roughly, in somewhat similar manner, followed the principle of daily doubling pennies.
Suppose that someone proposed to give you five billion dollars if you would double a penny he gave you for forty days.
Would you take the deal? A single penny on the first day would produce two cents on the second day, four cents on the third day, eight cents on the fourth day, sixteen cents on the fifth day, thirty-two cents on the sixth day, sixty-four cents on the seventh day, and only $1.28 on the eighth day. So, based on what you’ve re ad so f
ar, it seems like a pretty good deal.
But on day forty you would have to fork over move than five billion dollars. This principle is now being added into the famine equation.
The world’s famine outbreaks in the developing countries have been occurring closer and closer together in time since World War II, and this trend, like a woman’s birth pangs, will definitely accelerate until Jesus comes. Why? A few thousand years ago eight men and women descended in an ark “upon the mountains of Ararat,” and then began to multiply. At first, like the penny, the increase was slow and insignificant numerically.
When Jesus was born, the world population had only reached about 200 million. When Columbus sailed the ocean blue in 1492, it had only reached 400 million. But, like the multiplying multiples of the penny, it began to accelerate about the time of the Civil War, and exploded after the Great Depression of the thirties. In 1989 the world population reached five billion and, the same year, eleven million of the earth’s residents died of starvation. The world population passed six billion in October of 1999, and is predicted to reach ten billion in 2030. There is no way under heaven that the developing countries across the Bible Lands of Asia and Africa, where most of this increase is forecast to occur, can fail to have an ever increasing, massive famine. Some say the population will only reach 8.5 billion in 2030. But even if this is true, how can the additional 3.5 billion be fed if 11 million died of starvation in 1989 with a population of only five billion.
In the late seventies, when I wrote my second book, The Tribulation Triad, I pointed out that the famines absolutely had to continue to increase in frequency and intensity. It is even more of a sure thing today! One might suppose that the prediction of thirty million Africans dying from AIDS during the next quarter century, would cause the predicted population growth to be canceled out. Nothing could be farther from the truth!
In spite of this staggering AIDS toll, Africa’s population is expected to double during this time period.
Some say don’ t worry, agricul
tural technology will solve the famine problem. No way! The latest U.N. study found ten percent of the world’s soil profile badly damaged. The three-year study accessed soil conditions on a global scale, and involved more than 250 soil scientists. It marked the first time since World War II that soil profiles had been assessed on a global scale. As reported by Larry B. Stammer in the Los Angeles Times, the study found that “about two-thirds of all seriously eroded land is in Asia and Africa, home to most of the world’s poor.” The article, using the report as its basis, stated: “ Despite the much acclaimed green revolution of the past several decades, which produced unprecedented gains in food production through the introduction of fertilizers and hybrid grains, the per-capita food production has declined in about eighty developing countries in the past decade.” The report, Vital Signs 1993: The Trends That Are Shaping Our Future, as reported by David Brisco in the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette of July 18, 1993, stated: “This new report shows the first clear sign that population is outpacing the food available for humans. The trend is mostly because of record world population growth, but also reflects a slowdown in decades of increasing food supplies. The main sources of food – farms, ranches, and oceans – all appear to be approaching, or may have reached, their maximum per-capita output, according to Vital Signs 1993.” The simple truth is this, the world’s maximum food production, since the mid-nineties, has not been able to keep up with the stork, and the ever increasing population will cause it to fall farther and farther behind. Earthquakes, pestilence, and famine will continue to increase the pain of God’s creation while it awaits the manifestation of his sons at the appearance of his only begotten Son, Jesus Christ.

The seven billionth babies arrive
Monday, 31 October 2011
She came into the world at two minutes before midnight, a tiny, wrinkled girl born into a struggling Manila family and a symbol of the world’s population reaching 7 billion people and all the worries that entails for the planet’s future.
Danica May Camacho, born in a crowded public hospital, was welcomed with a chocolate cake marked “7B Philippines” and a gift certificate for free shoes. There were bursts of photographers’ flashes, and speeches by local officials.
The celebrations reflected symbolism more than demography. Amid the millions of births and deaths around the world each day, it is impossible to pinpoint the arrival of the globe’s 7 billionth occupant. But the UN chose today to mark the day with a string of festivities worldwide, and a series of symbolic 7-billionth babies being born.
Danica was the first, arriving at Manila’s Jose Fabella Memorial Hospital at two minutes before midnight on Sunday – but doctors say that was close enough to count for a Monday birthday.
Demographers say it took until 1804 for the world to reach its first billion people, and a century more until it hit 2 billion in 1927. The twentieth century, though, saw things begin to cascade: 3 billion in 1959; 4 billion in 1974; 5 billion in 1987; 6 billion in 1998.
The UN estimates the world’s population will reach 8 billion by 2025 and 10 billion by 2083. But the numbers could vary widely, depending on everything from life expectancy to access to birth control to infant mortality rates.
In Uttar Pradesh, India – the most populous state in the world’s second-most populous country – officials said they would be appointing seven girls born today to symbolise the 7 billion.
India, which struggles with a deeply held preference for sons and a skewed sex ratio because of millions of aborted female foetuses, is using the day to highlight that issue.
“It would be a fitting moment if the 7 billionth baby is a girl born in rural India,” said Dr Madhu Gupta, an Uttar Pradesh gynaecologist. “It would help in bringing the global focus back on girls, who are subject to inequality and bias.”
