Christ Returns to Dwell during His Millennial Reign!

Isaiah 66:10-12 – Rejoice ye with Jerusalem, and be glad with her, all ye that love her: rejoice for joy with her, all ye that mourn for her: [11] That ye may suck, and be satisfied with the breasts of her consolations; that ye may milk out, and be delighted with the abundance of her glory.

[12] For thus saith the Lord, Behold, I will extend peace to her like a river, and the glory of the Gentiles like a flowing stream: t hen

shall ye suck, ye shall be borne upon her sides, and be dandled upon her knees.

Christ will return at the battle of Armageddon to end the tribulation period, which is “the time of Jacob’s (Israel’s) trouble. A remnant of Israel will come through the Tribulation Period, saved out

of Armageddon to enter the Millennial Reign of their Messiah, Jesus Christ, as the ruling nation on the earth. When the iniquity of the Gentile age comes into its fullness, then the blindness of Israel will cease, and the remnant of Israel will believe and be saved from their sins.

Jeremiah 30:7 – Alas! for that day is great, so that none is like it: it is even the time of Jacob’s trouble; but he shall be saved out of it.

Romans 11:25-28 – For I would not, brethren, that ye should be ignorant of this mystery, lest ye should be wise in your own conceits; that blindness in part is happened to Israel, until the fulness of the Gentiles be come in.

[26] And so all Israel shall be saved: as it is written, There shall come out of Sion the Deliverer, and shall turn away ungodliness from Jacob: [27] For this is my covenant unto them, when I shall take away their sins.

[28] As concerning the gospel, they are enemies for your sakes: but as touching the election, they are beloved for the fathers’ sakes.

Micah 5:2-7 – But thou, Bethlehem Ephratah, though thou be little among the thousands of Judah, yet out of thee shall he come forth unto me that is to be ruler in Israel; whose goings forth have been from of old, from everlasting. [3] Therefore will he give them up, until the time that she which travaileth hath brought forth: then the remnant of his brethren shall return unto the children of Israel. [4] And he shall stand and feed in the strength of the Lord, in the majesty of the name of the Lord his God; and they shall abide: for now shall he be great unto the ends of the earth. [5] And this man shall be the peace, when the Assyrian shall come into our land: and when he shall tread in our palaces, then shall we raise against him seven shepherds, and eight principal men. [6] And they shall waste the land of Assyria with the sword, and the land of Nimrod in the entrances thereof: thus shall he deliver us from the Assyrian, when he cometh into our land, and when he treadeth within our borders.

[7] And the remnant of Jacob shall be in the midst of many people as a dew from the Lord, as the showers upon the grass, that tarrieth not for man, nor waiteth for the sons of men.

ISAIAH 66:13,14 – As one whom his mother comforteth, so will I comfort you; and ye shall be comforted in Jerusalem. [14] And when ye see this, your heart shall rejoice, and your bones shall flourish like an herb: and the hand of the Lord shall be known toward his servants, and his indignation toward his enemies.

Micah 5:8,9 – And the remnant of Jacob shall be among the Gentiles in the midst of many people as a lion among the beasts of the forest, as a young lion among the flocks of sheep: who, if he go through, both treadeth down, and teareth in pieces, and none can deliver. [9] Thine h and shall be lifted up upon thine adversaries,

Zechariah 14:16,17 – And it shall come to pass, that every one that is left of all the nations which came against Jerusalem shall even go up from year to year to worship the King, the Lord of hosts, and to keep the feast of tabernacles.

Micah 4:1-5 – But in the last days it shall come to pass, that the mountain of the house of the Lord shall be established in the top of the mountains, and it shall be exalted above the hills; and people shall flow unto it.

[2] And many nations shall come, and say, Come, and let us go up to the mountain of the Lord, and to the house of the God of Jacob; and he will teach us of his ways, and we will walk in his paths: for the law shall go forth of Zion, and the word of the Lord from Jerusalem. [3] And he shall judge among many people, and rebuke strong nations afar off; and they shall beat their swords into plowshares, and their spears into pruninghooks: nation shall not lift up a sword against nation, neither

shall they learn war any more.

[4] But they shall sit every man under his vine and under his fig tree; and none shall make them afraid: for the mouth of the Lord of hosts hath spoken it. [5] For all people will walk every one in the name of his god, and we will walk in the name of the Lord our God for ever and ever.

Only God knows PRECISELY ‘WHEN’ the forces of Islam will attack Israel!

The best secular estimate based on ‘WHEN’ involves ‘WHEN’ our troops are withdrawn from Iraq and Afghanistan.

Iran and Syria have no desire for a full blown war with Israel with large numbers of American troops in countries along their borders. Iran and Syria know full well that once they have withdrawn, they will not return to fight another ground war in the Middle East.

The Western Powers, Russia, and Ch ina will watch and monitor the war between Islamic forces and Israel

in the Middle East to keep it a non-nuclear contest, but will not become directly involved in the war on the ground until the final great battle of Armageddon, which will be ended by the Second Advent of Messiah.

ISAIAH 66:7-9 – Before she travailed, she brought forth; before her pain came, she wa s

delivered of a man child. [8] Who hath heard such a thing

? who hath seen such things? Sh all

the earth be made to bring forth in one day? or shall a nation be born at once? for as soon as Zion travailed, she brought forth her children. [9] Shall I bring to the birth, and not cause to

bring forth? saith the Lord: shall I cause to bring forth, and shut the womb

? saith thy God.

I have already fully exposited on Isaiah 66:1 to 8 in Parts 1 through 4.

In brief, Israel’s Messiah was born and rejected hundreds of years before her still future great tribulation, through which she must pass for her rejection of Jesus Christ.

Yes, the earth will be made to bring forth a nation in one day at once at the end of the tribulation.

He makes the point that he would not put Israel through the horrific time of birth pangs, bring her to the

point of being his nation, his people, once again, but then shut up her womb to not let her children come forth to him.

Two-thirds of Israel will perish, but God will being a remnant of his children, his elect, through this horrible time of unbelievable terror, and he will claim them as his people, and they will claim him as their Lord their God.

Zechariah 13:8,9 – And it shall come to pass, that in all the land, saith the Lord, two parts therein shall be cut off and die; but the third shall be left therein. [9] And I will bring the third part through the fire, and will refine them as silver is refined, and will try them as gold is tried: they shall call on my name, and I will hear them: I will say, It is my people: and they shall say, The Lord is my God.

Matthew 24:21,22 – For then shall be great tribulation, such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be. [22] And except those days should be shortened, there should no flesh be saved: but for the elect’s sake those days shall be shortened.

Daniel 12:1 – And at that time shall Michael stand up, the great prince which standeth for the children of thy people: and there shall be a time of trouble, such as never was since there was a nation even to that same time: and at that time thy people shall be delivered, every one

ISAIAH 66:9 –Shall I bring to the birth, and not cause to bring forth? saith the Lord: shall I cause to bring forth, and shut the womb? saith thy God.

God will bring Israel to the travail of the birth pains of I Thessalonians 5:3,4. They will not escape

them but they will be delivered from them in the Negev Wilderness after some three and one-half years.

I Thessalonians 5:3,4 – For when they shall say, Peace and safety; then sudden destruction cometh upon them, as travail upon a woman with child; and they shall not escape. [4] But ye, brethren, are not in darkness, that that day should overtake you as a thief.

Isaiah 26:19-21 –Thy dead men shall live, together with my dead body

shall they arise. Awake and sing, ye that dwell in dust: for thy dew is as the dew of herbs, and the earth shall cast out the dead. [20] Come, my people, enter thou into thy chambers, and shut thy doors about thee: hide thyself as it were for a little moment, until the indignation be overpast. [21] For, behold, the Lord cometh out of his place to punish the inhabitants of the earth for their iniquity: the earth also shall disclose her blood, and shall no more cover her slain.

Communique of the International Conference on Afghanistan

On July 20, foreign ministers and diplomats from 70 countries and international organizations attended the International Conference on Afghanistan in Kabul.

The conference backed Afghan President Hamid Karzai’s peace initiative with the Taliban, noting that the peace move is aimed at those militants who are willing to renounce violence and respect the Afghan constitution.[1]

In his address, President Karzai told the diplomats that Afghan security forces will fully take over security responsibilities in Afghanistan by 2014,

stating: “I remain determined that our Afghan national security forces will be responsible for all military and law enforcement operations throughout our country by 2014.”[2]

At the end of the day-long conference, a 32-point communiqué was issued by the participants, initiating what it called a “Kabul Process” under which the strength of the Afghan National Army (ANA) and the Afghan National Police (ANP) will be raised respectively to “171,600 personnel and 134,000 by October 2011.” The communiqué does not mention the roles of Pakistan, Iran, and India,

the powerful neighbors of Afghanistan with influence in the country, but calls upon them to join efforts to overcome the decades-long conflict in Afghanistan.

Some key highlights of the communiqué include:

• The participants of the conference supported President Hamid Karzai’s objective that the Afghan National Security Forces should lead and conduct military operations in all provinces by

the end of 2014.

• As per the mandate set by the January 28 London Conference, the participants restated their strong support for channeling at least 50% of development aid through the Afghan government’s core budget within two years.

• The government of Afghanistan pledged to initiate within six months a strategy for long-term electoral reform that addresses in particular the sustainability of the electoral process in

Afghanistan.

• The Karzai government pledged to progressively enhance the strength of the Afghan National Army to 171,600 personnel, and the Afghan National Police to 134,000, by October 2011, around the time the U.S. troops will have begun withdrawing.

• The conference endorsed in principle President Karzai’s plan to reintegrate the Taliban into Afghan society, noting however that the peace and reintegration program “is open to all Afghan members of the armed opposition [i.e. the Taliban] and their communities who renounce violence [and] have no links to international terrorist organizations.”

• It noted that good governance, the rule of law, and human rights form the foundation of the strategy to achieve a stable and prosperous Afghanistan, observing that improvements in these areas will not only “increase the confidence of the Afghan people in their own future, but also underpin security improvements and economic and social development.”

• The participants committed the integration of women into all priority programs and reiterated their commitment to assist all national ministries and sub-national government bodies in implementing their respective responsibilities under the National Action Plan for the Women of Afghanistan.

ISAIAH 66:6 – A voice of noise from the city, a voice from the temple, a voice of the Lord that rendereth recompense to his enemies.

The future voice prophesied to come from the temple in the city of Jerusalem was the voice of Jesus the Messiah. The prophecy was fulfilled when Jesus first came to the temple, after his baptism, and condemned their manner of conducting worship by driving out those defiling it. He cleansed it like a refiner’s fire removes impurities from precious metals or as fullers’ soap whitens wool.

The “messenger” who prepared the way before Messiah was John the Baptist. The “messenger of the covenant” was Jesus the Messiah, who confirmed the covenant of Genesis 3:15,21 and Abraham 16:18 in his blood. He confirmed it when he was cut-off, crucified, as he was prophesied to do in Daniel 9:27 in the midst of Daniel’s 70th Week. Malachi 3:1,2 – Behold, I will send my messenger, and he shall prepare the way before me: and the Lord, whom ye seek, shall suddenly come to his temple, even the messenger of the covenant, whom ye delight in: behold, he shall come, saith the Lord of hosts. [2] But who may abide the day of his coming? and who shall stand when he appeareth? for he is like a refiner’s fire, and like fullers’ sope:

Matthew 3:1-3,7,8 – In those days came John the Baptist, preaching in the wilderness of Judaea, [2] And saying, Repent ye: for the kingdom of heaven is at hand.

[3] For this is he that was spoken of by the prophet Esaias, saying, The voice

of one crying in the wilderness, Prepare ye the way of the Lord, make his paths straight. [7] But when he saw many of the Pharisees and Sadducees come to his baptism, he said unto them, O generation of vipers, who hath warned you to flee from the wrath to come? [8] Bring forth therefore fruits meet for repentance: [12] Whose fan is in his hand, and he will throughly purge his floor, and gather his wheat into the garner; but he will burn up the chaff with unquenchable fire.

John 2:13-16 – And the Jews’ passover was at hand, and Jesus went up to Jerusalem, [14] And found in the temple those that sold oxen and sheep and doves, and the changers of money sitting: [15] And when he had made a scourge of small cords, he drove them all out of the temple, and the sheep, and the oxen; and poured out the changers’ money, and overthrew the tables; [16] And said unto them that sold doves, Take these things hence; make not my Father’s house an house of merchandise.

Before the nation of Israel travailed with birth pangs associated with the “time of Jacob’s trouble” Jesus, her Messiah, was born to

her from the womb of

the Virgin Mary.

Revelation 12:4,5 – And his tail drew the third part of the stars of heaven, and did cast them to the earth: and the dragon stood before the woman which was ready to be delivered, for to devour her child as soon as it was born.

[5] And she brought forth a man child, who was to rule all nations with a rod of iron: and her child was caught up unto God, and to his throne.

Revelation 12:12-14,17 – Therefore rejoice, ye heavens, and ye that dwell in them.

Woe to the inhabiters of the earth and of the sea! for the devil is come down unto you, having great wrath, because he knoweth that he hath but a short time. [13] And when the dragon saw that he was cast unto the earth, he persecuted the woman which brought forth the man child.

[14] And to the woman were given two wings of a great eagle, that she might fly into the wilderness, into her place, where she is nourished for a time, and times, and half a time, from the face of the serpent.

[17] And the dragon was wroth with the woman, and went to make war with the remnant of her seed, which keep the commandments of God, and have the testimony of Jesus Christ. (Please see Archive Birth Pang Numbers 36 to 43)

Galatians 3:1-8 – O foolish Galatians, who hath bewitched you, that ye should not obey the truth, before whose eyes Jesus Christ hath been evidently set forth, crucified among you? [2] This only would I learn of you, Received ye the Spirit by the works of the law, or by the hearing of faith? [3] Are ye so foolish? having begun in the Spirit, are ye now made perfect by the flesh? [4] Have ye suffered so many things in vain?

if it be yet in vain. [5] He therefore that ministereth to you

the Spirit, and worketh miracles among you, doeth he it by the works of the law, or by the hearing of faith? [6] Even as Abraham believed God, and it was accounted to him for righteousness. [7] Know ye therefore that they which are of faith, the same are the children of Abraham.
