AND HE ALSO BELIEVES HIS MESSIAH IS COMING SOON!

A religions fanatic in the Islamic Kingdoms, as judged by the general population, is one who ALSO BELIEVES ALLAH’S AL MAHDI IS COMING SOON.

He will also sing the praises of Allah and al Mahdi in unusally loud melodious impulses. BUT HE DOES NOT TURN THE OTHER CHEEK, AND THE HEIGHT OF HIS FANATICISM IS MANIFESTED BY YOUR HEAD ON A POLE.

Israel is the only member of the UN that is being openly threatened with destruction – not just as a country but as a Jewish state.

Iranian President Ahmadinejad, who never loses an opportunity to sow hatred against the Jews, is busy drumming up support for the annihilation of Israel with remarks like, “Israel is a dried-out rotten tree that can be knocked down in one storm,” and “The countdown has begun for the destruction of Israel.”

From some corners, Israel is being reassured that the threats to destroy it are all talk. This is not the opinion of Prof.

Bernard Lewis, who advises that the Iranian threats be taken very seriously, because there is an apocalyptic Shia sect out there liable to wake up and do something to hasten the arrival of its messiah, Imam al-Mahdi.

It is no coincidence that Hizbullah’s Hassan Nasrallah is also prophesying the coming destruction of Israel based on such messianic beliefs.

WHO IS IMAM AL-MAHDI

I’m writing this document as a respond to requests from many Muslims and non-Muslims. I found many documents about this subject that contains a lot of false Hadeeths.

This document is a result for a long research in evaluating every Hadeeth (true or false).

The term “MAHDI” is a title meaning “The Guided one”. Mahdi is a normal man who is going to follow the true Islam. His name will be Muhammad and his father name will be ‘Abdullah. He is a descendant from Ali and Fatima (daughter of the prophet Muhammad (pbuh)) so he will be descendant from al-Hasan or al-Husain. Mahdi will be very just and his capital

will be Damascus.

Allah told us that Jews will master the world two times (we live now 2008 during the first one) and Mahdi will appear between those two periods and will rule through the last one. M ahdi is NOT

a prophet but he is the final Rightly Guided Khalifa. Mahdi will lead Muslims to a great victory against the Christian Romans (i.e. All the white Europeans including the Americans). This great war is called al-Malhamah al-Kubrah or Armageddon.

It will end up with a great victory to Muslims against Romans after six years. Muslims will take over their capital Rome (this can be any city). In the seventh year, the Antichrist will apear and a greater war will start between Jews and Muslims for 40 days (longer that usual days) and will end when Jesus (pbuh) will come and Muslims

will kill all Jews. All people will convert into Islam. Peace will pervade the whole world.

As Muslims, we should remember that the prophecy about Mahdi is one that will come to pass. This prophecy, however, does not absolve the Muslim Ummah from its duty to strive in the cause of Allah, oppose injustice, and seek peace and betterment of human condition. Centuries have passes from the time of the holy Prophet and there is a good possibility that many more will expire before the advent of the Mahdi. Muslims who are negligent in their duty hoping for a savior are committing a grave mistake and are not following the divine decrees ordained in Quran or taught by the Prophet Muhammad (pbuh)

Following WW-2 the agricultural technology was able to accelerate and keep up with the world’s rapidly increasing population, but technology does have limits. During the 34 year period from 1950 to 1984, a Green Technological Revolution, modifying agricultural progress, swept across earth’s surface. Whole grain production, the bread of life, climbed a whopping 250%, and it seemed mankind was in charge of its own fate through its great scientific expertise. But, from 1984 to the present, agricultural output percentages have been declining in many regions of the planet.

David Pimentel, professor of ecology and agriculture at Cornell University, and Mario Giampietro, senior researcher at the National Research Institute on Food and Nutrition (INRAN), place in their study Food, Land, Population and the U.S. Economy the maximum U.S. population for a sustainable economy at 200 million. To achieve a sustainable economy and avert disaster, the United States must reduce its population by at least one-third, and world population will have to be reduced by two-thirds, says the study.

When a laborer went into the field to labor, during the time of Jesus’ walk on the earth, the standard wage for a day’s labor was a penny a day. Of course this is not a “penny” of our day, but a coin of that day. The value of it must be measured it what it represented – Payment for a day’s labor. The rich ate wheat bread.

The poor ate barley bread. A “measure” was approximately what a man with large hands could hold in his two hands cupped together. A measure would make a small loaf of bread. So the picture presented here is one of great inflation – A man working all day, and only being able to make enough to provide his family with one small loaf of white bread, or three small loaves of barley bread. The expression “hurt not the oil and the wine” means to be very sparing in your use of them, because their price will be very expensive.

The world is heading for that condition in what was known as “the whole world” at the time John wrote Revelation.

Wheat prices rallied to record highs, rising above $12 (U.S.) a bushel for the first time on record in Chicago as investors piled into the agricultural commodity on signs demand is outpacing supply.

Wheat for May delivery climbed 90 cents to $12.145 a bushel in after-hours Monday night trading on the Chicago Board of Trade, the grain’s biggest one-day jump in five years.

By the middle of Tuesday’s trading session, prices had retreated to around $11.94 a bushel. (The front-running March contract was worth $11.99 a bushel.)

Wheat’s runup has been “nothing short of astonishing,” said Dennis Gartman, an influential U.S. stock newsletter writer. “These are prices never, ever dreamt of in the ag-econ classes” at schools like Kansas State or North Dakota State, he said.

Darin Newsom, a senior analyst with Omaha, Neb.-based agriculture consultants DTN, said that in his 20 years in the business, he has never witnessed this kind of activity. He noted that wheat was trading at $4.75 a bushel last February and at $3.70 a bushel just two years ago.

ains are being driven, in part, by a classic supply shortfall. Last year’s U.S. harvest was hurt by excessive rainfall, at the same time as global crops yields in places like Australia, Canada, and the Black Sea region have suffered, Mr. Newsom said.

“So many countries had shorter crops last year that world stocks have decreased to 30-plus-year lows,” he said. “The type of vertical rally we have seen is a clear characteristic of a supply-driven market.”

Wheat’s gains are also being driven by a wave of speculators, investors seeking alternative investments at a time when the U.S. economy is slowing, the greenback is falling and financial markets are grappling with credit woes.

Commodity futures markets are being increasingly whipsawed by speculative investors – commodity and hedge funds, as well as index funds that are buying wheat as a hedge against inflation.

“Investors are looking for a hedge against inflation and commodities provide that,” Mr. Newsom said. “We have the perfect combination of unchecked investment buying along with a supply-driven scare in the fundamental side. The market has simply exploded.”

A Statistics Canada report released Monday said that Canadian farmers received an unprecedented $36.1-billion (Canadian) from the sale of crops and livestock in 2007, due primarily to a 25-per-cent increase in crop receipts.

Revenues from wheat jumped 43.4 per cent to a record $3.2-billion and some farmers say their sales could triple if wheat prices stay this high.

Mr. Newsom, however, says a pullback could be in the cards.

Prices could ease in the next thirty days, if evidence of improved crop yield this year puts the brakes on the supply-driven rally and lower prices on summer futures, he said. Farmers will still likely benefit from the price gains by locking in their new crops at the current elevated levels.

Consumers, meanwhile, will still be digging deeper for food in all aisles of the grocery store.

An Excellent Middle East Intelligence Assessment!

This is one of the best intelligence assessments of past, current, and predicted events in the Middle East I have read in a long time.

It is well worth the read. The Middle East situation is setting up for the initial attack of the final war of the age of the Gentiles. The man child seed of the woman is Jesus Christ. God promised in Genesis 3:15 that this seed would one day crush the power of Satan, but in so doing would suffer for the price he paid while walking and dying on this earth. MI Chief: Terrorists trained in Syria and Iran have infiltrated Gaza

Military Intelligence Chief Major General Amos Yadlin on Tuesday said

that while the border between Gaza and Egypt was breached last month, terrorists trained in Syria and Iran had infiltrated the Strip.

Referring to an incident last month when Hamas militants blew holes in the border fence between Gaza and Egypt, allowing hundreds of thousands of Gazans to cross the border freely, Yadlin said that this breach also allowed terror activists, trained in Syria and Iran, to infiltrate the Strip. He said these activists had undergone workshops and intensive training in all military fields.

Presenting the Knesset Foreign Affairs and Defense Committee with a general security assessment, Yadlin estimated that large amounts of money and ammunition also made their way into the Gaza Strip during the 12 days in which the border was breached.

Army Radio quoted Yadlin as saying that Al-Qaida operatives had also infiltrated the Strip through the breach.

Yadlin said that Gazans that had entered Egypt through holes in the fence had spent $150 million on various products.

Yadlin spoke one day after a demonstration against Israel’s blockade on the Gaza Strip, expected to be tens of thousands strong, turned out a disappointing 5,000 people. Hamas vowed early Monday to use any means to end the Israeli embargo on the Gaza Strip, and Israel was concerned that the demonstrators would attempt to breach the border.

He said that the Palestinians have not abandoned the plan to hold a mass protest along the Strip’s borders with Israel and Egypt.

Military Intelligence: Iran could have nukes by 2010

Yadlin also told the Knesset committee Tuesday that Iran could conceivably develop a “nuclear option” within two years.

The intelligence official added that the Iranians were continuing the development of nuclear material as well as nuclear weapons and will likely achieve a viable weapon in 2010.

Yadlin presented a list of existing Iranian weapons and those in development. Among other things, Iran has an arsenal of Shihab 3 missiles with a 1,300 kilometer range, Yadlin said. These missiles could potentially strike Israel.

The Iranians are also developing an upgraded version of the Shihab, which will have a range of 2,000. This kind of range would allow the firing of missiles at Israel from deep inside Iran, rather than close to the border, Yadlin explained.

Yadlin also said that a missile that Iran officially presented as a means to propel satellites into space, was actually an upgraded Shihab missile painted with civilian colors.

In addition to the Shihab missiles, the Iranians are developing a weapon propelled by solid fuel that would also have a 2,000 kilometer range, Yadlin said. He added that the Iranians were assembling BM25 missiles that were arriving dismantled from North Korea.

These missiles are believed to have a range of 2,500-3,000 kilometers, but the North Koreans never tested them.

Yadlin on Hezbollah: Vengeance is an integral part of Shiite culture
Referring to the February 12 car bombing assassination of Hezbollah terror mastermind Imad Mughniyah, Yadlin said that vengeance

is an integral part of Shiite culture.

Speaking to the Knesset Foreign Affairs and Defense Committee, Yadlin said that in seeking to retaliate for the assassination, which it has publicly blamed on Israel, the group’s goal is to generate deterrence and to strike Israel with severity.

At the same time, he added, Hezbollah is having great difficulty moving in south Lebanon due to the presence of the UNIFIL peacekeeping force.

It also must contend with unwanted comparisons to Al Qaida if it strikes targets abroad, Yadlin said.

According to Yadlin, Hezbollah is not interested in confrontation in Lebanon and does not want a “second round” with Israel, as it has yet to complete the rebuilding of its forces following the 2006 war.

Neither does Hezbollah desire a civil war because “it understands what the results would be.”

Yadlin said that Hezbollah may wait until the end of the traditional 40-day mourning period to avenge the death of Mughniyah.

He based his assessment on past instances in which the organization has promised to retaliate for the slaying of a commander. He cited the 1992 truck bombing of the Israeli Embassy in Buenos Aires, which followed the IDF assassination of then-Hezbollah leader Abbas Musawi. The blast killed 29 people.

Labor MK and former Mossad chief Danny Yatom responded that “Israel must be prepared prior to the end of the 40-day period as well.

Yatom also reacted to a Monday report that Mughniyah’s widow blamed Syria for the killing. “The Syrian traitors are responsible for his death,” Army Radio quoted her as telling a press conference in Tehran. “Damascus’ refusal to allow Iran to investigate the incident is further proof,” she said.

In his first major public address since a cancer crisis, Nation of Islam Minister Louis Farrakhan said Sunday that presidential candidate Barack Obama is the “hope of the entire world” that the U.S. will change for the better.

The 74-year-old Farrakhan, addressing an estimated crowd of 20,000 people at the annual Saviours’ Day celebration, never outrightly endorsed Obama but spent most of the nearly two-hour speech praising the Illinois senator.

“This young man is the hope of the entire world that America will change and be made better,” he said. “This young man is capturing audiences of black and brown

and red and yellow. If you look at Barack Obama’s audiences and look at the effect of his words, those people are being transformed.”

Farrakhan compared Obama to the religion’s founder, Fard Muhammad, who also had a white mother and black father.

“A black man with a white mother became a savior to us,” he told the crowd of mostly followers.

“A black man with a white mother could turn out to be one who can lift America from her fall.”

Farrakhan also leveled small jabs at Hillary Rodham Clinton, Obama’s rival for the Democratic nomination, suggesting that she represents the politics of the past and has been engaging in dirty politics.

Farrakhan’s keynote address at McCormick Place, the city’s convention center, wrapped up three days of events geared at unifying followers and targeting youth.

It had a different tone from a year ago, when Farrakhan made what was called his final public address at a Saviours’ Day event in Detroit.

The 74-year-old was recovering from complications from prostate cancer and months earlier had temporarily passed on leadership duties of the organization’ s day-to-day activitie

The Palestinians only react in fear of what their enemies can and will do, not to diplomacy, kind words, treaties, or promises. When the Palestinians believed they would be rising to a summons which would probably produce massive bodily injury, they did just as Israeli Prime Minister Olmert, in our last Blog, indicated they would do.

Palestinians fear direct brute force. It may seem to bleeding hearts this is very cruel but, in reality, it prevents more deaths in the long run that diplomacy. Until the Second Advent brings in the Law of Messiah to this world, the Palestinians will only react to the application of the

Law of Moses. The typical viewpoint of the Hamas “man in the street” is simply this: “If we can destroy all the Jews, then the world will be a better place in which to live.” Israel is forced into a position of making the Palestinians hear and fear what they will do to their enemies, in the hope they will stop doing evil against them.

Deuteronomy 19:19-21 – Then shall ye do unto him, as he had thought to have done unto his brother: so shalt thou put the evil away from among you.

[20] And those which remain shall hear, and fear, and shall henceforth commit no more any such evil among you.

[21] And thine eye shall not pity; but life shall go for life, eye for eye, tooth for tooth, hand for hand, foot for foot.

Things are not going to change until the “He” of Isaiah 4:4,5 returns at His Second Advent to cause all nations to be judged and walk in the Light of the Lord, the Messiah Jesus Christ.

Isaiah 2:4,5 – And he shall judge among the nations, and shall rebuke many people: and they shall beat their swords into plowshares, and their spears into pruninghooks: nation shall not lift up sword against nation, neither shall they learn war any more.

[5] O house of Jacob, come ye, and let us walk in the light of the Lord.

Palestinian scheme for mass charge on Gaza-Israel border collapses

The Palestinian masses did not rise to the summons for 40,000 individuals to turn out Monday, Feb.

Overnight, the air force struck armed Palestinian bands as they streamed from all parts of the Gaza Strip to seize battle positions on the border.

Air Force and police helicopters scattered on launching pads the length of the Gaza border, armed with tear gas for crowd dispersal.Israel also geared up against Palestinian terrorists accessing tunnels burrowed under the border to strike Israeli forces from the rear and batter the border barrier from the Israeli side. Five of those tunnels were discovered Sunday and 50 Palestinian operatives detained for questioning about Palestinian terror tunnel plots.
