Real Time Final War Prophecy Fulfillment is at Our Doors!

The Prophecies of the Final War, and the Chronological Sequence of its Events, are now in the Process of moving into a Real Time Schedule that has Reasonable Predictable Boundaries.

Ever since 1967 I have anxiously awaited the time when I would be able to at least establish boundaries within which I could have a high degree of confidence that, within a certain time frame, I would be able to say, “this is when I am convinced the final war will begin.” I confess it is a guess as to the exact time, but do believe we are moving close to real time in the fulfillment of the final prophecies of this age. I believe we will move into real time at some point in time between 2008 and 2012, when ten Arab nations launch a Jihad against Israel.

We have received such favorable comments on our last three Blogs, which involved setting a chronological sequence of end time prophetic events into a real time sequence that is likely to click in at some point in time between 2008 and 2012, that I am including Archive Prophecy Update 88A, which can be set into real time occurrence once Israel is attacked.

The Outline of the One War of the Assyrian From Meshech and Tubal!

First, the Assyrian, Leading Daniel’s 10 Horns, Drives Israel Into the Negev Wilderness, Which Begins the 1260 Days of Israel Trapped in the Negev. Then, More Than Three Years Later, Russia Comes Down with the Nations of the Post-Columbus Old World to Answer the Call to the Final Battle of the 1260 Days, Which is the Battle of Armageddon.

Last week I received a query as to when I believed Russia, that now occupies the territory held by the descendants of Magog

when Daniel and Ezekiel wrote their prophecies, would come down to attack Israel? I do not believe that Russia will come down until the latter portion of the last 1260 days of the tribulation period.

I am from the old school of the eighteen hundreds and early nineteen hundreds. The old school believed there was only one war. The modern school believes there are two, a viewpoint that was make very popular by several writers in the nineteen fifties, and is the majority belief today. I am persuaded that there is only one war. It begins when the antichrist, who I believe will come out of Syria, attacks Israel from the north, with the armies of Iran, Iraq, Syria, and Lebanon actively involved in the attack from without, the Palestinian Authority attacking from within, and Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia, Libya, and Sudan providing logistical support. This starts the one war that will last for 1260 days. I call it the War of Gog, the chief prince of Meshech and Tubal. This war ends in a final great battle, the battle of Armageddon. At the time of the writings of Daniel and Ezekiel, the descendants of Meshech and Tubal were in modern Syria and Lebanon primarily, but had also settled in southern Turkey and Lebanon of today.

Please look at Prophecy Updates 27 through 39, and 71 through 76, along with Birth Pang Numbers 15 to 18, for a complete exposition of the War of Gog, the chief prince of Meshech and Tubal, and of its final battle, the battle of Armageddon.

The Antichrist, the Assyrian of Micah 5, the King of the North in Daniel 11:40 to 45, and Gog, the chief prince of Meshech and Tubal, are all one, and the same, person. There is only one war. It begins the last 1260 days of the tribulation period, and culminates with the battle of Armageddon.

In Ezekiel 38:1-3, God tells Ezekiel to set his face against two things, a person, Gog, who is the chief prince of Meshech and Tubal, and against a land, which is the land of Magog. The chief prince of Meshech and Tubal will lead 10 Islamic nations against Israel to start the war of 1260 days, and the present day occupants of the land of Magog will come down at the end of the war that culminates with the battle of Armageddon.

Ezekiel 38:1-3 – And the word of the Lord came unto me, saying, [2] Son of man, set thy face against Gog, the land of Magog, the chief prince of Meshech and Tubal, and prophesy against him, [3] And say, Thus saith the Lord God; Behold I am against thee, O Gog, the chief prince of Meshech and Tubal:

The following Scriptures start the War of Gog, who is the chief prince of Meshech and Tubal, but is also known as the King of the North, and as the Assyrian.

Ezekiel 38:8-12 – After many days thou shalt be visited: in the latter years thou shalt come into the land that is brought back from the sword, and is gathered out of many people, against the mountains of Israel, which have been always waste: but it is brought forth out of the nations, and they shall dwell safely all of them. [9] Thou shalt ascend and come like a storm, thou shalt be like a cloud to cover the land, thou, and all thy bands, and many people with thee. [10] Thus saith the Lord God; It shall also come to pass, that at the same time shall things come into thy mind, and thou shalt think an evil thought: [11] And thou shalt say, I will go up to the land of unwalled villages; I will go to them that are at rest, that dwell safely, all of them dwelling without walls, and having neither bars nor gates, [12] To take a spoil, and to take a prey; to turn thine hand upon the desolate places that are now inhabited, and upon the people that are gathered out of the nations, which have gotten cattle and goods, that dwell in the midst of the land.

Daniel 11:40-44 – And at the time of the end shall the king of the south push at him: and the king of the north shall come against him like a whirlwind, with chariots, and with horsemen, and with many ships; and he shall enter into the countries, and shall overflow and pass over. [41] He shall enter also into the glorious land, and many countries shall be overthrown: but these shall escape out of his hand, even Edom, and Moab, and the chief of the children of Ammon.

[42] He shall stretch forth his hand also upon the countries: and the land of Egypt shall not escape.

[43] But he shall have power over the treasures of gold and of silver, and over all the precious things of Egypt: and the Libyans and the Ethiopians shall be at his steps. [44] But tidings out of the east and out of the north shall trouble him: therefore he shall go forth with great fury to destroy, and utterly to make away many.

Micah 5:5 – And this man shall be the peace, when the Assyrian shall come into our land: and when he shall tread in our palaces, then shall we raise against him seven shepherds, and eight principal men.

The following Scriptures pertain to the last battle in the War of the chief prince of Meshech and Tubal, which is the same final battle Revelation identifies as Armageddon.

Daniel 11:45 to Daniel 12:1 – And he shall plant the tabernacles of his palace between the seas in the glorious holy mountain; yet he shall come to his end, and none shall help him. [1] And at that time shall Michael stand up, the great prince which standeth for the children of thy people: and there shall be a time of trouble, such as never was since there was a nation even to that same time: and at that time thy people shall be delivered, every one that shall be found written in the book.

Matthew 24:21,22 – For then shall be great tribulation, such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be. [22] And except those days should be shortened, there should no flesh be saved: but for the elect’s sake those days shall be shortened.

Zechariah 14:3-5 – T hen shall t

he Lord go forth, and fight against those nations, as when he fought in the day of battle. [4] And his feet shall stand in that day upon the mount of Olives, which is before Jerusalem on the east, and the mount of Olives shall cleave in the midst thereof toward the east and toward the west, and there shall be a very great valley; and half of the mountain shall remove toward the north, and half of it toward the south. [5] And ye shall flee to the valley of the mountains; for the valley of the mountains shall reach unto Azal: yea, ye shall flee, like as ye fled from before the earthquake in the days of Uzziah king of Judah: and the Lord my God shall come, and all the saints with thee.

Revelation 16:16-21 – And he gathered them together into a place called in the Hebrew tongue Armageddon. [17] And the seventh angel poured out his vial into the air; and there came a great voice out of the temple of heaven, from the throne, saying, It is done. [18] And there were voices, and thunders, and lightnings; and there was a great earthquake, such as was not since men were upon the earth, so mighty an earthquake, and

so great. [19] And the great city was divided into three parts, and the cities of the nations fell: and great Babylon came in remembrance before God, to give unto her the cup of the wine of the fierceness of his wrath. [20] And every island fled away, and the mountains were not found. [21] And there fell upon men a great hail out of heaven, every stone about the weight of a talent: and men blasphemed God because of the plague of the hail; for the plague thereof was exceeding great.

Ezekiel 39:4-8,17-22 – Thou shalt fall upon the mountains of Israel, thou, and all thy bands, and the people that is with thee: I will give thee unto the ravenous birds of every sort, and to the beasts of the field to be devoured. [5] Thou shalt fall upon the open field: for I have spoken

it, saith the Lord God. [6] And I will send a fire on Magog, and among them that dwell carelessly in the isles: and they shall know that I am the Lord. [7] So will I make my holy name known in the midst of my people Israel; and I will not let them pollute my holy name any more: and the heathen shall know that I am the Lord, the Holy One in Israel. [8] Behold, it is come, and it is done, saith the Lord God; this is the day whereof I have spoken. [17] And, thou son of man, thus saith the Lord God; Speak unto every feathered fowl, and to every beast of the field, Assemble yourselves, and come; gather yourselves on every side to my sacrifice that I do sacrifice for you, even a great sacrifice upon the mountains of Israel, that ye may eat flesh, and drink blood. [18] Ye shall eat the flesh of

the mighty, and drink the blood of the princes of the earth, of rams, of lambs, and of goats, of bullocks, all of them fatlings of Bashan. [19] And ye shall eat fat till ye be full, and drink blood till ye be drunken, of my sacrifice which I have sacrificed for you. [20] Thus ye shall be filled at my table with horses and chariots,

with mighty men, and with all men of war, saith the Lord God. [21] And I will set my glory among the heathen, and all the heathen shall see my judgment that I have executed, and my hand that I have laid upon them. [22] So the house of Israel shall know that I am the Lord their God from that day and forward.

What you have just read is a description of the results of the last battle in the War of the chief prince of Meshech and Tubal, and it is the same as the battle of Armageddon found in Revelation. Please note the numerous similarities of the battlefield scene in Revelation 19:17-21 that parallel the same battle scene from the preceding verses in Ezekiel 39:17-20.

Revelation 19:17-21 – And I saw an angel standing in the sun; and he cried with a loud voice, saying to all the fowls that fly in the midst of heaven, Come and gather yourselves together unto the supper of the great God; [18] That ye may eat the flesh of kings, and the flesh of captains, and the flesh of mighty men, and the flesh of horses, and of them that sit on them, and the flesh of all

men, both free and bond, both small and great. [19] And I saw the beast, and the kings of the earth, and their armies, gathered together to make war against him that sat on the horse, and against his army.

[20] And the beast was taken, and with him the false prophet that wrought miracles before him, with which he deceived them that had received the mark of the beast,

and them that worshipped his image.

These both were cast alive into a lake of fire burning with brimstone. [21] And the remnant were slain with the sword of him that sat upon the horse, which sword proceeded out of his mouth: and all the fowls were filled with their flesh.

When the Antichrist, who is also known as the King of the North, the Assyrian, and Gog, the chief prince of Meshech and Tubal, attacks Israel from Syria, the 1260 days will begin. The 1260 days will culminate with the final battle of Armageddon.

Revelation 12:6 – And the woman fled into the wilderness, where she hath a place prepared of God, that they should feed her there a thousand two hundred and threescore days.

Revelation 16:16 – And he gathered them together into a place called in the Hebrew tongue Armageddon.

We are living in a era of time when it would be especially wise for all true believers to heed the warning of Revelation 16:15.

Revelation 16:15 – Behold, I come as a thief. Blessed is he that watcheth, and keepeth his garments, lest he walk naked, and they see his shame.

Revelation 3:2-4 – Remember therefore how thou hast received and heard, and hold fast, and repent. If therefore thou shalt not watch, I will come on thee as a thief, and thou shalt not know what hour I will come upon thee. [4] Thou hast a few names even in Sardis which have not defiled their garments; and they shall walk with me in white: for they are worthy.

For the last six years I have attempted to keep track of weaponry types moving across the Iran-

Syria-Lebanon links into the storage bins of the Hizbollah terrorist army in southern Lebanon. I have also attempted to monitor the smuggling of various weaponry types across the Jordan River into the West Bank – from the Egyptian Sinai into the Gaza Strip – as well as observing the more difficult task of eventually smuggling them into the West Bank from the southwest, west, and north. I have also watched the smuggling of Iranian weapons from sea going vessels moving down Israel’s Mediterranean Sea coast, after having sailed out of Lebanese and northwestern Syrian ports.

There are numerous intelligence agencies and press release sources on today’s internet. They vary greatly from very unreliable to reliable on weaponry types and their movements, and it takes a lot of shredding out to get what seems to be a good “handle” on the subject. Those of you who have read our http://www.tribulationperiod.com/, know that I have written countless articles on the weapon types and their movements since Israel pulled out of Lebanon in 2000, which you will find in our Prophecy and Blog Archives.

Then read Archive Birth Pang 41 from 2002, which will give you an idea as to how and where the weaponry, discussed in the three articles, will be specifically used in the future Jihad, which I guesstimate is likely to suddenly begin at some point in time between 2008 and 2012.

Hezbollah Anti-Tank fire causing most IDF Casualties in Lebanon

The majority of Israel Defense Forces ground troop casualties, both infantry and armored, were the result of special anti-tank units of Hezbollah, according to intelligence sources.

The same sources note that these units have not retreated from southern Lebanon following the deployment of large IDF ground forces in the area.

The Hezbollah anti-tank teams use a new and particularly potent version of the Russian-made RPG, the RPG-29 that has been sold by Moscow to the Syrians and then transferred to the Shi’ite organization.

Some of the IDF casualties resulted when the rockets struck homes in which IDF troops had taken positions.

This was the case when four soldiers of the elite Egoz unit were killed in the village of Bint Jbail. In that case a Sagger anti-tank missile had been used.

The RPG-29’s penetrating power comes from its tandem warhead, and on a number of occasions has managed to get through the massive armor of the Merkava tanks.

The IDF had intelligence information on Hezbollah plans to deploy specialized anti-tank teams in order to delay the advance of IDF ground forces. The special focus Hezbollah gave to anti-tank weapons as part of their doctrine was revealed during the raid on the border village of Ghajar in November 2005.

During that attack, Hezbollah fighters attempted to kidnap IDF soldiers, and some of the guerrillas were killed and their bodies left behind.

This was the same unit that fought in Bint Jbail and whose men were killed there.

During the battle at Ghajar, which is inside Israeli territory and has an Alawite population, Hezbollah fighters fired more than 300 anti-tank rockets of different types, including the new RPG-29,

which targetted various armored vehicles and two Merkava Mark-2 tanks. One of the two tanks had the necessary armor to deflect the missiles, but the other took a hit to the body.

Following the battle at Ghajar, Israeli inquiries that Russia was transferring modern anti-tank weapons to Syria and on to Hezbollah were received with anger. The Russians demanded proof that this had been done.

Contrary to common practice, Israel transferred to Russia the tail-end of a rocket for analysis. The Russian response was that in the absence of a serial number they were hard pressed to identify it as part of a load delivered to Syria.

The IDF believes Hezbollah also has an advanced anti-aircraft missile, the SA-18, from Iran.

It is particularly lethal against helicopters, and even though none of the missiles have been fired against Israel Air Force aircraft, the flights over Lebanon are taking the necessary precautions.

Palestinian Lessons: Missiles are Key to Success

The war in Lebanon has left its impression on the streets of Ramallah: flags of Hezbollah, pictures of its leader Hassan Nasrallah, and CDs with songs of praise to the new hero of the Arab world. But the heavy battles between Hezbollah and the Israel Defense Forces have taught the West Bank gunmen new lessons – in future battles between Israel and the Palestinians, like in Lebanon, the missile will be victorious.

The Sagger missiles that have penetrated the advanced Merkava tanks and the long- and short-range rockets have roused great interest among the gunmen. “The most important strategic change brought about by this war, as far as the Palestinians are concerned, is the understanding of the power of the missile,” says N., an analyst for a Palestinian media outlet.

Advanced missiles are promising to be the next hit with the Palestinian terror organizations, and public opinion sees them as the means to change the face of the conflict. The East Jerusalem newspaper Al-Quds published a caricature a few days ago of a missile passing through Israel’s separation fence. The caption reads: “Israel didn’t take this into account.”

One of the founders of the Al-Aqsa Martyrs’ Brigades, Khaled Shawish, says the Palestinian organizations are trying to buy sophisticated weapons that will help them fight the IDF, particularly in Gaza. “I am talking particularly about RPG missiles that can be widely used in Gaza.

The border with Egypt is open enough to bring in missiles, and ‘the resistance’ produces anti-tank missiles in Gaza,” he says in an interview.

The military industry in Gaza has not changed since the fighting began in Lebanon, and the Qassam rockets and RPGs continue to be locally manufactured. A Palestinian journalist from Gaza, A., points out that the tunnels into the coastal strip make it possible to smuggle large quantities of weapons from Egypt. “Even the price of ammunition has dropped because of the large supply,” he says. “A Kalashnikov bullet cost NIS 40-50 before the Israeli withdrawal, and now it’s only NIS 5.” In the West Bank, however, Sawish says there is less of a chance to produce or smuggle in sophisticated weapons. Another Al-Aqsa activ ist, Muein from Bethlehem,

is more optimistic, however. He says the Kalashnikov is out.

“The brothers in the Dehaishe refugee camp now want anti-tank missiles,” he says. “At some stage, the technology will come to the West Bank. Then if Israel escalates things, we won’t fire bullets at Gilo but missiles.” He adds that the separation fence will also lose its effectiveness. “What will be the problem for a fighter to sit on the Abu Dis side of the fence and send a missile to the King David Hotel?” he asks. “It is less effort than a suicide attack and … has the same results.”

Nevertheless Shawish, who has been in many a battle and attack, is not enthusiastic about the new approach.

He walks through Ramallah with his M-16 and two other wanted men, Abu Udai, 28, and Abu Nidal, 30. “You still have complete military superiority and what do we have? One or two guns,” he says. That is why they want to negotiate with Israel and reach a peace agreement, he says.

DEBKAfile’s military sources disclose: Hizballah’s rocket offensive against Israel is orchestrated from a rear command located in the Syrian town of Anjar

While Israeli officials keep on insisting that Syria must be kept out of the conflict, the fact is that the Assad regime is already in it up to their ears – with a leading role in the Hizballah rocket attacks on northern Israel. The command which coordinates the pace of those attacks is located at the Anjar base of the Syrian Army’s 10th Division opposite the Lebanese town of Az Zabdani. It is manned by Iranian and Hizballah officers, who take their orders from a Syrian military intelligence center in Damascus to which Iranian Revolutionary Guards intelligence officers are attached. It is headed by a general from one of Syria’s surface missile brigades.

This joint command is provided with the most up-to-date intelligence and electronic data available to Syria on targets in Israel and IDF movements. The timing and tempo of Hizballah rocket strikes are set according to that information.

To keep the rockets coming without interruption, the joint Hizballah-Syrian-Iranian command is also responsible with keeping Hizballah supplied with an inflow of rockets and launchers. They use smuggling rings to slip the supplies into Lebanon by mule and donkey which ply the 5,000-7,000 feet mountain paths that straddle the Syrian-Lebanese frontier. A senior Israeli officer told DEBKAfile: We can go on bombing Lebanon for many weeks, but that will not stop the rockets..

The Remnant of Israel, Past, Present, and Future!

Part 6

Revelation 12:14 – And to the woman were given two wings of a great eagle, that she might fly into the wilderness, into her place, where she is nourished for a time, and times, and half a time, from the face of the serpent.

Revelation 12:6 – And the woman fled into the wilderness, where she hath a place prepared of God, that they should feed her there a thousand two hundred and threescore days.

The woman is Israel. The place that God has prepared for her is the Negev wilderness. A time is one 360 day year, times are two 360 day years, and half a time is 180 days, which totals 1260 days or 3 and ½ prophetic years. Both these scriptures describe the time period of 42 prophetic months (30 days per month) before the end of the Tribulation Period.

When the antichrist launches his lightning Jihad from the north

it will be a two pronged attack. Syrian and Lebanese troops will launch a blitzkrieg strike southward along the western lees of the Galilean and Samaritan Mountains. The Palestinians will zoom northward along the western lee of the Judean Mountains out of Gaza to link with their comrades coming down from the north. This will cut off coastal Israel from interior Israel. Some 70% of the Jewish population lives along the narrow coastal strip from Tel Aviv to Haifa. ing launched from the bluff top cities of Tul Karm and Qalqilya in the Samarian Mountains.

It will eventually be necessary to air evacuate the population out of this area across the Mediterranean into the Negev, as stated in 12:14. The other battle prong, consisting of troops from Iraq, Syria, and Iran, will be directed southward along the west bank of the Jordan River in a lightning strike. The Palestinians will pour down the hundreds of dendritic valleys in the eastern lee of the Samarian Mountains, armed with shoulder held antitank launchers. They will destroy many of the Israeli tanks coming north to intercept the southward moving Arab tank units of Syria, Iraq, and Iran. The Jewish population to the east of the coastal sections, and to the west of the Jordan River, will flee on land in whatever types of transportation may be available. This has long been the national Israel contingency plan that is to be carried out in the event of attack from the north, and the Negev has been their emergency contingency evacuation area since 1948. Armageddon – The Placing of God’s King on His Holy Hill of Zion!

Every time I watch the news networks, whether it is covering fashion, the Middle East, morality, Christian broadcasting and broadcasters, the latest court trials, commercials, talk-shows, or whatever, I cannot block Psalm 2 out of my mind.

Psalm 2:1-6 – Why do the heathen rage, and the people imagine a vain thing? [2] The kings of the earth set themselves, and the rulers take counsel together, against the Lord, and against his anointed, saying, [3] Let us break their bands asunder, and cast away their cords from us. [4] He that sitteth in the heavens shall laugh: the Lord shall have them in derision. [5] Then shall he speak unto them in his wrath, and vex them in his sore displeasure.

[6] Yet have I set my king upon my holy hill of Zion.

I am convinced, after more confusion, bloodshed, rockets, negotiations, several thousand military expert interviews on all the networks, boo-boos, setbacks, call-in polls, political maneuverings, countless cries of “we will, we won’t, we did, and we didn’t,” plus a couple of hundred “time tables,” with “how do you do’s,” the year 2008 will find us in the beginning of a four year period that seems to me to be the most likely time for the final war of the Gentile Age to begin. At some point in time between 2008 and 2012, a war, which will last for some three and one-half years, will be launched against Israel across its northern border in a lightning Jihad by ten Arab nations. The Jihad will quickly drive Israel into the vast Negev wilderness, a cease-fire will be declared, Israel will then remain there for some 1260 days – then what is labeled as the final battle of the war and the Gentile Age (Armageddon) will break out in central Israel. Israel will charge north and claim Abraham’s land grant through Jacob.

Genesis 15:18 – In the same day the Lord made

a covenant with Abram, saying, Unto thy seed have I given this land, from the river of Egypt unto the great river, the river Euphrates:

As a young man, living in the pre-Hal Linsey books age, I was taught that only one war occurred during the “latter days” before Armageddon. It was a war that began in the Middle East when the antichrist attacked the nation of Israel, and ended some 3 and ½ years later with the final battle of this age – Armageddon. But I now find myself surrounded by a large array of preachers and teachers who are convinced that the war led by Gog, the chief prince of Meshech and Tubal, and found in Ezekiel 38 and 39, occurs before the war that commences some 3 and ½ years before the battle of Armageddon, and that the antichrist is not Gog, but comes out the war led by Gog, and then leads 10 European Union nations against Israel. They teach that when Gog and his armies come against Israel they will be slaughtered, and that Israel will be absolutely successful in thoroughly routing them. Perhaps I overlooked it, but in all my years of looking in many old musty religious archives, I never found a manuscript published before 1812 that taught there were two back-to-back wars just before the battle of Armageddon.

It would seem to me that the arrival of Napoleon in Europe set the stage for a shift from bringing the antichrist out of the southern flank of the old Roman Empire to a new scheme of bringing him out of the northern flank. This shift necessitated the invention of two wars.

I do not believe the shift should ever have been made. I believe the attack of the antichrist is found in the following Scriptures, and I believe the attack is initiated 1260 days before the end of this age. This age ends at the battle of Armageddon.

Ezekiel 38:10,11 – Thus saith the Lord God; It shall also come to pass, that at the same time shall things come into thy mind, and thou shalt think an evil thought: [11] And thou shalt say, I will go up to the land of unwalled villages; I will go to them that are at rest, that dwell safely, all of them dwelling without walls, and having neither bars nor gates,

Daniel 7:24,25 – And the ten horns out of this kingdom are ten kings that shall arise: and another shall rise after them; and he shall be diverse from the first, and he shall subdue three kings. [25] And he shall speak great words against the most High, and shall wear out the saints of the most High, and think to change times and laws: and they shall be given into his hand until a time and times and the dividing of time.

Daniel 11:41 – He shall enter also into the glorious land, and many countries shall be overthrown: but these shall escape out of his hand, even Edom, and Moab, and the chief of the children of Ammon.

Micah 5:5 – And this man shall be the peace, when the Assyrian shall come into our land: and when he shall tread in our palaces, then shall we raise against him seven shepherds, and eight principal men.

Zechariah 13:8 – And it shall come to pass, that in all the land, saith the Lord, two parts therein shall be cut off and die; but the third shall be left therein.

Revelation 13:5,6 – And there was given unto him a mouth speaking great things and blasphemies; and power was given unto him to continue forty and two months. [6] And he opened his mouth in blasphemy against God, to blaspheme his name, and his tabernacle, and them that dwell in heaven.

Revelation 17:12.13 – And the ten horns which thou sawest are ten kings, which have received no kingdom as yet; but receive power as kings one hour with the beast.

[13] These have one mind, and shall give their power and strength unto the beast.

I believe that the following names all apply to the antichrist: He is Gog, the chief prince of Meshech and Tubal in Ezekiel 38 and 39, the eleventh horn in Daniel 7, the king of the north in Daniel 11:40, the Assyrian in Micah 5, the seventh wounded head on the beast

in Revelation 13, and the eighth head on the beast in Revelation 17.

The 3 and ½ year war, in all the accounts, follows a certain pattern from start to finish.

(1) The initial attack occurs, and is successful.

(2) After Jerusalem falls, the Lord begins to fight for Israel.

(3) The Lord fights for Israel for 3 and ½ years.

(4) God protects Israel in the Negev during that period.

(5) The Lord leaves most of the enemy bodies on the hills of Israel at the final battle of Armageddon.

Ezekiel 38:8,9 – After many days thou shalt be visited: in the latter years thou shalt come into the land that is brought back from the sword, and is gathered out of many people, against the mountains of Israel, which have been always waste: but it is brought forth out of the nations, and they shall dwell safely all of them.

[9] Thou shalt ascend and come like a storm, thou shalt be like a cloud to cover the l

and, thou, and all thy bands, and many people with thee.

Zechariah 13:8 – And it shall come to pass, that in all the land, saith the Lord, two parts therein shall be cut off and die; but the third shall be left therein.

Zechariah 14:2,3 – For I will gather all nations against Jerusalem to battle; and the city shall be taken, and the houses rifled, and the women ravished; and half of the city shall go forth into captivity, and the residue of the people shall not be cut off from the city. [3] Then shall the Lord go forth, and fight against those nations, as when he fought in the day of battle.

Daniel 7:25 – And he shall speak great words against the most High, and shall wear out the saints of the most High, and think to change times and laws: and they shall be given into his hand until a time and times and the dividing of time.

Revelation 12:6 – And the woman fled into the wilderness, where she hath a place prepared of God, that they should feed her there a thousand two hundred and threescore days.

Ezekiel 39:1-5 – Therefore, thou son of man, prophesy against Gog, and say, Thus saith the Lord God; Behold, I am against thee, O Gog, the chief prince of Meshech and Tubal: [2] And I will turn thee back, and leave but the sixth part of thee, and will cause thee to come up from the north parts, and will bring thee upon the mountains of Israel: [3] And I will smite thy bow out of thy left hand, and will cause thine arrows to fall out of thy right hand. [4] Thou shalt fall upon the mountains of Israel, thou, and all thy bands, and the people that is with thee: I will give thee unto the ravenous birds of every sort, and to the beasts of the field to be devoured. [5] Thou shalt fall upon the open field: for I have spoken it, saith the Lord God.

Revelation 19:17-21 – And I saw an angel standing in the sun; and he cried with a loud voice, saying to all the fowls that fly in the midst of heaven, Come and gather yourselves together unto the supper of the great God; [18] That ye may eat the flesh of kings, and the flesh of captains, and the flesh of mighty men, and the flesh of horses, and of them that sit on them, and the flesh of all men, both free and bond, both small and great. [19] And I saw the beast, and the kings of the earth, and their armies, gathered together to make war against him that sat on the horse, and against his army.

[20] And the beast was taken, and with him the false prophet that wrought miracles before him, with which he deceived them that had received the mark of the beast, and them that worshipped his image. These both were cast alive into a lake of fire burning with brimstone.

[21] And the remnant were slain with the sword of him that sat upon the horse, which sword proceeded out of his mouth: and all the fowls were filled with their flesh.

Ezekiel 38:1,2 – And the word of the Lord came unto me, saying, [2] Son of man, set thy face against Gog, the land of Magog, the chief prince of Meshech and Tubal, and prophesy against him,

Gog is a person, the antichrist. Magog is a land, the land of Magog. God tells Ezekiel to set his face against a person, Gog, and against a land, Magog, which is Russia. Gog is NOT the chief prince of Magog (Russia). He is the chief prince of Meshech and Tubal. At the time of Ezekiel’s writings the descendants of Magog were settled in Russia, while the descendants of Meshech and Tubal were

settled in Syria. The antichrist will come out of Syria to launch the initial attack. Some 3 and ½ years later Magog (Russia) will come down to join him at Armageddon.

To make a long story short – I believe there is only one war, the war that begins when Gog, the chief prince of Meshech and Tubal, attacks Israel, and ends three and one-half years later when Magog (Russia), along with all of Europe, Eurasia, Asia, the Middle East, and Africa, comes down to join him against Israel at the final battle of Armageddon – Only to find the bodies of their great armies end up as buzzard bait on the hills of Israel.

BUT AM I PREPARED TO BE WRONG? CERTAINLY! WHAT WILL I DO IF THERE ARE TWO WARS

? WELL, I WILL JUST SAY I WAS WRONG, AND WAIT FOR ANTICHRIST TO COME OUT OF THE FIRST WAR, THAT IS, IF I AM STILL HERE.

BUT WHAT IF THERE IS ONLY ONE WAR

? WELL, ONLY ONE THIRD OF ISRAEL WILL SURVIVE, JERUSALEM WILL FALL, ISRAEL WILL BE DRIVEN INTO THE NEGEV, AND YOU WILL BE WAITING FOR AN ANTICHRIST THAT IS ALREADY ON THE SCENE, THAT IS, IF YOU ARE STILL HERE.

My advice is to be prepared for either eventuality, even one that may be quite different from how many of these verses are commonly interpreted. I think that falls under the category of “watching.”

Romans 11:25,26 – For I would not, brethren, that ye should be ignorant of this mystery, lest ye should be wise in your own conceits; that blindness in part is happened to Israel, until the fullness of the Gentiles be come in. [26] And so all Israel shall be saved: as it is written, There shall come out of Sion the Deliverer, and shall turn away ungodliness from Jacob:

Jeremiah 30:7 – Alas! for that day is great, so that none is like it: it is even the time of Jacob’s trouble; but he shall be saved out of it.

The Bible is quite specific that a false peace must be broken in order for the last three and one half years of the tribulation period to begin. So, in the last century, I was quite curious as to WHY it had to be false, WHAT would cause it to come into place, HOW it would actually be put into place, and WHEN it would be put into place.

I am now confidently satisfied as to WHY, WHAT, and HOW. I am not completely settled as to precisely WHEN the false peace will be broken by an attack from the north against Israel, but I am confident it is likely to occur at some point in time between 2008 and 2012.

I have always taught that the 10 toes of Daniel 2, and the 10 horns of Daniel 7, Revelation 13, and Revelation 17 were Muslim nations. In my early ministry it was very difficult for me to understand exactly how the biblical “false peace” of I Thessalonians 5:3,4 could ever come to pass. There is, imbedded in the genealogical and faith structures of Islam and Judaism, a hatred that runs through every fiber of their societies, and it will only end when Christ returns, and then only by the rod of the true God. When the security barrier/fence/wall was first proposed in 1968, I took little notice of it at that time.

However, when it became apparent it would be a hard reality early in 2002, one supported by all parties, it let me know it would definitely be finished, no matter what it cost, or which party was in office. Then I became certain I had a part of the answer as to HOW a false forced peace could come into existence. The o ther part of

the Biblical puzzle of HOW came into focus in the second half of 2002 when I really began to keep a daily check on the activities of Hizbollah, the Shiite Terrorist Army of southern Lebanon. From 2002 to the start of the current Israeli and Hizbollah conflict, I watched launchers and katyshua rockets, by the tens of thousands, travel across Syria from Iran into the terror army of Hizbollah, adding to a stock pile that was just under 10,000 when 2002 began.

The thousands of katyshua rockets, expended thus far by Hizbollah in its current conflict with Israel, were initially stored for a future Jihad. Hizbollah never dreamed Israel would launch such an offensive against them for the kidnapping of just two Israeli soldiers, and were shocked when they did so.

Israel’s unanticipated reaction forced Hizbollah to generate massive launchings out of stockpiles held for a future Jihad against Israel as partners with Iranian and Syrian forces. As a direct consequence of this tactical blunder, it will now require years to replace rockets, projectiles, missiles, and other expended weaponry, in basically the same way they have done it over the last four years. I believe they will reach a military sufficiency to carry out the Jihad attack at some point in time between 2008 and 2012.

The events of the current Israeli and Hizbollah conflict were quite predictable! So why has the world been so surprised at the strength of Hizbollah, the degree to which it was dug-in, and the fantastic number of Katyshua rockets it had in its possession? Storing Weaponry for a Future Surprise Islamic Jihad Blitzkrieg

According to senior Israeli and Western officials, the Hezbollah militants in southern Lebanon have already amassed thousands of missiles of the surface to surface variety, and among them those that can strike at major cities in northern Israel. And, even more alarming, they are continuing to flow into southern Lebanon at an alarming rate. I believe they are for a future surprise Jihad after a false peace has finally come to Israel, and are being stored primarily for that purpose.

Most of Hezbollah’s rockets have been provided by Iran, being flown to the Syrian capital, Damascus, then driven by truck to southern Lebanon, but Syria has recently begun to send rockets of its own, and the missile buildup effort has intensified in the last year.

Hezbollah has occasionally launched a few rockets against Israeli military targets just across the border this year, primarily to keep the pressure on Israel while avoiding a major military confrontation with it. They know that Israel does not want to open up a second front while combating internal terrorist groups and waiting for a possible U.S. strike against Iraq.

Hezbollah has accumulated 8,000 to 9,000 smaller Katyusha rockets, which have a range of up to 12 miles, According to Israeli and Western officials. But over the past year Iran has begun to provide them with a variety of longer range systems, including the 240mm Fajre-3 missile, which has a range of some 24 miles, and the 333mm Fajr missile, which has a range of some 42 miles, making it capable of striking the northern Israeli port city of Haifa, and all the Israeli cities in Galilee.

Hezbollah also has several hundred Fajr rockets. Additionally, Syria has begun to provide them with 222mm rockets that have a range of up to 18 miles.

I believe that the bulk of all this weaponry, which is continuing to be brought into Lebanon, will eventually be used against Israel after a false period of peace.

In Prophecy Update Number 74D we covered what the title of 79D means when applied to the situation along the border zone of northern Israel with Syria and Lebanon. Events of the last two weeks indicate that Syria may be making long range plans for what I indicated would eventually precede a 10 nation push into Israel from the north. Such a push is not in the immediate future, but this week seems to be setting the groundwork for its eventual occurrence. At the start of this month, while marking Syrian Army Day, President Bashar Assad said Israel alone was responsible for the stalemate in the Middle East peace process, and his top general announced the country was strengthening its military to defend against Israel. In a statement released last week in three top military publications Assad said: “The Israeli governments, especially the current one, through their active eagerness for bloodshed and their desire to swallow Arab lands and expand, are solely responsible for foiling all efforts that aim at achieving peace and stability in the region.”

Assad, who took office in July 2000 after the death of his father, outlined the basis of a just, comprehensive peace as being the complete withdrawal of Israel from the Golan Heights strategic plateau, plus the creation of an independent Palestinian state, with Jerusalem as its capital. But, in view of the current Israeli policies, Assad said Syria had decided to remain in the state of “full alertness and preparedness.”

Syrian Armed Forces Chief-of-Staff General Hassan Turkmany wrote in a Syrian daily last week that he intended to continue to bolster Syria’s defenses. He said Syrian forces were powerful enough to face challenges, and in decidedly a reference to Israel, said would “inflict a bitter defeat on any aggressor and foil his expansionist plans.”

Meanwhile, last week in Lebanon, which also celebrated Army Day, and where Syria has some 35,000 troops stationed, plus a Hizbullah army of terrorists stationed in its southern quarter, President Emile Lahoud said Israel’s “terrorist” policy is to blame for instability in the Middle East.

The current conflict will end – A Demilitarized Zone will be established in southern Lebanon – And, eventually, they will all settle back into a long winter’s nap. The long winter’s nap will also include the border separations between Israel and the Palestinians in the West Bank and Gaza Strip.

But a repeat performance of what we have seen in July and August will suddenly explode along the northern border of Israel at some point in time between 2008 and 2012.

Israel will be in absolute shock when, for the first time since 1948, she finds herself defeated, and in the Negev.

THE INTERNATIONAL JUSTIFICATION BLAME GAME!

WE DID IT BECAUSE THEY ATTACKED US FIRST!

The age of so-called civilized warfare really began in the era of the Napoleonic Wars of 1803 to 1815. And, with the passage of time, it has become increasingly important for the two countries involved in a conflict to convince the rest of the world the other is the culprit who started the conflict. Every time Hitler, in his early conquests, marched his troops into countries to take them over in bloodless battles, he always had an excuse to justify his attacks. Finally, when he came to his planned conquest of the Poles, he could not really find what even remotely seemed like a justifiable reason. So he manufactured one. He had his own SS troops dress up in Polish uniforms and attack a German border outpost. Then the SS put dead Polish bodies in the immediate vicinity of the outpost and had photographers and reporters in to verify their story. Using this farce as justification for his actions, he attacked Poland in September of 1939, and World War II began.

Some interesting developments, involving Iran, Lebanon, Syria, Iraq, and the terrorist groups, particularly Hizbollah, have been occurring along the northern border of Israel with Lebanon. I do not believe what I am now observing in that area will lead to an immediate war, but I suspect it may well do so in the not too distant future. And, if I am correct in my assumptions, it could give Syria justification for attacking Israel in the eyes of most of the international world.

President Bush has demanded that Syria cut it’s backing for the Hizbollah terrorists that operate along the southern border of Lebanon, and that it expel the other Palestinian terrorist groups it currently has operating out of Syria. Damascus now hosts 10 Palestinian terrorist groups, which include the extremist groups Hamas and the Islamic Jihad. In response to the demands of President Bush, Syrian President Bashar al-Assad said: “Syria supports the Lebanese national resistance, including Hizbollah, in resisting Israeli occupation and liberating land.” Concerning the demand that the other terrorist groups in Syria be removed, he said: “Their work is limited to political and media activities, and their offices in Damascus provide political representation to the 400,000 Palestinians who look to attain their rights and return to their land.” Israel has repeatedly warned Syria that if Hizbollah continued its border attacks on Israeli civilians and troops on its northern border, they would start hitting targets in Syria in retaliation.

Bashar has responded by saying that Syria would defend itself against any Israeli action. He said: “If the Israeli government involves itself in waging aggression on the territory of Syria, then Syria will defend itself.”

So far Israel’s policy against recent Hizbollah attacks has shown remarkable restraint, probably because of not wanting to open a second front of conflict to the one they now have going in the West Bank and Gaza Strip. Even though seven Israeli soldiers were killed by a Hizbollah terrorist team that penetrated the border fence, Israel has held back from violent retaliation.

And now Bashar al-Assad has joined with Iran to provide heavier rockets for the Hizbollah arsenal of terror. Israeli officials have watched Hizbollah deploy thousands of new missiles and rockets that are aimed at Israeli civilian population centers.

Once Israel has completed its long buffer zone fence around the West Bank, and beefed up the one it already has around the Gaza Strip, it will become confident it has finally achieved the impossible, it will say it has “peace and safety.” And all the time that it was tied up internally in so doing, Syria, Iran, Iraq, and Lebanon will have been slowly slipping troops in position for a lightning Jihad from the north. Israel’s preoccupation with its internal safety is going to cause them to slack off in their gaze on what is going on externally.

During the time that Alexander’s great empire had been divided into four sections, the Syrian section (Seleucid) held Israel some of the time, and the Egyptian section (Ptolemy) held it when they took

it from the Syrians. Israel was at times a part of the Egyptian section, at times a part of the Syrian section, and at times a part of both. Daniel lists a very long series of battles between the king of the north (Syria) and the king of the South (Egypt). Most of Daniel’s prophecies about these two kingdoms were fulfilled by their many kings from Daniel 11:4 through 35, but there remains one war yet to be fulfilled, and I believe it is the aforementioned Jihad that begins in Daniel 11:40. Since Israel was once part of the section occupied by Ptolemy, I am persuaded that Israel is the king of the south and Syria is the king of the north in Daniel 11:40-45.

I suspect that after Israel has lulled itself into a false sense of peace and safety by its military might, it will have gained even more confidence in its great ability to take care of any Islamic intrusion. It may well be that Syria will get Hizbollah to kick up a storm of activity along the northern border by launching a massive missile and rocket attack across the border into the populations of northern Israel. Syria will do this knowing that Israel will cross the border into Lebanon and hit Syrian targets from the air. But this time Lebanon, Syria, Iraq, and Iran will be waiting for it, and six other Islamic nations will be poised to supply logistical support. The Islamic nations can cry out while they head south: “We were attacked first! We are justified in our response to this Israeli invasion of our sovereign territory.” This will cause a hesitation by the western world at first and, by the time it wakes up, Jerusalem will have fallen, and Israel will be fleeing into the Negev.

I Thessalonians 5:3,4 – For when they shall say, Peace and safety; then sudden destruction cometh upon them, as travail upon a woman with child; and they shall not escape. [4] But ye, brethren, are not in darkness, that that day should overtake you as a thief.

Daniel 11:40 – And at the time of the end shall the king of the south push at him: and the king of the north shall come against him like a whirlwind, with chariots, and with horsemen, and with many ships; and he shall enter into the countries, and shall overflow and pass over.

Zechariah 13:8 – And it shall come to pass, that in all the land, saith the Lord, two parts therein shall be cut off and die; but the third shall be left therein.

First comes a time when Israel actually believes it can maintain “peace and safety.” Then a time of false “peace and safety” sets in for a brief period. Then a border incident! Then a response! Then a Jihad, and the last 1260 days of the tribulation period are under way.

Matthew 23:37-39 – O Jerusalem, Jerusalem, thou that killest the prophets, and stonest them which are sent unto thee, how often would I have gathered thy children together, even as a hen gathereth her chickens under her wings, and ye would not! [38] Behold, your house is left unto you desolate.

[39] For I say unto you, Ye shall not see me henceforth, till ye shall say, Blessed is he that cometh in the name of the Lord.

Because Israel rejected her Messiah, her Temple Mount was first made spiritually desolate at his crucifixion, and then physically desolate at the end of his crucifixion generation. Soon Christ is coming again to fulfill Matthew 23:39. The Jerusalem Post article by Etgar Lefkovits, which follows, made me think of the last two destructions of the Temple. I am convinced that the current conflict along Israel’s northern border is setting the stage for the creation of a second DMZ and, that it is quite likely, as I have stated in numerous previous releases, three and one-half years of great tribulation is quite likely to break out along the DMZ at some point in time between 2008 and 1012.

Citing intelligence alerts of possible violence, Jerusalem police announced Wednesday that the Temple Mount will be closed to non-Muslim visitors on Thursday, as the nation marks Tisha Be’av and the destruction of the biblical Jewish temples.

The largely expected police decision to shut the Mount to Jews and Christians on the fast day came just two days after the the High Court of Justice ruled that members of the Temple Mount Faithful – with the exception of the group’s leader, Gershon Salomon – could enter the site on Tisha Be’av if it is open to visitors.

The decision to shut the Mount to visitors, which was made by Jerusalem police chief Cmdr.

Ilan Franco, followed an amalgamation of intelligence information that thousands of Muslims were planning to flock to the site to “protect” it from Jews who were planning to visit on Tisha Be’av at the urging of “extremist” Jewish groups, Jerusalem police spokesman Shmuel Ben-Ruby said.

Muslim men younger than 45 will also be barred from entering the compound for the next 48 hours.

In the past, the site has been repeatedly closed down to non-Muslim visitors on Tisha Be’av due to concern over the outbreak of violence, drawing the wrath of Israeli rightists who accuse police of “capitulating” to Arab threats.

Last year, the Temple Mount was shut on Tisha Be’av on the eve of the pullout from the Gaza Strip.

The following article from the Israel National News, carrying quotes from Ahmadinehad and the deceased Ayatollah Khomeini, blends in well with the anticipated timing of our ‘redemption drawing nigh.’

Some 1976 years ago Jesus indicated, when the last generation began to see certain events unfurl, our redemption from the current Middle East mess could be classified as “draweth nigh,” implying a lot of things had to happen before it actually occurred.

Some 25 years ago, Iran’s first dictator of the fundamentalist Islamic Republic, the Ayatollah Khomeini, stated concerning Israel, ‘This regime occupying Jerusalem must vanish from the page of time, which implied it was not going to happen in the twentieth century.’

Now, Iran’s latest dictator, Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, has said: ‘All the conditions for the removal of the Zionist regime are at hand.’

I believe in the midst of all this uncertainty and turmoil, now affecting the entire Middle East, all three statements mirror a pattern that will lead into the last three and one half years of the tribulation period. My guesstimate is that the attack from the north, which begins it, will occur at some point in time between 2008 and 2012. It will begin as this current conflict began, but on the day it occurs there will be no U.S. forces left in Iraq, and Israel will find a quite different type of Islamic forces waiting for them on the opposite side of the DMZ, along the length of her northern border.

They will be highly motivated, well trained Arab forces equipped with the modern elements of convention warfare. Israel will be driven into the Negev Wilderness, where she will remain until she break outs some three and one-half years later, and drives north at the great battle of Armageddon.

Ahmadinejad: Conditions for Removal of Israel Are at Hand

Iranian leader Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, clearing up any ambiguity in previous calls to “wipe Israel off the map,” now used an Arabic word for the removal of body hair to describe his plans for Israel.

“All the conditions for the removal of the Zionist regime are at hand,” Ahmadinejad told an Arab Conference of Iraqi Neighbors meeting Saturday. For the first time, he employed the Arabic word ezaleh, which is used to describe the irreversible removal of body hairs or a woman’s virginity.

“Nations in the region will be more furious every day. It won’t take long before the wrath of the people turns into a terrible explosion that will wipe the Zionist entity off the map,” Ahmadinejad told the foreign ministers of Jordan, Syria, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Turkey, Bahrain and Egypt. The heads of the Arab League and

the Islamic Conference were also present, in addition to a special United Nations representative.

None of the foreign ministers present including Jordan, Egypt or Turkey – commonly regarded as Israel’s friends in the Arab/Muslim world – objected to the call for annihilation. Instead, the following statement was issued: “The Arab foreign ministers participating in today’s Tehran meeting expressed their strong condemnation of this continuing and increasing aggression against the Palestinian people.”

The Iranian president went on to blame all of the region’s troubles on the Jewish state.

“”The basic problem in the Islamic world is the existence of the Zionist regime, and the Islamic world and the region must mobilize to remove this problem. It is a usurper that our enemies made and imposed on the Muslim world, a regime that prevented the progress of the region’s nations, a regime that all Muslims must join hands in isolating worldwide.”

He ended with a call on all nations to cease their support of Israel. “[All nations] should realize that their support for the illegitimate, usurper, Zionist regime is a mistake. The waves of fury of Muslim nations will not be confined within the boundaries of the region, and the people who close their ears to the cries of the Palestinians and blindly support this regime will be responsible for the consequences.” “I tell them to dissociate themselves or face the terrible consequences.”

Since Ahmadinejad’s call to “wipe Israel off the map” last October, some academics have claimed the Iranian leader was mistranslated or misunderstood.

“Ahmadinejad did not say he was going to wipe Israel off the map, because no such idiom exists in Persian,” left-wing University of Michigan professor Juan Cole told the New York Times. “He did say he hoped its regime, i.e., a Jewish-Zionist state occupying Jerusalem, would collapse…Since Iran has not attacked another country aggressively for over a century, I smell the whiff of war propaganda.”

Jonathan Steele of the British Guardian newspaper also told the Time: “The Iranian president was quoting an ancient statement by Iran’s first Islamist leader, the late Ayatollah Khomeini, who said, ‘this regime occupying Jerusalem must vanish from the page of time,’ just as the shah’s regime in Iran had vanished. He was not making a military threat. He was calling for an end to the occupation of Jerusalem at some point in

the future.

The ‘page of time’ phrase suggests he did not expect it to happen soon.”

Neither of the two had responded to Ahmadinejad’s latest clarification and call to action, which were translated and distributed by the Iranian state-run IRNA news agency.

The Iranian leader’s threats are particularly significant as the Islamic Republic continues to pursue nuclear technology and world bodies continue to pursue diplomatic means of inducing Iran to give up its nuclear

aspirations.
