Necessary Action for Final Phase of Israel’s Security Barrier!
February 15, 2006

The action I indicated would occur in Archive Prophecy Update 62D is now in place in the Jordan River valley from the southern tip of the Sea of Galilee to the Dead Sea. I am including the original Update 62, April 10, 2002, which is the first time the security barrier idea came into the news media.
At that time I issued Update 62D. If you would like to see what I believed it would look like in its final state, please see Prophecy Update 65C in our archives.
I do not think I will be too far off target when the barrier/wall/fence is completed in 2007. If I had not retired from the National Security Agency some three years after Yigal Allon first came up the idea, I would have been as much in the dark as any
one else as to what Israel was planning to do.
The Palestinians consider the vast stretch of land from the foothills of the West Bank to the Jordan River and the shoreline of the Dead Sea to be part of the land Israel is supposed to give back to them, but that will never happen. Israel is now putting the zone off limits to Palestinians in advance of the barrier being built north to south along the foothills of the eastern slopes of the West Bank mountains. So forget about Hamas negotiating for peace with Israel.
The unilateral withdrawal plan linked with the completion of the security barrier is full speed ahead. A time of relative “peace and safety” should follow completion of the barrier. I refer to it as “relative” because the Israelis have placed their faith in the ability of the security barrier and their military might to protect them from terrorist attacks on their side of the barrier. One day soon, after they have put their faith back in their Messiah to deliver and protect them, the following Scripture concerning them will be fulfilled.
Zechariah 13:9 – And I will bring the third part through the fire, and will refine them as silver is refined, and will try them as gold is tried: they shall call on my name, and I will hear them: I will say, It is my people: and they shall say, The Lord is my God.
SPECIAL PROPHECY UPDATE NUMBER 62D
April 10, 2002
Three years before I retired at the National Security Agency, in 1968, there was an Israeli security plan put forward by their Foreign Minister Yigal Allon. It was drawn up by him, but never put into effect and, for that matter, I do not remember it being put forward as an official proposal. As I recall, the plan was to completely surround the West Bank with a security buffer zone. I retired in 1971 and, quite frankly, my memory may not recall the details specifically, but it seems to me that the security buffer zone was to be about three miles deep, except on the side facing the Jordan River, where I think it was to be seven to 10 miles in width.
The Israelis seem to think this would provide them with security from the actions of the Palestinians enclosed within it. The more I th ink about it, the more it seems to me this was what was presented as a proposal under the Benjam
in Netanyahu administration in a modified version.
And what is now happening in Israel may also be a modified version of the old Allon Security Buffer Zone Plan.
They would first eliminate or cripple the terrorist infrastructure in the cities and refugee camps, then pull back a few miles and establish a security ring around the individual areas, and then finally seal in most of the West Bank with a security buffer zone to give them a feeling of peace and safety from the terrorists within the West Bank.
That may, or may not, be Israel’s final objective, but I will guarantee you this, the Palestinians and all Islamic nations will hate it. And if anything will cause a false peace to come in, this action will insure it. A false peace is coming to the Middle East. It may be a “forced peace” or a negotiated peace, or a combination of both, but it will be a false peace that gives Israel a sense of “Peace and safety,” and it will be broken with the agony and pain that suddenly comes upon a woman before giving birth to a child, and that pain and agony will last for some 1260 days.
I Thessalonians 5:3,4 – [3] For when they shall say, Peace and safety; then sudden destruction cometh upon them, as travail upon a woman with child; and they shall not escape. [4] But ye, brethren, are not in darkness, that that day should overtake you as a thief.
Revelation 12:6 – [6] And the woman fled into the wilderness, where she hath a place prepared of God, that they should feed her there a thousand two hundred and threescore days.

Israel Cuts off Eastern West Bank from Rest of West Bank
By Amira Hass, Haaretz Correspondent
February 13, 2006
While the international community busied itself with the disengagement from the Gaza Strip last summer, Israel completed another cut-off process, which went unnoticed: Israel completed cutting off the eastern sector of the West Bank from the remainder of the West
Bank in 2005.
Some 2,000,000 Palestinians, residents of the West Bank, are prohibited from entering the area, which constitutes around one-third of the West Bank, and includes the Jordan Valley, the area of the Dead Sea shoreline and the eastern slopes of the West Bank mountains.
Military sources told Haaretz that the moves have been “security measures” adopted by the Israel Defense Forces, and have no connection to any political intentions whatsoever.
Restrictions on the movement of Palestinians in the Jordan Valley were imposed at the start of the intifada, and were gradually expanded. But the sweeping prohibition regarding entry into the area by Palestinians was imposed, in fact, after security responsibility in Jericho was given back to the Palestinians on March 16, 2005.
At the time, Palestinian sources say, Palestinian travelers coming across the Allenby Bridge (the West Bank’s only direct link overseas) were banned from passing through the Jordan Valley even if they were heading to the northern West Bank and the villages adjacent to the valley’s checkpoints. Instead, the travelers are required to go through Jericho, and from there, the road is long and filled with checkpoints and delays.
Furthermore, since then, residents of Jericho and the remainder of the West Bank have been banned from passing through the Ouja checkpoint, north of Jericho, in the direction of the Jordan Valley.
