MAKING IRAQ AN ISLAMIC REPUBLIC LIKE IRAN – Step 1

I have long advised of the impossibility of establishing a true democratic government

in Iraq, no matter how noble the motivation behind such an attempt.

I assure you, that after all is said and done, and the American troops are pulled out, Iraq will become an Islamic Republic like Iran.

I was totally in favor of invading Iraq for the purpose of getting rid of the butcher Saddam Hussein and, having done so, in getting out as soon as we caught or killed him. But I have never been in favor of attempting to form any type of democratic government in Iraq.

The quicker we get out the better.

The action taken by the Shiite Militias in southern Iraq are Step 1 in a process that will eventually lead to most of Iraq being transformed into an Islamic Republic like its Shiite neighbor Iran. The current action and plann ing by the Shiites, as outl

I assure you that Iraq will not become a democracy for very long, if at all, and will be one of the 10 toes of Daniel 2, as well as one of the 10 horns of Daniel 7 and Revelation 13 & 17.

All the pilgrims’ routes to the Shiite shrine town of Karbala south of Baghdad have been secured by Shiite militias, in a show of sectarian muscle unprecedented hitherto in Iraq. Tuesday, Sept. 20, hundreds of thousands of Shiites will converge on Karbala for celebrations marking the birthday anniversary of the Imam Mahdi.

Rather than relying on Iraqi national forces, the Badr and “Wolves” Brigades, the militias of prime minister Ibrahim Jaafari’s Dawa party and even renegade Moqtada Sadr’s Mehdi Army, have joined forces to guard the routes to the city and the event.

Last week, al Qaeda declared all-out war on Iraq’s Shiites. In recent weeks, hundreds have been slaughtered in terrorist attacks.

The Shiite militia deployment is an Iraqi milestone for three reasons:

1. They are all operating for the first time under a unified command, a tipping point in the evolution of a Shiite national army.

2. US and Iraqi national forces are leaving the Shiite militias a clear field, an indirect form of acceptance

of evolving Shiite autonomous government.

3. Should Abu Musab al Zarqawi send his car bombers against the pilgrims, as he has in the past, the Shiite militias are poised to storm Sunni regions in the vicinity and exact vengeance.

This would take Iraq a step closer to civil war.

Rest assured that the boldness of Hamas leaders and followers coming out into the open, is much to Israel’s joy, and that a complete file of all of the new members is being complied.

Israel has had one primary goal in mind for some three years – Finish the security barrier and get the terrorists behind it!

Unless the Hamas gets bold enough to raise levels of terror attacks to an unacceptable level, the Israelis will let them jump, scream, shoot in the air, lift their tails in the air, make all kinds of threats, and even launch a few Kassams.

But if they, or any of the new terror organizations that slipped in last week across the Sinai border, were to pull off a major act of terror against Israelis, then Katie, bar the door. And, even though the Palestinian Authority’s Fatah would surely scream bloody murder, in reality it might please them to get rid of some of their rival Hamas and Islamic Jihad terror competitors.

Shin Bet Chief: PA is Crumbling, Fatah in Disarray

The Palestinian Authority is crumbling, it’s leader Mahmoud Abbas is too weak to enforce law and order, his Fatah party is in disarray and Hamas is taking control of the Gaza Strip, Shin Bet chief Yuval Diskin said on Wednesday during a rare on-the-record briefing with military reporters.

“The Palestinian Authority is barely functional,” Diskin said at his headquarters in Ramat Aviv.

“(Abbas) has no apparatus that control Fatah.

He is a general without soldiers.

tah strength. He needs more motivation.”

a message of doom and gloom for the prospects of a positive times ahead, Diskin said the Palestinians were making enormous efforts to acquire rockets and other weapons in the West Bank, smuggled in from the Sinai.

He also said the Shin Bet believes Islamic extremists who follow an al-Qaida ideology were still targeting the Sinai resorts and that Israelis should stay out of there.

“There is a strong infrastructure of World Islamic Jihad there, stronger than even the Egyptians themselves were aware of,” Diskin said.
Diskin said that Hamas and other groups took advantage of the euphoric chaos after the IDF abandoned the Philadelphi corridor to smuggle in huge amounts of weapons and arms as well as return fugitives wanted for organizing terrorist attacks.

In one incident, a Hamas convoy of 15 jeeps crossed

one day and returned laden with arms and explosives. According to Shin Bet data, 3,000 rifles, 1.5 million bullets, 150-200 rocket propelled grenades and hundreds of kilograms of explosives have been smuggled in so far.

But he said the Israeli Security Agency could not confirm reports that shoulder-fired Strella or Stinger missiles or advanced anti-tank rockets were also smuggled into the Gaza Strip.

Hurricane Rita will soon join Frances, Charley, and Hugo to make a family of four, all born within this 21st century.

During the period 1900 to 2003, a total of 103 years, there were seventeen 4 or 5 category hurricanes that hit the United States.

That is an average of one 4 or 5 category hurricane hitting our coasts every six years.

When Rita hits us, we will have experienced four 4 or 5 category hits on our shores in less than two years, and the 2005 season is not over.

We will have averaged two category 4 or 5 hurricanes per year in 2004 & 2005 when Rita comes on land.

I do not believe we are in the tribul

ation period, but I do believe when it does begin, it will make the last two years seen like a Sunday school picnic.

In a previous BLOG in our BLOG ARHIVES, September 18, 2005, titled: “Descendants of the Wild Man,” we discussed the Islamic Koran teachings concerning Ishmael who, according to the Koran, was the seed of promise to Abraham. This teaching would mean that all of Israel belongs to the descendants of Ishmael, not Jacob, and that they are to one day rule the world.

After reading this article on THE BLOG, my Lebanese friend e-mailed me about the word translated “wild” in Genesis 16:12 to advise me that the word refers to a wild ass. I had been taught that in seminary in the Hebrew language courses, but thought that “wild man” would get the point across without offending some because of tender linguistic hearts. I thought about it some more, and decided that “wild ass” does actually convey the spirit of some of Ishmael’s present descendants across the globe in a more accurate manner than just “wild man.”

Genesis 16:11-12 – And the angel of the Lord said unto her, Behold, thou art with child, and shalt bear a son, and shalt call his name Ishmael; because the Lord hath heard thy affliction.

[12] And he will be a WILD man; his hand will be against every man, and every man’s hand against him; and he shall dwell in the presence of all his brethren.

Jeremiah 14:6 – And the wild ASSES did stand in the high places, they SNUFFED up the wind like dragons; their eyes did fail, because there was no grass.

The same Hebrew word (PEREH – 6501 in Strong’s concordance) is translated as WILD in Genesis 16:12, but as ASSES in Jeremiah 14:6.

The Hebrew word translated SNUFFED in Jeremiah 14:6 is SHAAPH, which means “to inhale eagerly, to snort in anger.”

Please forgive me my linguistic bluntness, but that does indeed seem to fit the character of Ishmael’ s I

slamic terror groups.

They are a bunch of wild asses snorting in anger, and that passion is sweeping in as a growing spirit of Jihad through all the numerically growing terror groups. This anger will not be squelched until the return of the Seed of Jacob, the man Israel’s descendant, the Messiah, Christ Jesus.

The two articles which follow, one from the VOA News, and one from the Las Angeles Times, were taken from the Daily Alert Jerusalem Center.

The events that have followed the Israeli withdrawal are truly representative of a roving band of wild asses. I have observed hundreds of demonstrations since 1967 across the Middle East by the descendants of Ishmael and Keturah, which consisted of wild shouting, chanting, screaming, shooting of weapons in the air, and giant pictures of their current leaders.

I have heard the fanatical screams of “there is one God, Allah, and Mohammed is his Prophet” ripple across the Middle East. And every time I watch these snorts and cries of fanatical anger, I visualize a gathering of wild asses.

PA police sealed the border with Egypt on Sunday after Palestinians tore down the border fence and smuggled in weapons following Israel’s pullout from Gaza a week ago.

But Israel Radio’s Arab affairs expert Avi Sacharov says the PA has lost control: “The armed organizations are controlling the Gaza Strip, not only Hamas, but everyone who has a weapon is becoming a kind of a new landlord of Gaza.” Abbas is seeking international support for a Palestinian state and wants to revive peace talks with Israel, but the militants who rule the streets want holy war.

With the end of the Israeli presence in Gaza, Hamas is working to position itself as the principal power in the first large swath of territory under Palestinian sovereignty.

Already well ensconced in dozens of town halls across the West Bank and Gaza, Hamas now is gearing up for its next big electoral challenge: winning a substantial bloc of seats in Palestinian parliamentary elections in January.

By all indications, it will easily do so.

Daniel 5:24,25 – Then was the part of the hand sent from him; and this writing was written.

Daniel’s famous interpretation of the handwriting on the wall is surely inspired – However, the article which I will include as the last part of this particular BLOG is not.

So please take the article with a grain of salt.

and the article is just one part of it.

The interpretation of Daniel, concerning the demise of Belshazzar and his kingdom was as follows: “God hath numbered thy kingdom and finished it.” – “Thou art weighed in the balances, and art found wanting” – “Thy kingdom is divided, and given to the Medes and Persians.”

Whether or not the following article is the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth, I cannot say. I certainly do not question the integrity of the writer or the releasers of the report, but it is possible the article itself may have attained some additions along its path to being issued.

However, there is little doubt in the minds of many Middle East observers that Bashar Assad was directly involved in the assassination

of former Lebanese Prime Minister Rafik al-Hariri. The problem that Bashar faces with his supporters is not that he did it, but that he got caught in the process. That is one of the reasons that I doubt he will still be leader of Syria in 2007. I think that more and more of his supporters are weighing him in the balances, and are finding him wanting in the talents of his father who ruled before him.

Did Assad Threaten Hariri

Syrian president taped threatening former Lebanese Prime Minister Rafik al-Hariri prior to assassination.

Syria President Bashar Assad made explicit threats on the life of late Lebanese Prime Minister Rafik al-Hariri during their last meeting, French magazine “Intelligence Online” reported Sunday.

According to the report, Hariri taped the threat using a recording device concealed inside a pen. The device was given to Hariri by western security officials.

The report also states that Hariri managed to deliver copies of the recording before his assassination on February 14, to U.S. President George W.

Bush, French President Jacques Chirac, and Pakistani President Pervez Musharaff.
Lebanese opposition members and sources in the West claim Syria is directly responsible for the assassination.

If found credible, the tape will provide proof for Syria’s possible involvement

in the assassination.

‘I can destroy you and Lebanon’

According to the report, Hariri recorded Assad during a private meeting between the two just one week before the Lebanese parliament decided – as a result of heavy pressures made by Syria – to change the Lebanese constitution and thus extend the term of President Emile Lahoud, Assad’s ally.

Hariri, who objected to the extension of Lahoud’s term, was explicitly threatened by President Assad.

“You should know that Lahoud’s term will be extended in any case… I will not allow you to replace him with another person,” the magazine quoted Assad’s recording.

“You must remember I can destroy Lebanon and you yourself. If I am forced to leave Lebanon, I will leave ruin and destruction behind me,” Assad reportedly said.

“Your ally, Walid Jumblatt, had better realize what fate awaits him. His father’s death should serve him as a lesson.”

According to the report, the sophisticated pen was given to Hariri by the French Security Services after he told his close friend Chirac he felt his life was in danger.
