John 19:34,35 – But one of the soldiers with a spear pierced his side, and forthwith came there out BLOOD AND WATER..  [35] And he that saw it bare record, and his record is true: and he knoweth that he saith true, that ye might believe.

The soldier stood beneath the cross so his thrust with the spear would have been upward underneath the rib cage into the heart area,  The tremendous pain Jesus went through in his beating and agony on the cross would have generated a water buildup around his heart, such that a mixture of BLOOD AND WATER would have gushed forth from his side.

Why was John so emphatic about making sure the world would be told the Seed of Genesis 3:15,21 was a sinless blood and water man who sacrificed himself in death for the sins of all who would put their faith in the  BLOOD & WATER for a total sacrifice price for all their sins?

It is important for mankind to know it was a sinless flesh and blood man who died for all men that they might see the humanity of the Seed Christ Jesus, in whom all the fullness of the Godhead bodily.

Genesis 3:15.21 – And I will put enmity between thee and the woman, and between thy seed and her seed; it shall bruise thy head, and thou shalt bruise his heel. [21] Unto Adam also and to his wife did the Lord God make coats of skins, and clothed them.

Innocent animal blood was shed and innocent skin (hide) was ripped off their fleshly bodies as a picture of the future torture of the Seed’s flesh, body and blood as a final one time complete sacrifice for all condemnation for sin.  And those who accept it as the finished work for forgiveness of sin are eternally saved.

Mary, the mother of Jesus, heard the prophecy of ancient Simeon when the Seed of her womb was circumcised, as Simeon foretold of the sword piercing through  her Son’s side. Below (The Fall = Luke 21:24) (The Rise = Romans 11:25-27)

Luke 2:33-35 – And Joseph and his mother marvelled at those things which were spoken of him. [34] And Simeon blessed them, and said unto Mary his mother, Behold, this child is set for THE FALL and RISING AGAIN of many in Israel; and for a sign which shall be spoken against; [35] (Yea, A SWORD SHALL PIERCE THROUGH THY OWN SOUL ALSO,) THAT THE THOUGHTS OF MANY HEARTS MAY BE REVEALED.

John 19:25-30 – Now there stood by the cross of Jesus his mother, and his mother’s sister, Mary the wife of Cleophas, and Mary Magdalene. [26] When Jesus therefore saw his mother, and the disciple standing by, whom he loved, he saith unto his mother, Woman, behold thy son! [27] Then saith he to the disciple, Behold thy mother! And from that hour that disciple took her unto his own home. 28] After this, Jesus knowing that all things were now accomplished, that the scripture might be fulfilled, saith, I thirst. [29] Now there was set a vessel full of vinegar: and they filled a spunge with vinegar, and put it upon hyssop, and put it to his mouth. [30] When Jesus therefore had received the vinegar, he said, IT IS FINISHED: and he bowed his head, and gave up the ghost.

“THAT THE THOUGHTS OF MANY HEARTS MAY BE REVEALED”

Hebrews 4:12-16 – For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any twoedged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart. [13] Neither is there any creature that is not manifest in his sight: but all things are naked and opened unto the eyes of him with whom we have to do. [14] Seeing then that we have a great high priest, that is passed into the heavens, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold fast our profession. [15] For we have not an high priest which cannot be touched with the feeling of our infirmities; but was in all points tempted like as we are, yet without sin. [16] Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need.

I Corinthians 1:17,18 – For Christ sent me not to baptize, but to preach the gospel: not with wisdom of words, lest the cross of Christ should be made of none effect. [18] For the preaching of the cross is to them that perish foolishness; but unto us which are saved IT IS THE POWER OF GOD.)

I Corinthians 2:2,5 – For I determined not to know any thing among you, save Jesus Christ, and him crucified. [5] That your faith should not stand in the wisdom of men, BUT IN THE POWER OF GOD.

EVENTS FROM HIS 1ST ADVENT TO HIS 2ND ADVENT – PART 4

FINAL WAR AND 2ND ADVENT ARE NOT FAR AWAY!

CIRCUMCISION OF THE SEED AT HIS 1ST ADVENT

BECAUSE THE SEED WAS BORN UNDER THE LAW

+PROPHECY OF HIS FLESH & BLOOD OFFERING

LOVE GREW AS HIS WATER & BLOOD FLOWED!

Eight days after the prophesied Seed’s 1st Advent, He was circumcised under the Law for all believers that would accept He had fulfilled every jot and tittle of the Law at the end of His 1st Advent..  He fulfilled the offering of flesh and blood for all of mankind at Golgotha, and those who believe his life and offering was the full sacrifice for their salvation as the one time offering for all their sins.

The Seed’s life, flesh, and blood offering sacrifice applies to all men and women from Adam to the end of the Millennial that call upon the name of the Lord.

**Luke 2:20,21 – And the shepherds returned, glorifying and praising God for all the things that they had heard and seen, as it was told unto them. [21] And when EIGHT DAYS WERE ACCOMPLISHED FOR THE CURCUMCISION OF THE CHILD, his name was called Jesus, which was so named of the angel before he was conceived in the womb.

Galatians 4:4-6 – But when the fulness of the time was come, God sent forth his Son, made of a woman, made under the law, [5] To redeem them that were under the law, that we might receive the adoption of sons. [6] And because ye are sons, God hath sent forth the Spirit of his Son into your hearts, crying, Abba, Father.

Matthew 5:17,18 –Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfil. [18] For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled.

After a person  is saved he or she is forever removed from under condemnation of God for their inability to keep every jot and tittle of the Law.  Those who teach all the saved to try to obey Christ’s Commandments are rewarded in heaven, and the saved teachers who teach you must keep it to go to heaven will not be rewarded. I say this to all men and women: You cannot add to, or take away from his works and righteousness.  The righteousness of the Pharisees totaled zero.

Matthew 5:19,20 – Whosoever therefore shall break one of these least commandments and shall teach men so, he shall be called the least in the kingdom of heaven: but whosoever shall do and teach them, the same shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven. [20] For I say unto you, That except your righteousness shall exceed the righteousness of the scribes and Pharisees, ye shall in no case enter into the kingdom of heaven. (Please note that both of these believers are in the kingdom of heaven)

**Luke 2:22-35 – And when the days of her purification according to the law of Moses were accomplished, they brought him to Jerusalem, to present him to the Lord; [23] (As it is written in the law of the Lord, Every male that openeth the womb shall be called holy to the Lord;) [24] And to offer a sacrifice according to that which is said in the law of the Lord, A pair of turtledoves, or two young pigeons. [25] And, behold, there was a man in Jerusalem, whose name was Simeon; and the same man was just and devout, waiting for the consolation of Israel: and the Holy Ghost was upon him. [26] And it was revealed unto him by the Holy Ghost, that he should not see death, before he had seen the Lord’s Christ. [27] And he came by the Spirit into the temple: and when the parents brought in the child Jesus, to do for him after the custom of the law, [28] Then took he him up in his arms, and blessed God, and said, [29] Lord, now lettest thou thy servant depart in peace, according to thy word: [30] For mine eyes have seen thy salvation, [31] Which thou hast prepared before the face of all people; [32] A light to lighten the Gentiles, and the glory of thy people Israel. [33] And Joseph and his mother marvelled at those things which were spoken of him.

God’s Children are to Adopt an Attitude of being Unprofitable Servants

Part 1

Jesus teaches New Testament Church Disciples this heading to His Cross

January 1, 2014

Jesus assures his little children, that those who hurt and/or cause members of His little flocks to stumble, will eventually pay a terrible punishment for doing it.

**Luke 17:1-3 – Then said he unto the disciples, It is impossible but that offences will come: but woe unto him, through whom they come! [2] It were better for him that a millstone were hanged about his neck, and he cast into the sea, than that he should offend one of these little ones.

Jesus then reminds the disciples the countless times God forgives them of their sins, and how impossible it is for them to forgive a brother just 490 times.

**Luke 17:4,5 – Take heed to yourselves: If thy brother trespass against thee, rebuke him; and if he repent, forgive him. [4] And if he trespass against thee seven times in a day, and seven times in a day turn again to thee, saying, I repent; thou shalt forgive him. [5] And the apostles said unto the Lord, Increase our faith.

Jesus then reminded the disciples the miniscule character of their faith.

**Luke 17:6 – And the Lord said, If ye had faith as a grain of mustard seed, ye might say unto this sycamine tree, Be thou plucked up by the root, and be thou planted in the sea; and it should obey you.

Jesus reminded the disciples he did not save them or use them because he had to have or needed them.   Jesus did it because he loved them before they loved him, and wanted to remind them he did not have to have their help, but they must have his power.  (The word translated as UNPROFITABLE is “not needed” – Bullinger)

**Luke 17:7-10 – But which of you, having a servant plowing or feeding cattle, will say unto him by and by, when he is come from the field, Go and sit down to meat? [8] And will not rather say unto him, Make ready wherewith I may sup, and gird thyself, and serve me, till I have eaten and drunken; and afterward thou shalt eat and drink? [9] Doth he thank that servant because he did the things that were commanded him? I trow not. [10] So likewise ye, when ye shall have done all those things which are commanded you, say, We are UNPROFITABLE servants: we have done that which was our duty to do. An UNPROFITABLE knows it is God who works in him, and that all glory & thanks should be given to God.  Jesus continues this teaching on the way to the Cross.

Praising God and Thanking Him for what he along can do is worshipping him,

**Luke 17:11-19 – And it came to pass, as he went to Jerusalem, that he passed through the midst of Samaria and Galilee. [12] And as he entered into a certain village, there met him ten men that were lepers, which stood afar off: [13] And they lifted up their voices, and said, Jesus, Master, have mercy on us. [14] And when he saw them, he said unto them, Go shew yourselves unto the priests. And it came to pass, that, as they went, they were cleansed. [15] And one of them, when he saw that he was healed, turned back, and with a loud voice glorified God, [16] And fell down on his face at his feet, giving him thanks: and he was a Samaritan. [17] And Jesus answering said, Were there not ten cleansed? but where are the nine18]There are not found that returned to give glory to God, save this stranger. [19] And he said unto him, Arise, go thy way: thy faith hath made thee whole.

Jesus answers a question from the very ones who are going to reject him.

**Luke 17:20-25–And when he was demanded of the Pharisees when the kingdom of God should come, he answered them and said, The kingdom of God cometh not with observation: [21] Neither shall they say, Lo here! or, lo there! for, behold, the kingdom of God is within you. [22] And he said unto the disciples, The days will come, when ye shall desire to see one of the days of the Son of man, and ye shall not see it. [23] And they shall say to you, See here; or, see there: go not after them, nor follow them. [24] For as the lightning, that lighteneth out of the one part under heaven, shineth unto the other part under heaven; so shall also the Son of man be in his day. [25] But first must he suffer many things, and be rejected of this generation.

Matthew 23:38,39 – Behold, your house is left unto you desolate. [39] For I say unto you, Ye shall not see me henceforth, till ye shall say, Blessed is he that cometh in the name of the Lord.

THIS LAST GENERATION IS LOOKING FOR HIS COMING
