Three Syrian tanks entered the demilitarized buffer zone in the central Golan Heights on Saturday, leading the IDF to raise its alert level in the area.

The Israeli army has also lodged a complaint with UN forces enforcing the ceasefire in the Golan Heights.

The Syrian tanks entered the village of Bir-Ajam, located just a few kilometers from an IDF outpost, and took part in battles against Syrian rebels.

Over the past 24 hours a number of mortar shells fired as part of the Syrian infighting landed in the demilitarized zone. One of them may have been the cause of a fire that erupted Saturday at Mount Hosek, located near the Israel-Syria border.

Also on Saturday, Syrian rebels launched a dawn assault on a strategic airbase in the north of the country, trying to disrupt strikes by warplanes and helicopters that pound rebel-held towns and give the regime of President Bashar Assad a major edge in the civil war.

The assault, reported by activists, comes a day before the start of a key international conference in Qatar at which the United States and its allies aim to reorganize the opposition’s political leadership and unite their ranks. The leadership-in-exile has been widely seen as ineffective and out of touch with rebel fighters on the ground.

Rebel forces attacked the Taftanaz airbase early Saturday morning in fighting with government forces that continued into the afternoon, the anti-regime activist Syrian Observatory for Human Rights said.

Joining Syrian rebels in the attack were fighters from Jabhat al-Nusra, an al-Qaeda-inspired Islamic militant group made up of foreign jihadis, according to the Observatory. Al-Nusra fighters, who are considered among the most experienced and disciplined among the opposition forces, have led attacks on other airbases in the north in past months.

The Taftanaz base mainly houses military helicopters, near the main highway between the capital Damascus and the northern city of Aleppo, where rebels and the military have been battling for control for months.

Online activist videos claim to show the battle, with rebels firing rockets and mortars, and smoke rising over buildings and an airstrip area. An activist speaking in the video identifies it as an attack by rebels and Jabhat al-Nusra on the base.

The videos appear genuine and are consistent with other Associated Press reporting in the area.

The capturing of the base – and holding on to it – would be a major achievement for the rebels, who often complain they are outgunned by government forces.

Airstrikes have been one of the most effective and feared weapons of the regime in the civil war. Rebels managed to seize control of a pocket of territory around Aleppo, but government warplanes and helicopters continue to blast towns they hold from the air. In the fierce fighting over Aleppo itself, warplanes almost daily swoop in to strafe or bomb rebel-held neighborhoods.

Rebels repeatedly target military airports and runways and often try to shoot down military jets to curtail the regime’s air power, even though they don’t have anti-aircraft weapons.

In an August attack on the Taftanaz base, rebels claimed to have badly damaged 10 military helicopters.

Activists say more than 36,000 people have been killed during Syria’s 19-month-old conflict, which began in March last year as a largely peaceful uprising but has transformed into a brutal civil war.

Several attempts for a truce in the fighting have failed, including the UN-supported four-day cease-fire that was meant to coincide with a major Muslim holiday last week, leaving the international community at a loss for ways to end the war.

US Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton on Wednesday called for a major leadership overhaul and suggested Washington would handpick more representative leaders, including those fighting the regime. The opposition conference in the Qatari capital, Doha, starts on Sunday.

Op-ed: Islamist rise in post-Assad Syria may find Israel surrounded by radical Muslim elements

Intelligence information collected and analyzed by the CIA shows that Israel has many causes for concern about the day after Assad. It turns out that there is a fundamental gap between what the White House says about events in Syria or what will happen after Assad goes and the disturbing picture taking shape at CIA headquarters in Langley.

The CIA is engaged in an intensive race against time to acquire information about Syria’s arsenal of chemical and biological weapons. The investment is huge, ranging from field agents dispatched to reinforce CIA stations in the region to technological intelligence, satellite images and so on. In fact, everything offered by modern technology is being invested in Syria at this time.

CIA officials are working with regional intelligence bodies – such as Turkey’s and Jordan’s spy agencies – and collecting information from Syrian army defectors in order to map out the body known as the “rebels” and categorize them: Who will be cooperating with the US Administration in the future, who will be serving the interests of radical Islam, and whether someone among them can be trusted on the chemical weapons issue.

This intelligence information prompted several leaks, which apparently reflect reality. One of them referred to the possibility that Jordanian commandoes would take over Syria’s chemical and biological sites. The second referred to the possibility that Israel will be bombing these sites. Yet another report revealed that the US Administration formulated contingency plans for taking over border crossings, airports and seaports in Syria to prevent the transfer of chemical and biological weapons and nab fleeing terrorists.

Here we can add another assumption: The assassination of top Syrian defense officials was not necessarily carried out by the rebels. This story has too many hallmarks of a blow delivered by an orderly spy agency capable of penetrating through the security around Syria’s top brass. Turkish intelligence, for example, has the abilities and also the interest – in conjunction with the Americans – to avenge the downing of the Turkish jet by the Syrians.

One of the products of CIA collection efforts is a problematic opinion about the rebels. Firstly, says the spy agency, the number of rebels is smaller than what is perceived in the West. Secondly, the rebel leadership was massively infiltrated by radical Muslim Brotherhood elements. Some of the rebels have a radical agenda, both politically and religiously, which is incommensurate with what someone in the White House thinks.

Moreover, as the rebels are still not shying away from using cellular phones, CIA agents have been able to report that some of the massacres in Syria in the past year were carried out by elements that were not activated by the Assad regime.

And so, while the White House is trying to cultivate a group of states that would endorse the new Syria, CIA officials warn: Not only will there be no new, modern Syria, there is a chance it will be a very old Syria, similar to the current Egyptian model or to the Iraqi model, where nobody knows who controls what. The states who offer financial and military support to the rebels have no idea who they’re supporting.

The US Administration had a vision for Syria. The Americans wanted the Baath party to continue running the country. This party is indeed headed by an Alawite, but mostly comprises Sunnis. The Americans wanted to see a Sunni regime in Syria that has an alliance with Saudi Arabia and Turkey. Yet none of this vision materialized. What is left for the Americans is to continue reciting the mantra whereby Assad needs to be toppled because of his brutality, ties with Iran and so on.

For the Americans, the day after Assad can bring unpleasant realities and strategic difficulties. For Israel, the day after Assad is a critical matter. Muslim Brotherhood on the Egypt border, Muslim Brotherhood in Gaza, Muslim Brotherhood on the Syria border, Hezbollah on the Lebanon border – this is a nightmare that could materialize.

Syria: Intensified airstrikes after failed truce

Syrian warplanes fired missiles at opposition strongholds around Damascus and in the north as Turkey, a key backer of the anti-regime rebels, appeared to distance itself from an earlier call to impose a no-fly zone.

The Syrian regime has intensified airstrikes in recent days following the failure of a UN-backed holiday truce over a four-day holiday that never took hold. Activists said at least 110 people were killed nationwide in airstrikes, artillery shelling and fighting Wednesday (local time).

The casualties pushed the death toll since the conflict began in March 2011 to more than 36,000, according to Rami Abdul-Rahman, the head of the Britain-based Syrian Observatory for Human Rights.

Much of the violence took place in rebellious suburbs of the capital Damascus and in the northern provinces of Idlib and Aleppo. The Observatory said government jets carried out multiple strikes in the eastern Ghouta district, a rebel stronghold close to the capital.

Airstrikes also hit the rebel-held city of Maaret al-Numan, according to Observatory, which gathers reports from a network of activists on the ground.

The city straddles a key supply route from Damascus to Aleppo and has become a main front in the civil war.

In the past weeks, the regime has intensified airstrikes on rebel positions and strongholds, particularly Maaret al-Numan, a city of 180,000 people that fell to rebel forces on Oct. 10. A former resident of the city said more than 70 homes have been levelled as a result of air bombardments this week alone.

“The Syrian air force doesn’t leave the skies. When the warplane goes, the helicopter comes,” the resident who identified himself as Ahmad told The Associated Press in a phone interview. He spoke from a nearby village and would only give his first name for fear of reprisals from the regime.

Most of the city’s inhabitants have fled due to heavy fighting, Ahmad said.

“Everyone has fled, you can’t live here anymore,” Ahmad said, adding that rebel groups, including the al-Qaeda inspired Jabhat al-Nusra, had flocked to the area to defend it.

A bomb hidden in a garbage bag exploded in an area near Damascus that is home to a Shiite Muslim shrine, killing 11 people and wounding 39, state-run news agency SANA said. The blast was in a suburb of the capital housing the golden-domed shrine of Sayeda Zeinab, the Prophet Muhammad’s granddaughter, which is popular with Iranian worshippers and tourists.

SANA also reported a car bomb explosion in the Damascus suburb of Moaddamiya and said it said caused several casualties.

By late Wednesday, the Observatory had reported more than 130 casualties nationwide, more than 40 of them government soldiers.

The UN refugee agency, meanwhile, said it delivered badly needed humanitarian aid to internally displaced Syrians in the northern cities of Aleppo and Idlib, as well as in Homs in the centre of the country and Hassakeh and Raqqa in the northeast.

Speaking in Jordan, UNHCR’s regional spokesman Ron Redmond said cooking materials, blankets, mattresses, and sanitary supplies were delivered to almost 3,000 Syrians who fled the fighting in the past weeks and have been left homeless.

The international community remains at a loss about how to stop the war in Syria. The US and other Western and Arab nations have called on Assad to step down, while China and Russia have stood by the regime and blocked moves to censure Syria at the UN Security Council. Iran also backs the regime.

Internationally sanctioned cease-fires have failed and world powers appear to have stepped away from previous talk of imposing a no-fly zone or setting up a safe area in the country’s north for civilians fleeing the violence.

Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan, a harsh critic of Syrian President Bashar Assad, said any such moves would need to come from the Security Council.

“This subject is something for the UN Security Council to decide,” Erdogan said. “If the UN hasn’t made this decision, we have no authority, no right to declare such a zone in northern Syria.”

Erdogan said the experience of imposing a no-fly zone over Iraq to strike at Saddam Hussein had shown it came at a high price.

Syria’s Foreign Ministry spokesman, Jihad Makdessi, lashed out at Turkey, accusing it of “destructive policies” against Damascus. He said support for the rebels from Turkey and Arab Gulf nations has fueled the violence, SANA reported.

The UN-Arab League envoy to Syria, Lakhdar Brahimi, met with China’s Foreign Minister Yang Jiechi to solicit Beijing’s support for international efforts to stop the bloodshed. Brahimi said he hoped “China can play an active role in solving the events in Syria”.

Yang said that China is willing to work with the international community to make continuous efforts to achieve a “fair, peaceful and appropriate” resolution, according to Xinhua.

The Seed of God is the Rock of God – In him dwells all the fullness of God

We closed Part 3 of the Song of Moses prophecy of what would happen to Israel from his death until the Second Advent of the Seed in Genesis 3:15.

Genesis 3:15 – And I will put enmity between thee and the woman, and between thy seed and her seed; it shall bruise thy head, and thou shalt bruise his heel.

John 1:1 – In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.

Colossians 2:9,10 – For in him dwelleth all the fulness of the Godhead bodily. [10] And ye are complete in him, which is the head of all principality and power:

Isaiah 9:6-8 – For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace. [7] Of the increase of his government and peace there shall be no end, upon the throne of David, and upon his kingdom, to order it, and to establish it with judgment and with justice from henceforth even for ever. The zeal of the Lord of hosts will perform this. [8] The Lord sent a word into Jacob, and it hath lighted upon Israel.

Deuteronomy 32:9-12,15-18 – For the Lord’s portion is his people; Jacob is the lot of his inheritance. [10] He found him in a desert land, and in the waste howling wilderness; he led him about, he instructed him, he kept him as the apple of his eye. [11] As an eagle stirreth up her nest, fluttereth over her young, spreadeth abroad her wings, taketh them, beareth them on her wings: [12] So the Lord alone did lead him, and there was no strange god with him. [15] But Jeshurun waxed fat, and kicked: thou art waxen fat, thou art grown thick, thou art covered with fatness; then he forsook God which made him, and lightly esteemed the Rock of his salvation. [16] They provoked him to jealousy with strange gods, with abominations provoked they him to anger. [17] They sacrificed unto devils, not to God; to gods whom they knew not, to new gods that came newly up, whom your fathers feared not. [18] Of the Rock that begat thee thou art unmindful, and hast forgotten God that formed thee.

Jeremiah 2:9-13 – Wherefore I will yet plead with you, saith the Lord, and with your children’s children will I plead. [10] For pass over the isles of Chittim, and see; and send unto Kedar, and consider diligently, and see if there be such a thing. [11] Hath a nation changed their gods, which are yet no gods? but my people have changed their glory for that which doth not profit. [12] Be astonished, O ye heavens, at this, and be horribly afraid, be ye very desolate, saith the Lord. [13] For my people have committed two evils; they have forsaken me the fountain of living waters, and hewed them out cisterns, broken cisterns, that can hold no water.

Psalm 61:1-4 – Hear my cry, O God; attend unto my prayer. [2] From the end of the earth will I cry unto thee, when my heart is overwhelmed: lead me to the rock that is higher than I. [3] For thou hast been a shelter for me, and a strong tower from the enemy. [4] I will abide in thy tabernacle for ever: I will trust in the covert of thy wings. Selah.

THE SONG OF MOSES DID INDEED ADVISE ISRAELIS THEY HAD A REASON TO BE HORRIBLY AFRAID OF THE DESOLATION THAT WOULD BEFALL THE NATION IF THEY FAILED TO WORSHIP HIM ALONE. WHAT HAPPENED TO THEM FOR DOING SO IS WELL RECORDED, AND IT WAS WRITTEN FOR OUR EDIFICATION AS AN EXAMPLE OF WHAT WOULD HAPPEN TO US IN THE AGE OF THE GENTILES IF WE “FORSOOK GOD WHICH MADE US, AND LIGHTLY ESTEEMED THE ROCK OF OUR SALVATION.”

Exodus 20:3 – Thou shalt have no other gods before me.

I Corinthians 10:4-11 – And did all drink the same spiritual drink: for they drank of that spiritual Rock that followed them: and THAT ROCK WAS CHRIST. [5] But with many of them God was not well pleased: for they were overthrown in the wilderness. [6] Now these things were our examples, to the intent we should not lust after evil things, as they also lusted. [7] Neither be ye idolaters, as were some of them; as it is written, The people sat down to eat and drink, and rose up to play. [8] Neither let us commit fornication, as some of them committed, and fell in one day three and twenty thousand. [9] Neither let us tempt Christ, as some of them also tempted, and were destroyed of serpents. [10] Neither murmur ye, as some of them also murmured, and were destroyed of the destroyer. Unbelievers since WW-2 have increased in number and a fanaticism to remove the God of creation from the sight and thoughts of this generation, and the majority of its people have replaced God as the object of their worship and substituted the god of mammon, the god of covetousness, as the spiritual idol of greed that drives them to never be satisfied no matter how much they possess.

Colossians 3:1-5 – If ye then be risen with Christ, seek those things which are ABOVE, where Christ sitteth on the right hand of God. [2] Set your affection on things ABOVE, NOT ON things on the EARTH. [3] For ye are dead, and your life is hid with Christ in God. [4] When Christ, who is our life, shall appear, then shall ye also appear with him in glory. [5] Mortify therefore your members which are upon the earth; fornication, uncleanness, inordinate affection, evil concupiscence, and COVETOUSNESS, WHICH IS IDOLATRY:

I Corinthians 10:14 – Wherefore, my dearly beloved, flee from IDOLATRY.

I Timothy 6:3-10 – If any man teach otherwise, and consent not to wholesome words, even the words of our Lord Jesus Christ, and to the doctrine which is according to godliness; [4] He is proud, knowing nothing, but doting about questions and strifes of words, whereof cometh envy, strife, railings, evil surmisings, [5] Perverse disputings of men of corrupt minds, and destitute of the truth, supposing that gain is godliness: from such withdraw thyself. [6] But godliness with contentment is great gain. [7] For we brought nothing into this world, and it is certain we can carry nothing out. [8] And having food and raiment let us be therewith content. [9] But they that will be rich fall into temptation and a snare, and into many foolish and hurtful lusts, which drown men in destruction and perdition. “THE” FAITH REFERS TO A SYSTEM OF DOCTRINAL TEACHING FOLLOWING SALVATION OF A SOUL, WHICH ENABLES THE SOUL TO RECEIVE IT.

Jude 3 – Beloved, when I gave all diligence to write unto you of the common salvation, it was needful for me to write unto you, and exhort you that ye should earnestly contend for THE (TE) FAITH which was once delivered unto the saints.

Luke 18:7,8 – And shall not God avenge his own elect, which cry day and night unto him, though he bear long with them? [8] I tell you that he will avenge them speedily. Nevertheless when the Son of man cometh, shall he find (TEN) FAITH on the earth?

The definite article “The” was not always translated from the Received Test, which was the case IN Luke 18:8. TES, TE, AND TEN preceding FAITH in the verses above are all definite articles that are translated as “THE.”

Revelation 22:12 – And, behold, I come quickly; and my reward is with me, to give every man according as his work shall be.

The Earth Crust of God will once again Break Up to Judge Mankind!

God broke up the local crust to judge man at Sodom & Gomorrah,

But shall break it up Worldwide Along Tectonic Plate Boundaries,

During the Tribulation Period between Revelation 6:14 & 16:20.

Revelation 6:14 – And the heaven departed as a scroll when it is rolled together; and every mountain and island were moved out of their places.

Revelation 16:20 – And every island fled away, and the mountains were not found.

The mountains and the islands on the tectonic plates are all firmly attached to the top of each tectonic plate, and they move along with individual plates as passengers as the plates float in different directions on the magma beneath them. Only God can move the entire world tectonic plate structure for some three and one-half prophetic years. Every island and each mountain has a fixed set of latitudinal and longitudinal coordinates in degrees, minutes, seconds, and microseconds. The worldwide microsecond coordinates of all the mountains on planet earth will be changed by tectonic plate movements from Revelation 6:14 to 16:20. This movement will produce the horrifying prophesied atmospheric and surface phenomena described in the Old Testament by such prophets as Isaiah and in the New Testament by the prophet John in Revelation.

Isaiah 29:6 –Thou shalt be visited of the Lord of hosts with thunder, and with earthquake, and great noise, with storm and tempest, and the flame of devouring fire.

Earth’s Groaning and Travailing Will Soon Accelerate!

I have been consistent from my first book to the last in the insistence that there would be an increase in natural disasters in advance of the tribulation period, and that the increase would show a massive acceleration across the earth following the first great earthquake found in Revelation 6:12, which begins the last 1260 days of the tribulation period.

Revelation 6:12 – And I beheld when he had opened the sixth seal, and, lo, there was a great earthquake; and the sun became black as sackcloth of hair, and the moon became as blood;

In my last book of the early eighties, “Tribulation Birth Pangs from the Bottomless Pit,” I titled chapter 1, “The Birth Pangs”, and began it as follows:

Romans 8:19,22 – For the earnest expectation of the creature waiteth for the manifestation of the sons of God. [22] For we know that the whole creation groaneth and travaileth in pain together until now.

Before the sons of God appear in glorious manifestation on the millennial earth, there is to be a groaning of God’s creation, and the earth will travail like a woman experiencing birth pangs. Birth pangs were occasionally felt in the earth’s crust by seismic shakings during the time of Paul’s writings, but Matthew indicated they would increase noticeably, even before the tribulation period, in a period of time identified as “the beginning of sorrows.”

Matthew 24:7,8 – For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be famines, and pestilences, and earthquakes, in divers places. [8] All these are the beginning of sorrows.

Please allow me to continue discussing this acceleration of groaning by a crust that has been producing great groaning sounds for a very long time as its plates slid by one another to produce earthquakes, volcanic eruptions, and tsunami.

Romans 8:22 – For we know that the whole creation groaneth and travaileth in pain together until now.

The word translated “creation” is “ktisis,” which means “all that which was created,” and, in this context, refers to all that God created, including the earth, all that is on it and in it.

The last massive groaning and travail in pain by earth occurred when man had reached such a state of utter degradation in ungodly immorality that God deemed it necessary to bring judgment on the human race, and he did it by using his creation, the earth, to bring it to pass.

God used his earth to destroy man who dwelt on it – He destroyed man with the earth.

Genesis 6:5,13 – And God saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every imagination of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually. [13] And God said unto Noah, The end of all flesh is come before me; for the earth is filled with violence through them; and, behold, I WILL DESTROY THEM WITH THE EARTH.

My comments on this verse, which I placed in “The Key of the Bottomless Pit,” more than 25 years ago, and the one which follows it, are quoted from an extract from the book as follows: (Begin Quote from Book)

“We are told repeatedly in the New Testament, “as it was in the days of Noah, so shall it be in the days of the Son of man.” Please recall the magnitude of this first great tribulation in which only eight people survived, the rest being destroyed by water. Please observe in verse 13 that God, not man, did the destroying (I will destroy); and please note it was not done with man’s help or technology (with the earth). God used his own natural creation to destroy sinful mankind with water. How did God being it to pass? The answer is found in Genesis 7:11,12.

Genesis 7:11,12 – In the six hundredth year of Noah’s life, in the second month, the seventeenth day of the month, the same day were all the fountains of the great deep BROKEN UP, and the windows of heaven were opened. [12] And the rain was upon the earth forty days and forty nights.

Most biblical references of today positively identify the “great deep” of verse 11 as the crustal surface of the earth that underlies the seas and oceans of the world. May I remind you that God created the crust of the earth long ago and is able to manipulate it as he pleases. Virtually all references identify “windows of heaven” as the atmosphere of the earth, which was also a previous creation of God. So God took two things he has already created and manipulated them to bring forth water from above and below to destroy sinful mankind.

In the approaching Great Tribulation Period, God will once again manipulate the crust and its atmosphere to bring forth not water, but rather fire from below and from above. During the pages that follow, I will show that God intends to shake the earth to its geological foundations by his great power, and the results of that shaking will be the fulfillment of most of the destructive prophecies uttered by the revelator John and the Old Testament prophets concerning the last years of this age.” (End Quote from Book)

The soon coming tribulation period will see the greatest groaning and travail of the earth that has ever occurred since God placed man upon it.

Matthew 24:21 – For then shall be great tribulation, such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be.

Revelation 16:18 – And there were voices, and thunders, and lightnings; and there was a great earthquake, such as was not since men were upon the earth, so mighty an earthquake, and so great.

Romans 8:22,19 – For we know that the whole creation (ktisis) groaneth and travaileth in pain together until now. [19] For the earnest expectation of the creature (ktisis) waiteth for the manifestation of the sons of God.

The same Greek word, “ktisis” is used for “creation” and “creature.” In context it refers to all the things God created except man, and it is mankind that the rest of his creation is waiting to see manifested in glorified form, children of God in glorified bodies when Christ brings them back to earth at his Second Advent. The greatest massive groaning and travailing of the earth will occur during the last 1260 days of the tribulation period, which will be ended by the return of the saved to the earth at the Second Advent of Jesus. The massive local groaning and travailing of the earth’s crust that produced the tsunami in the East Indies is a forerunner of what we can expect on a worldwide basis during the great tribulation period. We have not yet entered into the tribulation period, but I do believe our entrance is just around the corner, not in the distant future.

The most important thing for a child of God is not to know WHEN it will occur, but to be ready now for its sudden arrival. A child of God should want to have great rewards with Christ at his Second Advent. One surely needs to be in one of the Lord’s churches, and to be member who is watching for Christ’s coming in his lifestyle and work for Christ, as Jesus indicates in his warning to the church at Sardis. Men and women are not saved by their baptism, church membership, or works, but such things determine what you wear on the glorified body, and where you live relative to where the Lord positions himself in the millennium on this earth, and in the final kingdom on the new earth. I am saved eternally by grace through faith, but make no mistake, as one who is assured of living in heaven, I would be a spiritual fool if I did not follow my master’s example. He walked some 50 miles to be baptized by the proper authority, and, as the head and foundation of the first church, was faithful to death. Works by saved men and women determine what they wear and where they live after they have already arrived in heaven. You will not lose your inner garment, but you can lose your robe and your crown if you sow to the flesh rather than to the Spirit, who indwells you and tries to lead your saved soul in good works.

Ephesians 4:30 – And grieve not the holy Spirit of God, whereby ye are sealed unto the day of redemption.

Galatians 6:7 – Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap.

John warned the churches at Sardis and Philadelphia that lifestyles of individual church members would be manifested by the outer appearance of what they would be wearing one day in heaven.

Revelation 3:2-4 – Be watchful, and strengthen the things which remain, that are ready to die: for I have not found thy works perfect before God. [3] Remember therefore how thou hast received and heard, and hold fast, and repent. If therefore thou shalt not watch, I will come on thee as a thief, and thou shalt not know what hour I will come upon thee. [4] Thou hast a few names even in Sardis which have not defiled their garments; and they shall walk with me in white: for they are worthy.

Revelation 3:11 – Behold, I come quickly: hold that fast which thou hast, that no man take thy crown.

His warning to the church at Laodicea is also for the entire church and the individual members of it. Most of the Lord’s churches today are in the spiritual condition of the church at Laodicea.

Revelation 3:14-22 – And unto the angel of the church of the Laodiceans write; These things saith the Amen, the faithful and true witness, the beginning of the creation of God; [15] I know thy works, that thou art neither cold nor hot: I would thou wert cold or hot. [16] So then because thou art lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will spue thee out of my mouth. [17] Because thou sayest, I am rich, and increased with goods, and have need of nothing; and knowest not that thou art wretched, and miserable, and poor, and blind, and naked: [18] I counsel thee to buy of me gold tried in the fire, that thou mayest be rich; and white raiment, that thou mayest be clothed, and that the shame of thy nakedness do not appear; and anoint thine eyes with eyesalve, that thou mayest see. [19] As many as I love, I rebuke and chasten: be zealous therefore, and repent. [20] Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me. [21] To him that overcometh will I grant to sit with me in my throne, even as I also overcame, and am set down with my Father in his throne. [22] He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches.

Faithfulness in one of the Lord’s local churches will be manifested by the outer apparel he or she wears forever in heaven. Hopefully, this horrible tsunami in the East Indies may wake up some spiritually sleeping members to a more zealous service to God before the really great tsunamis of the tribulation period begin. Please take a look at the following Scriptures and ask yourself: How glorious will I appear in heaven?

I John 3:2 – Beloved, now are we the sons of God, and it doth not yet appear what we shall be: but we know that, when he shall appear, we shall be like him; for we shall see him as he is.

I Corinthians 15:38 – But God giveth it a body as it hath pleased him, and to every seed his own body.

I Corinthians 15:41,42 – There is one glory of the sun, and another glory of the moon, and another glory of the stars: for one star differeth from another star in glory. [42] So also is the resurrection of the dead. It is sown in corruption; it is raised in incorruption:

I Corinthians 15:49 – And as we have borne the image of the earthy, we shall also bear the image of the heavenly.

I Corinthians 15:51,52 – Behold, I shew you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed, [52] In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.

Daniel 12:3 – And they that be wise shall shine as the brightness of the firmament; and they that turn many to righteousness as the stars for ever and ever.
