NEVER UNDERESTIMATE IRAN’S PERSIAN CUNNING
NOR ISLAMIC FAVORITISM OF MOHAMMED ELBARAEDI
IN AIDING THE LONG PERIOD OF STALLING BY IRANIANS!

The Persians are much wiser in the deceiving ways of the world than those following the light
of truth.
Never be surprised by the number of times a Persian can stall for time by a never ending stream of ‘yes, no, and maybe!’
The Iranians have been highly successful in making the United States and the West appear to be a ship of fools in diplomacy. Their latest bit of cunning has assured the possibility of an immediate attack on their nuclear facilities by the IAF to zero. The chance of Israel launching an attack while Obama’s diplomatic dialog fantasy is in progress is nil, now that Iran has agreed to let 75 percent of its uranium to France and Russia.
The excerpt from Arutz Sheva by Gil Ronen explains the folly of such an agreement. Furthermore, do expect more diplomatic flurries of Iran saying it will no longer honor it, saying this to buy more time for more diplomatic dialog to again start the process. Persian cunning is the best example of ‘off again, on again, gone again, Mo-ham-ma-din’ I have encountered. I expect Iran to keep stalling the United States, with their usual ‘yes we will, maybe we will, yes we will, no we won’t, yes, we will, etc.’
Luke 16:8 – And the lord commended the unjust steward, because he had done wisely: for the children of this world are in their generation wiser than the children of light.

Expert: Iran Buying Time with Shoddy Deal

by Gil Ronen
(Israelnationalnews.com) Dr. Emily Landau, Head of Weapons Control Project at the Institute for National Security Studies, said in an interview with Arutz Sheva that the U.S., Russia and France’s agreement to a deal with Iran in which 75 percent of its uranium will be enriched outside the country allows Iran to buy more time.
“If you take a look at the arrangement, which has not yet been ratified, then it is true that 75 percent of the uranium will be transferred to Russia and France, but Iran on its end has not committed to stop its enrichment activity at Natanz, so even if the delivery of enriched uranium outside Iran decreases the stockpile in its possession, it could replenish it in less than a year’s time.”
Iranian success
The fact that such an “shoddy arrangement” with Iran is being set up will prevent the West from conducting effective negotiations that could halt the nuclear project, she said. “Iran has actually succeeded now in deflecting the world’s attention from the main problem for which the talks were started on October 1 2009, namely – Iran’s continued enrichment of uranium and its possible achievement of military nuclear capability in the foreseeable future.
Iran, meanwhile, continues to enrich additional uranium, and even if this is done in small quantities, in the end they will succeed in replenishing their stocks. There was no statement in this arrangement calling for them to stop the activity.”
Iran has received greater legitimacy now, Landau said.
“According to this arrangement, the Iranians are now only receiving a stamp of approval for the fact that they are enriching uranium.
Beyond that it needs to be said that all of these small steps that talk of a certain level of cooperation with Iran will only lower the West’s motivation to fight Iran. If in the past they were talking about sanctions agsint Iran, now they are not even talking
about that. This arrangement only lowers the tension.
US President Obama decided on a certain direction of diplomacy, and that is why he is now trying to show that he has accomplished something, but he is stepping into a trap because he is losing in the big picture.” %ad%
Israel has no choice now but to let the diplomatic process play itself out, Landau opined.
“We need to wait and see what the US will do now.
Israel can express its opinion in talks with the Americans, but as far as military action, I do not see a possibility for Israel to act in the middle of a diplomatic move.”

ElBaradei’s ruse helps Iran keep on enriching uranium for a nuke
DEBKAfile Special Report

Mohammed ElBaradei, about to retire as director of the International Atomic Energy Agency, pulled a rabbit out of his hat Wednesday, Oct.
21 to save the Vienna talks with Iran on the future of its enriched uranium from breaking down on its third day. He put before the US, France and Russia and Iran a draft proposal and gave them until Friday to come back with their answer.
The only officials to come smiling out of the aborted meeting were the Iranian negotiator Saeed Jalilee and his aides. But strangely enough, it was greeted with happy applause in the West, from secretary of state Hillary Clinton to Israel’s deputy defense minister Matan Vilnai, who should have been wise to ElBaradei’s machinations by now. Even in Tehran, officials were puzzled by the Western reaction and stressed that the draft had not yet been approved and Iran would not succumb to “Western pressure.”
According to DEBKAfile’s sources, the ElBaradei draft allows Iran to ship 1,200 kilos of low-enriched uranium to Russia for further processing. It would then go to the IAEA center in Vienna and on to France where the uranium would be converted into fuel rods for the small medical reactor in Tehran to make isotopes.
By some magic, this proposal “forgot” three UN Security Council resolutions and six-power demands for Iran to give up uranium enrichment.
Iran is also suddenly absolved of the obligation to allow UN inspectors to monitor its facilities and not by a single word is Tehran forbidden to process masses of additional enriched uranium after it ships the 1.200 kilos to Russia, or even to make a bomb.
Tehran is therefore free to infer that all these curbs have been lifted with the concurrence of the six powers with whom it is engaged in nuclear negotiations, as well as the IAEA in the person of its director.
No wonder Jalilee smiled.
The IAEA director did not disclose who wrote the document (probably himself). The West appears to have been hoodwinked by yet another ElBaradei ruse.
For years, he has maneuvered to get Iran off the hook of international pressure and free to advance on a nuclear weapon undisturbed. This time, paradoxically, an Iranian rejection would save the day.
