Some modern Islamists use the term “Islamic Ummah” or “Muslim Ummah” to refer to all the people in the lands and countries where Muslims PREDOMINATELY reside, and which were ONCE UNDER THE CONTROL OF THE Islamic Caliphate. They thus include non-Muslim minorities as members of the ummah. Shariah (Islamic law) WOULD APPLY TO THE CITIZENS OF THE STATE.

Leader sees bright horizon for Islamic world

TEHRAN, Oct. 3 (MNA)

Supreme Leader of the Islamic revolution Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei said on Wednesday the Islamic world’s horizon is brighter than ever and the Islamic Ummah’s (See the Wikipedia definition for Islamic Ummah above) progress is an undeniable fact.

In a meeting with a group of Iranian officials and diplomats from Islamic countries held after the Eid ul-Fitr prayers, Ayatollah Khamenei said, “This is a fact (and) not extreme optimism.

Muslims need a great jihad with political, scientific, social, and moral aspects to continue this progress.”

The Leader said the United States which considered itself an unchallenged power has now reached a deadlock in Palestine, Lebanon, Iraq, and Afghanistan.

The U.S. officials now express skepticism over the success of their plans, he added.

“Over the past thirty years, the Muslim nation of Iran has stood up to the hegemonic powers and it is making progress day by day,” he stated.

Leader calls for unity among Iranians

Ayatollah Khamenei urged Iranians to maintain unity in the face of global threats against the Islamic nation.

“Unity does not mean having similar viewpoints and tastes. It means that all different tastes should work together and put ‘national interest’ before anything including the interests of their group,” the Leader said in a sermon at the Eid ul-Fitr prayers, which marks the end of the fasting month of Ramadan.

“The enemies’ weakness has led them to conduct psychological, political and propaganda campaigns against the Islamic vigilance.

They raise the issues of Arab and non-Arab, Shia and Sunni to create division and scare them from the Islamic Republic.

“But the Islamic system and the Iranian nation believe that all their achievements belong to the entire Islamic Ummah,” he stressed.

Ayatollah Khamenei said the Eid ul-Fitr prayers and the Qods demonstrations display unity among Iranians. Last Friday Muslims from the “East to the West of the Islamic world” shouted their support for the oppressed Palestinian nation, he observed.

The Leader asserted that Iran will stand by Palestinians in their resistance against the usurper Zionist regime.

He said Israel is weakening and

is on the path to eventual destruction.

Israel “is weakening day by day … Today, officials of the Zionist regime acknowledge that they are moving towards weakness, destruction and defeat.”

“Definitely, the world of Islam will see that day and hope the existing generation of the Palestinian people will watch the day Palestine is at the disposal of the Palestinian people, in the hands of the real owners,” he stated.

“Today, the Islamic world is paying more attention to the Palestine issue compared to 60 years ago when the catastrophe occurred,” the Supreme Leader said in reference to the occupation of Palestinian territories by the Zionist regime.

Ayatollah Khamenei called the Palestinian Prime Minister, Ismail Haniyeh, “mujahed brother”, saying “the Iranian nation will never let you be alone.”

I am acutely aware that millions have believed long before I was ever born that Christ would come in their generation, and were dead wrong. I know many will brand me as a time setter but, nevertheless, I am convinced the Middle East war that ends the Age of the Gentiles will begin at some point in time between 2010 and 2015, and am ready to take the flack of my brethren for saying so. If I have done the wrong thing in my Savior’s judgment for making this statement, then I will be rebuked by Christ when he judges me at the believer’s judgment seat. Nevertheless, I feel compelled to continue to make it. It certainly will not make me popular, but I feel relieved in Spirit for having made it. I do not know when Jesus is coming, but I am sure the final war of the Age of the Gentiles will break out in the Middle East at some point in time between 2010 and 2015. If it breaks out any sooner, I will be overjoyed to have been wrong, but I intend to continue warning anyone who will listen that this war is on our doorstep as long as I have breath.

Israel: North Korea aiding Mideast nuclear proliferation

Israel accused North Korea on Saturday of supplying at least half a dozen Mideast governments with nuclear technology or conventional arms.

Israel’s delegate to the International Atomic Energy Agency, David Danieli, accused North Korea of being a black market supplier of conventional arms or nuclear technology to Middle East nations covertly trying to break out of the nonproliferation fold.

While he did not name the “at least half dozen” countries suspected of accepting the North’s help, he appeared to be referring in part to Iran and Syria, which are both under IAEA investigation.

World powers at a 145-nation Vienna meeting of the IAEA at the same time urged North Korea to stop reactivating its weapons-producing atomic program.

Besides Iran, Syria and Libya, US officials have said that North Korea’s customer list for missiles or related components going back to the mid-1980s includes Egypt, the United Arab Emirates and Yemen.

US government officials have also said that A.Q. Khan – the Pakistani scientist who confessed in 2004 to running an illegal nuclear market – had close connections with North Korea, trading in equipment, facilitating international deals for components and swapping

nuclear know-how.

In 2004, the CIA director at the time, George Tenet, testified before Congress that North Korea had shown a willingness “to sell complete systems and components” for missile programs that have allowed other governments to acquire longer-range missiles.

“The Middle East remains on the receiving end of the DPRK’s reckless activities,” Danieli told the meeting, alluding the North by the abbreviation of its name.

“At least half a dozen countries in the region … have become eager recipients” of the North’ s arm

s and nuclear sales, he said.

Rejecting any suggestion of North Korean aid, Ali Ashgar Soltanieh, Teheran’s chief IAEA delegate, told The Associated Press that Iran’s nuclear and missile programs were developed “without the help of any other country.”

Syria surfaced on the IAEA’s radar screen after Israeli warplanes last year destroyed what the US says was a reactor of North Korean design that – when completed – was meant to produce plutonium.

Both Syria and Iran – which is under UN sanctions for its nuclear defiance – deny having weapons ambitions.

Diplomats have told The Associated Press that the IAEA has been forwarded intelligence that outlines years of extensive cooperation between the Syrians and teams of visiting North Korean nuclear officials.

Western intelligence agencies also have reported that Iran’s Shahab-3 missile is based on a North Korean rocket, though Teheran denies it.

According to US officials and outside experts, North Korea has sold its military goods to at least 18 countries, mostly in Africa and the Middle East.

North Korea’s catalog has included ballistic missiles and related components, conventional weapons such as mobile rocket launchers, and nuclear technology.

North Korea had been disabling its nuclear facilities at its Yongbyon complex but abruptly stopped in mid-August, citing Washington’s refusal to remove it from a list of state sponsors of terrorism.

In the latest setback, US chief negotiator Christopher Hill returned Friday to South Korea from a three-day trip to the North to try to salvage a six-party disarmament pact after North Korea reversed the dismantling of its nuclear facilities. He was hoping to draw the government in Pyongyang back to the negotiating table with an offer of a face-saving compromise.

US State Department spokesman Robert Wood in Washington told reporters the North was still moving previously stored equipment from its nuclear facilities back to its original location.

In Vienna, Russia, China, Japan and South Korea urged the North to honor its nuclear pledge.

Shortly before the gathering, the IAEA general conference passed a resolution expressing the same sentiments.

North Korea’s actions “will cause serious consequences to the prospect of the six-party talks,” a South Korean statement said, referring to North Korea and the five nations engaging it on the nuclear issue – the US, Japan, South Korea, China and Russia. Japan expressed “serious concern” about the North’s moves and urged it to return to the terms of its disarmament for aid deal with the other five countries.

The disarmament process snagged over Washington’s request that North Korea agree to a verification system to account for its nuclear arsenal as a condition for removing the country from the terrorism list.

North Korea exploded a nuclear device in 2006.

The car entered the country on Sept. 26th, 2008 through the border center of a neighboring Arab state.

The investigations showed that a suicide terrorist had driven the car and blew himself and the car up.

Currently work is being focused on identifying the terrorist by examining the DNA of the remains of his bodies.

The investigation with the suspects in connection with the bombing of the GMC reveled that the suicide bomber had a link with an Infidelization group, a Takfir group, some members of which were arrested earlier.

The investigations are continuing with them and the search is being
conducted for those who are in hiding.

The terrorist operation took place in a crowded area and caused the loss of 17 lives and wounding 14 others and all were civilians.

The terrorist operation was strongly and widely condemned on Arab and international levels where Arab and foreign leaders denounced the terrorist act and expressed solidarity with Syria.

The terrorist act was also condemned by the UN. Security Council , UN.
Secretary General, Arab, regional, and international organizations.

Takfir wal-Hijra

Takfir wal-Hijra (Arabic – Excommunication and Exodus) is a Muslim extremist group which emerged in Egypt in the 1960s as an offshoot of Muslim Brotherhood. Today Takfir wal-Hijra has members or supporters in several other countries.

Members of the group are radical Islamists who are not bound by the usual religious constraints. They adopt non-Islamic appearances such as shaving their beard and wearing a tie in order to blend into crowds and make themselves hard to detect even to other Muslims.

They can drink alcohol and even eat pork to deceive their enemies.

They believe that any means justify the end and, that killing other Muslims can be justified in their cause and that Western society is heathen and it is their duty to destroy it.[1]

Little is known about the current organization or hierarchy of the group. Several groups which adhere to the same ideology have possibly used the name independently of each other.

The meaning of Takfir wal-Hijra

The word Takfir means to judge somebody to be a kafir, based on their behavior resembling the behavior of infidels. So to commit Takfir is to claim that a society has deviated from the teachings of Islam, and therefore label it as a kafir society or as an infidel society. Hijra means flight or emigration or leaving; thus, if a society is pronounced to be an infidel society, the members of Takfir wal-Hijra see it as their duty to separate from it and conspire and act to destroy and conquer it.

History

The group began in the 1960s as a splinter group of Muslim Brotherhood, but did not gain international prominence until 1977. The group was at first seen as a marginalized millenarian sect of little consequence.

In 1977 agricultural engineer Shukri Mustafa became the group’s leader. He had begun to build the group after release from prison in 1971.

He emphasized a complete break from all of Muslim society which he deemed kafir. Members were therefore to live in an alternative community, or even in caves in upper Egypt. Muslims who felt alienated or marginalized in modern Egypt joined this group for a sense of community. A surprising number of women joined, as he offered them a break from their responsibilities as daughters by deeming their families to be kafir. Although within the group, he had tremendous authority by setting himself up as a kind of Mahdi claimant who could arrange marriages and forbid all outside contact. These activities caused lawsuits from the families of women who joined

the group.

In 1977 the group decided to battle mainstream society by kidnapping a Muslim cleric. After Mustafa was captured and executed in 1978 former members were linked to the assassination of Anwar Sadat. The ideology Mustafa helped formulate became an influence on later Takfiri groups.

Ideology

The group has a radical neo-Khawarij ideology, of which Salafism is the binding factor. Mainstream adherents of Salafism reject the extreme position of the takfiris, denouncing them as a modern day version of the Khawarij.

Takfir wal-Hijra takes fundamentalism a step further than most Islamic fundamentalist groups. It advocates armed battle against Jews, Christians and apostate Muslims to restore the unity of the Islamic world order (ummah). The ummah is to be led by a Caliph, who rules according to the Sharia. The group’s warriors are allowed to practice something akin to taqiyya. This means they can disguise their true principles for protection of their own faith. This allows them to blend in with Western society and also to disobey all rules of their form of Islam for the goal of destroying Western civilisation from within, a form of antinomianism. According to this ideology, the warriors will be martyrs in Paradise after death.

Takfir wal-Hijra’s ideology is so extreme that in 1996 the group plotted to assassinate Osama bin Laden, supposedly for being insufficiently radical. Many also considered the Taliban movement in Afghanistan to be unbelievers.

Analysis: Making mischief in Damascus

As the days pass since the car bombing in the southern suburbs of Damascus, furious speculation is continuing as to who was responsible.

No organization has taken responsibility – leaving the rumor mill free to grind on.

The Syrian authorities, following an initial attempt to point the finger at Israel, have now concluded that Sunni jihadists carried out the bombing. The Syrian al-Watan newspaper is claiming that the authorities have located and detained members of the cell responsible for the attack. According to al-Watan, none of the individuals being held are Syrian citizens.

The Syrian government may now be expected to cast itself in the role of an ally of the west in the War on Terror. We will be reminded in the coming weeks of the “secular” nature of the Syrian regime.

Hafez Assad’s fight with the Muslim Brotherhood in the 1980s will be recalled.

However, the true relationship between the current Syrian regime and the forces of the Sunni jihad is as opaque and ambiguous as might be expected from the Assad regime.

A Federal District Court in Washington DC last week issued an opinion in favor of the plaintiffs in a case brought against Syria by relatives of Jack Armstrong and Jack Hensley.

Armstrong and Hensley were US civilian engineers who were kidnapped and beheaded in Iraq in 2004 by the al-Tawhid wal-Jihad organization.

This group, headed at the time by the Jordanian Islamist Abu Musab al-Zarqawi, is also known as “al-Qaida in Iraq.”

The court found evidence of substantial assistance given by Syria to this organization.

Syrian assistance to Zarqawi included providing him with a Syrian passport.

The court found that Syria acted as a “logistical hub” for al-Qaida in Iraq, providing safe haven for training activities and facilitating the transport of fighters overland en route to Iraq.

The Zarqawi organization planned some of its most notorious operations from Syrian soil. These included the murder of American diplomat Lawrence Foley in Jordan in 2002, and a failed plot in 2004 to destroy Jordanian intelligence headquarters using a chemical weapon.
The latter operation, if it had succeeded, would have resulted in tens of thousands of fatalities.

The court found that Syrian President Bashar Assad personally appointed the head of the Iraqi Ba’ath party, Fawzi al-Rawi, to meet with Zarqawi’s lieutenants to discuss operations against the Americans.

Rawi, who drew a Syrian government salary, was also responsible for channelling funds to al-Qaida in Iraq.

A Salafi preacher, Abu Qaqa’a, who was also a Syrian government employee, was permitted to conduct recruiting activities for al-Qaida in Syria. In addition, training camps were maintained in Syria, according to the testimony of al-Qaida fighters captured by US forces in Iraq.

Senior operatives of the Zarqawi group crossed to their main training camp in Rawha, Iraq, with the assistance of Syrian Military Intelligence officials.

In finding for the plaintiffs, the US District Court ordered Syria to pay them the sum of $412,909,587.

The evidence produced in this trial indicates Syria’s willingness to make alliance with jihadi terror groups in the furtherance of its policy goals.

The alliance with Zarqawi, of course, was intended to bring about a defeat of the US project in Iraq.

It is also noteworthy that some of the names of the operatives recalled in the trial later surfaced in a different context.

The court notes that the individual responsible for financing the Zarqawi operation to kill US diplomat Lawrence Foley was one Shaker al-Absi, a Palestinian.

Following the murder of Foley, Absi fled to Damascus, from where Syria refused Jordanian requests for his extradition. The court notes that Syria claimed to be holding Absi in custody. In fact, he was running a training camp for fighters bound for Iraq.

Absi then re-surfaced two years later, as the head of the mysterious “Fatah al-Islam” group in the Nahr al Bared refugee camp in Lebanon. This previously unknown organization engaged in a bloody and protracted fight with the Lebanese army in 2007.

At the time, Fatah al-Islam was depicted in the western media as an independent jihadi organization. The evidence now suggests that its leader, in addition to being an operative of the global jihad, was also acting on behalf of the Syrian regime.

A number of Lebanese commentators believe that the latest bombings in Damascus are part of a larger Syrian plan to facilitate a climate whereby Syria may re-introduce its forces into Lebanon, under the pretext of acting to restore order.

It is impossible, of course, to confirm these theories. However, the bomb in Tripoli on Monday, along with the gathering of Syrian forces along the Syrian-Lebanese border indicate that such thoughts should not be dismissed out of hand.

What may be said with certainty is that Syria, which is now seeking to portray itself as the victim and target of Sunni jihadi terrorism, has been an enthusiastic sponsor and supporter of groups belonging to that trend in the very recent past.

Now, it appears, this particular golem has risen against its master. Or has it?

Middle East analyst Fouad Ajami once said that Syria’s main asset, which enabled it to play a role in regional affairs out of proportion to its size or wealth, was its “capacity for mischief.” Observation of Syrian activities in Iraq and Lebanon over the last half decade indicates that this capacity remains undiminished.

The Day of Atonement (Yom Kippur) is October 9, 2008. It is the most solemn day of the Jewish calendar.

It is the day that atonement for all sins was made by the High Priest.

Leviticus 16:30-34 – For on that day shall the priest make an atonement for you, to cleanse you, that ye may be clean from all your sins before the Lord. [31] It shall be a sabbath of rest unto you, and ye shall afflict your souls, by a statute for ever. [32] And the priest, whom he shall anoint, and whom he shall consecrate to minister in the priest’s office in his father’s stead, shall make the atonement, and shall put on the linen clothes, even the holy garments: [33] And he shall make an atonement for the holy sanctuary, and he shall make an atonement for the tabernacle of the congregation, and for the altar, and he shall make an atonement for the priests, and for all the people of the congregation. [34] And this shall be an everlasting statute unto you, to make an atonement for the children of Israel for all their sins once a year.

And he did as the Lord commanded Moses.

The High Priest of all believers, both Jew and Gentile, is Jesus Christ, the Messiah and God of Israel. Our Day of Atonement (Yom Kippur) is past, and all our sins are forgiven by the one time entrance of our High Priest into the Holy of Holies with his own body and blood, the final sacrifice for all sin who put their faith in his ability to cleanse them from all sin forever. Sin can never put believers under God’s condemnation again. All believers are punished in this life for some sins, especially for those they continue in, not seeking forgiveness by asking God to forgive them, and failing to wage a fight against the flesh, but they are

never again condemned to hell by God for them.

Romans 4:8 – Blessed is the man to whom the Lord will not impute sin.

John 5:24 – Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that heareth my word, and believeth on him that sent me, hath everlasting life, and shall not come into condemnation; but is passed from death unto life.

I John 1:8-10 – If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us. [9] If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. [10] If we say that we have not sinned, we make him a liar, and his word is not in us.

Hebrews 9:11,12 – But Christ being come an high priest of good things to come, by a greater and more perfect tabernacle, not made with hands, that is to say, not of this building; [12] Neither by the blood of goats and calves, but by his own blood he entered in once into the holy place, having obtained eternal redemption for us.

Hebrews 9:24,25 – For Christ is not entered into the holy places made with hands, which are the figures of the true; but into heaven itself, now to appear in the presence of God for us: [25] Nor yet that he should offer himself often, as the high priest entereth into the holy place every year with blood of others;

Hebrews 10:7-18 – Then said I, Lo, I come (in the volume of the book it is written of me,) to do thy will, O God.

[8] Above when he said, Sacrifice and offering and burnt offerings and offering for sin thou wouldest not, neither hadst pleasure therein; which are offered by the law; [9] Then said he, Lo, I come to do thy will, O God.

He taketh away the first, that he may establish the second. [10] By the which will we are sanctified through the offering of the body of Jesus Christ once for all. [11] And every priest standeth daily ministering and offering oftentimes the same sacrifices, which can never take away sins: [12] But this man, after he had offered one sacrifice for sins for ever, sat down on the right hand of God; [13] From henceforth expecting till his enemies be made his footstool. [14] For by one offering he hath perfected for ever them that are sanctified. [15] Whereof the Holy Ghost also is a witness to us: for after that he had said before, [16] This is the covenant that I will make with them after those days, saith the Lord, I will put my laws into their hearts, and in their minds will I write them; [17] And their sins and iniquities will I remember no more.

[18] Now where remission of these is, there is no more offering for sin.

Romans 2:28,29 – For he is not a Jew, which is one outwardly; neither is that circumcision, which is outward in the flesh: [29] But he is a Jew, which is one inwardly; and circumcision is that of the heart, in the spirit, and not in the letter; whose praise is not of men, but of God.

The Seventh Trumpet is our Shofar announcing the coming of the High Priest of all believers in him, for he is the Messiah they received in this life to receive his life.

John 5:39,40 – Search the scriptures; for in them ye think ye have eternal life: and they are they which testify of me. [40] And ye will not come to me, that ye might have life.

HAVE YOU BEEN SHOWN THE MYSTERY? – Behold, I shew you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed.

Yom Kippur: Beyond words

Rosh Hashana is “the day of the sounding of the shofar [ram’s horn],” according to its biblical definition (Numbers 29:1). However, Yom Kippur, the Day of Atonement and Forgiveness, likewise involves shofar blasts following the poignant ne’ila (closing) prayer and generally serving as the conclusion of the fast.

The shofar blast on Yom Kippur, on the other hand, is derived from the straight and exultant tekiya of Yom Kippur on the Jubilee year, the majestic declaration of “freedom throughout the land,” the glorious announcement of redemption.

(Leviticus 25:9-11, utilizing the Hebrew word shofar, signifying a beautiful, joyous straight sound). This is proper for Yom Kippur, the day when God promises – and guarantees – forgiveness and purification after five prayers in which we affirm (and request) that our Temple be a House of Prayer for all nations. And even though the Yom Kippur blast nowadays is only a rabbinical reminder of the Jubilee, every traditional Jew awaits the final blast by God, with its inherent vision of universal Revelation – when “He will enable us to hear again before the eyes of all living beings” – the redemptive shofar call to the entire world in the days of the Messiah.

I have followed Middle East Events as a student of the Bible and a synoptic analyst since 1967, retiring from the USAF Branch of the National Security Agency in 1971.

Since I am certain the Bible is the inspired Word of God, knowing that some 40 different writers, over a 1500 to 1600 year period, could not have put together so accurately a set of predictions of past events which have already been fulfilled, unless they were led by the Spirit of God, I know all the future predictions will be fulfilled precisely as written.

The major problem I have faced since 1967 has not been IF the events of the last 1260 days of this Gentile Age would be fulfilled, but WHEN they would begin to occur.

A couple of years ago, when it seemed things were finally sliding into place in the Middle East and on the world scene, I took time to look back and made a concerted effort to examine everything I had learned about prophecy, what I had observed in the past among the Middle East combatants, and what was going on at the time. I issued a guesstimate as to WHEN I believed the last war of the Age of the Gentiles would begin, and began to publish it. I feel sure some of you may be tired of hearing it on most of the hundreds of Blogs I have issued since that time. It is no longer a guesstimate to me – That is not to say I cannot be wrong in my prediction, and if you consider it time setting, so be it. But for whatever it is worth, I am convinced that at some point in time between 2010 and 2015 Israel is going to be attacked by an Islamic confederation of nations, and the last 1260 days of this Age will begin, finally terminating at the Battle of Armageddon when Christ returns at his Second Advent.

Syria urges security cooperation on Lebanon border

BEIRUT (Reuters) – Syria’s border with Lebanon cannot be controlled without security cooperation with Beirut to strengthen the frontier, the Syrian foreign minister was quoted as saying on Wednesday.

Foreign Minister Walid al-Moualem told the pan-Arab Asharq al-Awsat newspaper there was smuggling both to and from Lebanon — which Syria dominated until 2005 when it was forced to withdraw troops from its smaller neighbour.

“The question of the border between Syria and Lebanon needs two actions: delineation (of the frontier) and Syrian-Lebanese security cooperation,” Moualem was quoted as saying. “…Nobody can control the borders with Lebanon.”

A U.N. Security Council resolution which ended the 2006 war between Israel and Lebanese Hezbollah guerrillas called on Beirut to tighten border control to prevent arms smuggling.

A border assessment team dispatched by U.N. Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon in July concluded there had “been no decisive impact on overall border security”.

“The overall situation renders Lebanon’s borders as penetrable as they were one year ago during the first assessment,” it said in an Aug.

Moualem reiterated Syria’s denial that his country is the main transit route for weapons to Hezbollah — a political and military movement which has close ties to both Damascus and Tehran.

Syria kept a tight grip on security and politics in Lebanon until the 2005 assassination of former Prime Minister Rafik al-Hariri.

The killing triggered international pressure which forced Syria to end a 29-year military presence in the country.

Damascus has recently warned of growing Islamist militancy in north Lebanon. The Syrian authorities have said a vehicle used in a suicide attack in Damascus on Saturday had crossed into the country from a neighbouring Arab state.

They have not named the country. Along with Lebanon, Syria’ s Arab neighbour

s are Iraq and Jordan.

Syria sent hundreds of troops to its border with north Lebanon last week in a move the authorities said aimed to combat smuggling. Syria’s foes in Lebanon have speculated Damascus could use insecurity in the north as a pretext for intervention.

Formal delineation of Syria’s border with Lebanon is another U.N. Security Council demand. The countries’ presidents agreed at an August summit to resume the work of a joint committee tasked with drawing the frontier.

“We are waiting for the Lebanese government to carry out steps from its side for us to undertake that,” Moualem said.
