THE VERY SCRIPTURES OVER WHICH ISRAEL IS POURING AT THE TIME OF THIS WRITING, TESTIFY OF THE VERY SON OF GOD, WHOM THEY STILL REJECT TODAY. THE LAW IS NOW A MINISTRATION OF DEATH RATHER THAN LIFE TO THEM.

AS A NATION THEY HAVE CHOSEN THE GLORY OF THE LAW RATHER THAN THE GLORY OF GOD’S SON, THE MESSIAH OF ISRAEL, WHO IS SOON COMING FOR THE SECOND TIME TO RULE AND REIGN. THIS TIME HE WILL NOT BE REJECTED.

If you read this on Monday the Jewish Holiday of Shavuot will be in the process of ending.

For me it is the saddest Jewish Holiday of the year. I love the Jewish people from the depths of my soul, but I doubt if many of them reading this article would believe it.

I look forward to the day when their spiritual blindness is ended at the Second Advent of their Messiah.

This is the saddest day of the year for me because it is the day they will search the Scriptures of the Torah continuously, and yet will not find the truth they are about the Seed of Genesis 3:15 who came as the Son of God among them, only to be rejected by their fathers during his ministry among them.

Jesus told their fathers to “search the Scriptures, for they testify of me,” and yet, even today, from hearts unwilling to admit to the living Spirit of God their fathers should have accepted him as Messiah, most of them willfully fight against Him every time He pricks their hearts to repent and receive him as their redeemer.

the day on which the people of Israel received the Torah 3,320 years ago, and the beginning of the harvest season. The holiday, which also marks the end of the 49-day Omer period, is celebrated for one day in Israel, and two days in the rest of the world.

Jews throughout the world will stay awake all night studying Torah in classes, study-pairs, or individually, and tens of thousands are expected to arrive at the Western Wall for sunrise festival prayers. First-fruit ceremonies will take place in many kibbutzim throughout the country. In the Mirkavot Latrun park, thousands of people are expected to take part in the Fruits and Agricultural Equipment Convoy on Sunday.

On Monday, the public Torah reading in synagogues features the Divine revelation of the Ten Commandments, which are the basis for ethical behavior throughout most of the world.

The city of Jerusalem h as burdened the spirit of man more than any other city on the face of the earth and, if the November elections turn out the way many think they will, it will reach the zenith of its weight

as a burdensome stone for Obama during his coming presidency.

It will be a burdensome stone for whoever wins, and our next President will see it fall to the forces of Allah during his administration.

I would advise whoever ascends to the office not to be wishy-washy from day to day, regarding his standing up for Jerusalem belonging to the Jews by God’s proclamation, instead of what he decides based on the latest polls of world opinion. When the Lord returns at his 2nd Advent only his opinion will matter. The political demeanor of political ascent today is not based on a man’s godliness, but on his ability to ascend on yielding to the carnal will of the final ungodly generation.

Zechariah 12:1-3 – The burden of the word of the Lord for Israel, saith the Lord, which stretcheth

forth the heavens, and layeth the foundation of the earth, and formeth the spirit of man within him. [2] Behold, I will make Jerusalem a cup of trembling unto all the people round about, when they shall be in the siege both against Judah and against Jerusalem. Arab Anger Forces Obama to Backtrack on Jerusalem

(IsraelNN.com) Within 24 hours of expressing his firm support for a united Jerusalem in a speech to a pro-Israel lobby organization, US Senator Barack Obama found himself forced to backtrack in the face of Arab anger on Thursday.

Obama had managed to enrage Palestinian Authority Chairman and Fatah leader Mahmoud Abbas (Abu Mazen) with his first foreign policy speech since garnering enough delegates to win the nomination at the Democratic convention in Denver this summer.

“Let me be clear,” said Obama from the podium at the American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC) in Washington on Wednesday, “Israel’s security is sacrosanct.

It is non-negotiable.

The Palestinians need a state that is contiguous and cohesive

and that allows them to prosper. But any agreement with the Palestinian people must preserve Israel’s identity as a Jewish State, with secure, recognized and defensible borders.

Jerusalem will remain the capital of Israel and it must remain undivided,” he declared.

Responding to Obama’s remarks, a livid Abbas told reporters, ” This statement is totally rejected.

The whole world knows that holy Jerusalem was occupied in 1967 and we will not accept a Palestinian state without having Jerusalem as the capital.”

By Thursday Obama was quickly backpedaling, telling reporters “Well, obviously it’s going to be up to the parties to negotiate a range of these issues. And Jerusalem will be part of those negotiations… As a practical matter, it would be very difficult to execute [a policy of the capital remaining undivided.]”

Obama went on to expressed the view that there must be a way in which “everyone has access to the extraordinary religious sites in Old Jerusalem, but that Israel has a legitimate claim on that city.”

Israel has provided Christians and Muslims with free and complete access control of holy sites in Jerusalem since the Holy City was restored to the Jewish State in the 1967 Six-Day War.

The specific name “Jerusalem” appears countless numbers of times in the both the Old and New Testaments.

Having read the Koran, I can attest the specific name “Jerusalem” does not appear in it.

Do not let it bother you that the Islamic Book of Worship is presented as the Koran, Qoran, Quran, and Kuran. And, for that matter, don’t be surprised at the many different English spellings for the Shiite terrorist army in southern Lebanon, namely, Hizbullah, Hizbollah, Hezbullah, etc. It is quite common to find journalists of differing nationalities in a wildly varying maze of spelling bees when translating or transliterating Arabic into English.

However, the Arabic specific word for “Jerusalem” doesn’t appear in the Koran. One would think a city, which now seems the only one the Palestinians think they must designate as their Capitol, should at least appear once by its proper name in Arabic in

their most Holy Book.

The actual formal specific name “Jerusalem” does not appear in the Old Testament until the Book of Joshua. However, it is quite likely the site was first settled by the descendants of Noah’s son Shem, and was called Salem, with Shem being the High Priest of God on earth in Salem when Abram recovered Lot from his captors. Shem was the oldest man alive on the earth when he met with Abraham in Genesis 14:18-20 and, as such, was the Patriarch of his Tribe, Abraham being in his direct lineage. As such, the greater, Shem, would have blessed the lesser, and Abraham, as the lesser, would have paid tithes to Shem, the king of Salem (later Jerusalem), and the priest of

the most high God. Shem had likely assumed the priestly name Melchizedek.

Judah was a direct descendant of Shem trough Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, and Jesus came forth as a High Priest, not from the line of Levi, but from the line of Judah. He is the Lion of Judah.

Genesis 14:18-20 – And Melchizedek king of Salem brought forth bread and wine: and he was the priest of the most high God.

[19] And he blessed him, and said, Blessed be Abram of the most high God, possessor of heaven and earth: [20] And blessed be the most high God, which hath delivered thine enemies into thy hand. And he gave him tithes of all.

Historically, there seems to be no legitimate claim to Jerusalem by the Palestinians.

Keidar of university Arab studies department tests Qatari network’s patience by saying during televised interview, ‘Jerusalem not mentioned in Kuran’

It can be assumed that Al-Jazeera’s top journalist Jamal Rayyan will not soon forget this year’s Jerusalem Day, which was celebrated this week.

Following reports of Israel’s intentions to construct housing units in areas located beyond the Green Line (1967 borders), the news agency decided to hold an interview with Dr.

Mordechai Keidar, a lecturer from Bar Ilan University’s Department of Arabic Studies. The interview – in Arabic – can be seen in full on youtube.

Rayyan opened with the question, “Mr. Mordechai, is this decision meant to constitute another nail in the coffin of the Israeli-Palestinian negotiations?”

The journalist appeared taken aback when Keidar answered, “To tell you the truth I don’t quite understand this.

Must Israel ask permission from some other authority in the world

? It has been our capital for 3,000 years. We have been there since the time your forefathers used to drink wine, bury their daughters alive, and pray to multiple gods.”

Keidar was referring to a period Arabs call Jahiliyyah (ignorance of divine guidance), which prevailed in the Arab world before the time of the Islam. “So then,” he continued, “why must we speak about this? It has been our city for 3,000 years and will be for eternity.”

‘Jerusalem is ours for eternity’

The stunned Rayyan refused to give up. “Excuse me Mr. Mordechai! If you would like to speak about history let’s talk about the Kuran as well.

You cannot deny the existence of Jerusalem in the Kuran! I ask you to refrain from making statements that offend Arabs and Muslims. Let’s please stay with our topic,” he said.

“Jerusalem is not mentioned in the Kuran,” Keidar said.

Rayyan stated the verse that, according to Muslim belief, refers to Jerusalem, but Keidar continued to object. “Jerusalem is not mentioned in the Kuran even once.”

Rayyan continued: “Let’s talk politics, please. Doesn’t this decision oppose the Road Map, which determines that Israel will halt construction of the settlements in Jerusalem?”

“The Road Map does not mention Jerusalem,” Keidar argued. “Jerusalem is outside of negotiations. Jerusalem belongs to the Jews, Period! We cannot discuss Jerusalem in any way.

You return to this issue time and again, but Jerusalem is not referred to in the Road Map. My brother, go and read the Road Map.”

“At this rate Jerusalem will soon include all of the West Bank,” Rayyan countered.

“My brother, Israel does not involve itself in housing that Qatar constructs in the Qatar Peninsula,” Keidar answered. “What do you want with Jerusalem? Jerusalem is ours for eternity and no one, not Al-Jazeera or anyone else, has any say in it. Jerusalem is solely a Jewish city and no one else has any connection to it.”

The interview went on for a few more minutes, after which Rayyan parted from Keidar without thanking him.

It is interesting to point out that Al-Jazeera’s slogan is “The opinion, and the other opinion”. It seems this slogan has never been put to such a test.

The prophecy from “The Prophets 21:92-97” from the Koran, describes the scenario which transpires when Magog (Russia) comes down. It is, of course, different from the prophetic scriptures from the Bible, which follow the Koran verses.

The Prophets 21:92-97 – Your religion is but one religion, and I am your only Lord.

Therefore serve only me. Men have divided themselves into schisms, but to Us they shall all return. He that does good works in the fullness of his faith, his endeavors shall not be lost: We record them all. It is ordained that no nation We have destroyed shall ever rise again. But when Gog and Magog are let loose and rush headlong down every hill; when the true promise nears its fulfillment; the unbelievers shall stare in amazement crying: ‘Woe to us! Of this we have been heedless. We have done wrong.’

In the Koran account Allah, who has no son, wins, and all unbelievers become believers or are wiped out.

In the Bible account, God’s only begotten Son returns to rule, most of the unbelievers perish, and while he reigns many become believers.

Revelation 16:16 – And he gathered them together into a place called in the Hebrew tongue Armageddon.

Joel 3:9-17 – Proclaim ye this among the Gentiles; Prepare war, wake up the mighty men, let all the men of war draw near; let them come up: [10] Beat your plowshares into swords, and your pruninghooks into spears: let the weak say, I am strong.

[11] Assemble yourselves, and come, all ye heathen, and gather yourselves together round about: thither cause thy mighty ones to come down, O Lord. [12] Let the heathen be wakened, and come up to the valley of Jehoshaphat: for there will I sit to judge all the heathen round about. [13] Put ye in the sickle, for the harvest is ripe: come, get you down; for the press is full, the fats overflow; for their wickedness is great. Ezekiel 39:2-5 – And I will turn thee back, and leave but the sixth part of thee, and will cause thee to come up from the north parts, and will bring thee upon the mountains of Israel: [3] And I will smite thy bow out of thy left hand, and will cause thine arrows to fall out of thy right hand. [4] Thou shalt fall upon the mountains of Israel, thou, and all thy bands, and the people that is with thee: I will give thee unto the ravenous birds of every sort, and to the beasts of the field to be devoured. [5] Thou shalt fall upon the open field: for I have spoken it, saith the Lord God.

Russian parliament ratifies write-off of most of Syria’s multibillion-dollar debt

MOSCOW: Russia’s parliament on Friday ratified an agreement to write off nearly three-quarters of Syria’s roughly US$14 billion debt from the Soviet era.

The State Duma, the lower house, registered its approval of the 2005 deal and a 2007 supplement in a 401-40 vote.

According to the law passed by the Duma, Russia is writing off 73 percent of the debt.

Part of the remaining US$3.6 billion is to paid in a single sum and part over a decade.

Russia has written off large portions of Soviet-era debts owed by several Middle Eastern nations, much of it for military equipment, as it has moved to bolster relations in recent years

Russian President Vladimir Putin’s recent visit to the region signals a welcome shift in the attitude of the countries in this part of the world toward a powerful country in the East.

Countries that had in the past historically aligned themselves with the US and its regional interests have begun a slow process of disengagement, following the adage, “Don’t put all your eggs in one basket.”

This move, although unhurried in coming, is a result primarily of the current US administration’ s policie

s and continuing aggressive military overtures in the region, which have dramatically added to unease and unrest among nations, not to mention the enormous and unjustified human death toll and suffering.

Putin’s visit to Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Jordan, a first by a Russian president, was accorded a very public and warm welcome signaling the host countries’ desire to forge significant political and economic alliances with their powerful counterparts in the East including Russia and China.

It is no secret that Putin himself is dismayed by what he sees as unrestrained US aggression in the region. Speaking at the 43rd Munich conference on security policy last week, he said, “We, Russia, are constantly being taught about democracy. But for some reason those who teach us do not want to learn themselves.

I believe that unipolarity is not only unacceptable but also impossible in today’s world. The model itself is flawed: At its root it provides no moral foundations for modern civilization.

But witnessed in today’s world is a tendency to introduce precisely this concept into international affairs, the concept of a unipolar world. And with what results?”

“Unilateral and frequently illegitimate actions have not resolved any problems. Moreover, they have caused new human tragedies and created new centers of tension.

Judge for yourselves: Wars as well as local and regional conflicts have not diminished. And even more are dying than before.

And in a further dig at the hawkish stance that underlies US diplomacy, he continued, “Today we are witnessing an almost unrestrained hyper use of force — military force — in international relations, a force that is plunging the world into an abyss of permanent conflicts.

As a result we do not have sufficient strength to find a comprehensive solution to any one of these conflicts. Finding a political settlement also becomes impossible.

We are seeing a greater and greater disdain for the basic principles of international law. One country, the United States, has overstepped its national borders in every way. This is visible in the economic, political, cultural and educational policies it imposes on other nations.”

Those are the very views that

are being realized by regional governments. The US has overstepped its authority in its quest to stamp its own distorted vision on the region. And for any government to ally itself lock, stock and barrel with such an administration would be tantamount to political suicide. The ordinary Arabs see the Russians as friends.

They have long been supportive of the Palestinians, and have demonstrated such support in the United Nations. Along with their current diplomatic profile, common economic interests in the region such as oil and gas, science and technology, and the choice of military hardware present them an attractive alternative to the West

Unlike the current US administration that has seemingly forgotten how to win or maintain existing friends, the Russians are quietly and gradually making the right diplomatic overtures in gaining economic and political footholds in a previously inaccessible territory. And doing it all without a hint of aggression.

The Spirit of Antichrist has been around for a very long time. It is a spirit that denies the promise of Genesis 3:15 that God would one day send his seed to deliver mankind from the depravity it inherited when it rebelled against God in yielding to the Devil.

Genesis 3:15 – And I will put enmity between thee and the woman, and between thy seed and her seed; it shall bruise thy head, and thou shalt bruise his heel.

The spirit of antichrist, as we know it today, teaches absolutely that Jesus Christ is not the Son of God.

Muhammad was the greatest of all the false prophets, who wrote the Koran by the spirit of antichrist hundreds of years after the Bible was canonized. We were warned of many false prophets that would follow John in his First Epistle.

I John 4:1 – Beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits whether they are of God: because many false prophets are gone out into the world.

I John 2:21-23 – I have not written unto you because ye know not the truth, but because ye know it, and that no lie is of the truth. [22] Who is a liar but he that denieth that Jesus is the Christ

? He is antichrist, that denieth the Father and the Son. [23] Whosoever denieth the Son, the same hath not the Father: (but) he that acknowledgeth the Son hath the Father also.

The Devil is very clever and has conveniently worked Jesus into Islamic doctrine, allowing him to be a great prophet and placing him second to their Mahdi (12th Imam), who is to appear and deliver mankind in the last days of this age. But they declare with absolute certainty – ALLAH HAS NO SON! Satan’s spirit of antichrist has been trying for a long time to destroy the woman Israel, as well as the believing remnant of her Seed, who is the man Christ Jesus, the living Son of God. Soon the 10 Islamic horns of Daniel 7 and Revelation 13 & 17 will drive the woman Israel into the Negev, and both believing and unbelieving Jews will remain there for some three and one-half years.

Revelation 12:5,6,17 – And she brought forth a man child, who was to rule all nations with a rod of iron: and her child was caught up unto God, and to his throne. [6] And the woman fled into the wilderness, where she hath a place prepared of God, that they should feed her there a thousand two hundred and threescore days. Ahmadinejad: Israel Is a ‘Dead Fish’ and a ‘Stinking Corpse’; ‘The Zionist Regime Will Be Wiped Off the Map’; ‘The European Governments Do Not Want the Zionists Living in Europe’

Introduction

As Israel’s 60th anniversary drew near, Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad continued his tirade of virulent anti-Israel and antisemitic statements, likening Israel to a “dead fish” and a “stinking corpse” and calling it a “false regime” which “from the point of view of the nations in the region does not even exist.” He also stated that Israel “will be wiped off the map of the world,” and that “the day will come when the Muslims uproot [it].”

Ahmadinejad added that the elimination of Israel would benefit the entire world, since Israel caused harm to humanity at large – and especially to Europe, which was “bearing the political and economic burden of this false regime.”

Ahmadinejad’s statements were echoed by other senior leaders of the Iranian regime. Iranian Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei, for example, described Israel as a “false regime that has been imposed” upon the region, and outgoing Majlis speaker Haddad Adel said that Israel’s 60th anniversary was a “black day for humanity, freedom, and human rights.”

Following are excerpts from statements by Ahmadinejad, Khamenei, and other senior Iranian leaders.

Ahmadinejad: Israel Is a “Dead Fish” and “Stinking Corpse”

In a May 10, 2008 speech to Majlis members, a few days before Israel’s 60th anniversary, Ahmadinejad said: “The [very] basis for the existence of the Zionist regime is in question. This oppressive and false regime is about to fade and collapse… Those who think that they can revive this stinking corpse by celebrating its anniversary are totally wrong. The [leaders] who attend these celebrations should know that they will go down [in history as accomplices] of the Zionist criminals… Having received a slap in the face from the Lebanese people, this regime is now coming to its end like a dead fish… If countries in the region continue to [support] Israel they will be burned by the wrath of the nations.”

Israel Is a “Dead Man…; [The Zionists] Are a Group of Terrorists and Criminals… with No Roots in Palestine”; “From the Point of View of the Nations in the Region, the Zionist Regime Does Not Even Exist”

In a May 13, 2008 press conference, Ahmadinejad predicted Israel’s demise and denied its right to exist: “Today, certain people are about to convene in occupied Palestine in order to celebrate its anniversary. They believe that, by doing so, they are strengthening this disintegrating regime.

However, the whole world will come to understand that holding these ceremonies is a sign of the weakness, backwardness, and disintegration of this regime. Otherwise, why didn’t they celebrate this regime’s 50th or 55th anniversary

? Why did they come up with this idea [only] now? Let me tell you, celebrating a dead man’s birthday won’t improve his condition one bit. This dead man will not be resurrected by all those people who are about to convene there… [The Zionists] are a group of terrorists and criminals who came [to Israel] according to a plan, with the support of foreigners, and who have no roots in Palestine. Sooner or later, they will be driven out by the people of Palestine… From the point of view of the nations in the region, the Zionist regime does not even exist… The era of Zionist writings, Zionist bullying policies and the Zionist political mechanism has come to an end.”

“The Criminal and Terrorist Zionist Regime… Will Be Wiped Off the Map of the World”

In a May 14, 2008 speech in Gorgan, northern Iran, Ahmadinejad reiterated that “Israel’s days are numbered,” that “the peoples of the region would not miss the narrowest opportunity to annihilate this false regime,” and that “the nations of the region despise this false and criminal regime.”

At a conference marking the 19th anniversary of the death of Ayatollah Rohullah Khomeini, founder of the Islamic Revolution Regime, Ahmadinejad stated: “Know that the criminal and terrorist Zionist regime – which has years of plundering, aggression and crime to its name – has come to the end of its road and will soon be wiped off the map of the world…” Addressing the late Khomeini, he added: “Our beloved Imam… the Zionist regime has lost its raison d’être. Today, the Palestinians identify with your name, your memory, and your path. They are walking in your illuminated path, [while] the Zionist regime has reached a total dead end.

With God’s grace, your wish will soon be realized, and this germ of corruption will be wiped off the face of the world.”

“The Very Existence of the False Zionist Regime Has Caused Europe Great Harm… The Europeans Are Bearing the Political and Economic Burden of This Regime… The European Governments Do Not Want the Zionists Living in Europe”

In his May 13, 2008 press conference, Ahmadinejad described the “great harm” that “global Zionism” causes the nations of the world, and especially Europe: “All the nations, including those of Europe, are being harmed [by global Zionism]. You see that in Europe, most countries are bereft of political independence, and are unable to express a position on global issues without deferring to the directives of global Zionism. They say explicitly that they are under pressure [from the Zionists] and have to pay them annual taxes… A European citizen who works hard to provide sustenance for himself and his family must pay his taxes to the last frank or mark, while global Zionism has economic dealings in Europe, but does not pay any taxes.

[Furthermore], the European countries are not only forced to comply with the Zionist directives, but must pay other steep prices as well.”

Ahmadinejad made similar remarks at the recent Summit of the U.N. Food and Agriculture Organization in Rome: “I think that anyone who follows the [developments] in the world comes to the conclusion that this (i.e. the elimination of Israel) will occur with or without Iran’s intervention… It will be to Europe’s advantage, since Europe is forced to pay for some of the Zionists’ crimes… The very existence of the false Zionist regime has caused Europe great harm… The Europeans are bearing the political and economic burden of this regime… The day will come when the Muslims uproot [it].” Ahmadinejad added: “We realize that the European governments do not want the Zionists living in Europe, but they should not foist them on the Palestinians.”

Ahmadinejad explained that Iran’s position, which rejects Israel’s very existence, is to the benefit of humanity at large: “Our position against the Zionist regime is to the benefit of all nations, because this regime is a shameful stain on the body of mankind, and its crimes in Palestine are a disgrace to humanity at large. That is why we want to put an end to the [Zionists’] crimes. Today, after 60 years, the time has come to open up the black box of the Zionist regime’s crimes and expose the facts…

“What is the secret of this false regime which [gives it] such immunity, and [enables it to receive] support despite all its crimes and violations of human rights and of people’s dignity? [We] must figure out what is the mission of the Zionist regime, which prompts certain European countries to support it so absolutely, and what is the mystery behind the false Zionist regime, [which causes] all truths to be sacrificed for its sake… The European nations, as peace-loving and sincere nations [that have been] victims of war, oppose the crimes of the Zionist regime.”

Khamenei: The Arab Governments Must Support the Palestinian Struggle

In his main speech on the 19th anniversary of Khomeini’s death, Iranian Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei stated that Israel was a false regime that had imposed itself on the region. He accused the Arab governments of withdrawing their support for the Palestinians’ struggle and of helping Israel endure, and called upon them to change the reality in the region:

“Like the great Iranian nation, the [other] Muslim peoples now regard Israel as a false regime that has been imposed [on the region]. Unfortunately, however, the Arab governments do not join their peoples’ demand [for change in the region].

“The Zionist regime has no power, and is incapable of standing on its own.

It is the shameless and unconditional support of the U.S., and the failure of the Islamic and Arab countries to support the Palestinians, that is preventing changes from taking place in the region… Unfortunately, many Islamic governments have failed in their duty toward the Palestinian people. Had they adopted the stance of their peoples and supported the oppressed people of Palestine, the situation in the region would have been totally different… Commitment to Islamic principles, struggle against cruelty and arrogance [i.e. the U.S.], defense of oppressed nations – in particular the Palestinians – and enmity toward the Zionist octopus are among the [chief] mottos of the Iranian people.”

Iranian Foreign Minister: Israel Is Nearing Its End

Iranian Foreign Minister Manuchehr Mottaki spoke in a similar vein at a June 1, 2008 Foreign Ministry conference titled “Khomeini, Foreign Policy, and a Look to the Palestinian Problem and the Liberation of Jerusalem.” Mottaki said: “Khomeini did not regard the opposition to the Zionist regime, and the support for the rights of the Palestinian people, as [duties that are relevant] only for a certain time… Israel is ready collapse owing to internal problems, and over the past 60 years it has not managed to establish its legitimacy… Israel has managed – by means of violence, force, intimidation, satanic plots and widespread propaganda – to impose itself upon the region and to create a myth that the Zionist regime is invincible. But today, the Islamic resistance [Hamas, Hizbullah and Islamic Jihad] has shattered this false myth…” Mottaki added: “As Khomeini said, if every Muslim pours a bucket of water over Israel, it will be washed away.”

In a speech to the Iranian Majlis, outgoing Majlis speaker Haddad Adel called the 60th anniversary of the “false regime that is occupying Palestine” a “black day for humanity, freedom and human rights.”

Regime Mouthpiece: The Resistance Will Soon Crush Israel’s Spider-Like Regime

An editorial in the conservative daily Jomhouri-ye Eslami stated that despite its 60th anniversary celebrations, there was “no doubt that Israel was collapsing and would not last much longer.” The daily added: “The resistance [forces] of the Palestinian people and other anti-Zionist [forces] will no doubt quickly finish the task and crush Israel’s spider-like regime, so that [Israel’s] 60th anniversary celebrations will become a prelude to its demise.”
