artyr Reward is quite different from that described in the Arutz Sheva Article details of the type of reward given by Allah to Islamic Martyrs.

The Christian is martyred by the enemies of God for his testimony from the Word of God, while the Islamic Martyr kills the enemies of Allah by blowing them up as he kills himself.

Revelation 6:9-11 – And when he had opened the fifth seal, I saw under the altar the souls of them that were slain for the word of God, and for the testimony which they held: [10] And they cried with a loud voice, saying, How long, O Lord, holy and true, dost thou not judge and avenge our blood on them that dwell on the earth

? [11] And white robes were given unto every one of them; and it was said unto them, that they should rest yet for a little season, until their fellowservants also and their brethren, that should be killed as they were, should be fulfilled.

The Jihad Martyr gets 72 dark-eyed Maidens (Virgins) of Paradise. The Christian Martyr gets a white robe.

Serving God as a Christian certainly does have fantastic eternal reward.

Fatah-Controlled PA Media Lauds Killer as a ‘Groom’

(IsraelNN.com) In an article in the Fatah-controlled Palestinian Authority newspaper Al-Hayat Al-Jadida, the Arab terrorist who murdered eight children and young men in Jerusalem’s Mercaz HaRav seminary was described using terminology used by Islamic fundamentalists for those killed in the name of religion. The terrorist, who was already called a shahid or “martyr” in the same newspaper, was referred to as a “groom” and his burial, as a “wedding,” in the Friday March 14 edition.

As explained by Itamar Marcus and Barbara Crook of the Palestinian Media Watch organization, “The term ‘wedding’ is the expression commonly used in PA society, and in PA schoolbooks as well, to describe the death of Shahids – Martyrs for Allah. According to Islamic tradition, they will wed the 72 Dark- Eyed Maidens (Virgins) of Paradise.”

The Al-Hayat Al-Jadida story describes the nighttime burial of the terrorist by Israeli authorities with a headline saying, “Jerusalem groom, Abu-Dheim, leaves without his wedding procession.”

The article opens with the description: “The residents of the town Jabal Mukaber, were surprised by the sounds of loudspeakers blasting from the [mosque] minarets announcing that the Jerusalem groom, the Shahid, Ala’a Abu-Dheim has gone without their participation in his wedding procession.”

According to the newspaper, among the residents of Jabal Mukaber, the terrorist’s hometown adjacent to Jerusalem, “everyone was in a state of anticipation… preparing themselves for the wedding procession. At five o’clock in the morning the loudspeakers of the mosque minarets announced the shocking news to the thousands who were waiting, that the groom was buried in the morning without a celebration and without a wedding procession… frowning faces…expressing their sorrow for having been denied [the right] to participate in the groom’s procession and to accompany him to the town’s cemetery…”

The PA newspaper reported that Israeli authorities prevented all but a few adults from accompanying them to the local cemetery for the pre-dawn burial of Abu-Dheim. As Al-Hayat Al-Jadida comments, the Israelis “wanted a quiet wedding without music, thinking that way Jerusalem would forget its groom… But the wedding will not end this way… it will last three consecutive days in which [the town] al-Sawahra will welcome all of those who come to congratulate the groom and will hang his portrait embracing the nation’s flags.”

Marcus and Crook point out that the view that a shahid goes on to a wedding can be seen in various outlets in PA society. According to PMW, a 2006

Arabic language textbook used by 12th graders in PA schools includes the sentence: “…I will not cry during this wedding, as our Arabness does not want us to cry over the Shahids.” A similar message has been conveyed through a PA television video clip running for eight years depicting a shahid being greeted in Heaven by beautiful virgins.

Virgins of Paradise music video returns to PA TV

A music video depicting a Shahid (Martyr for Allah) being greeted in Paradise by the Dark Eyed Maidens (Virgins) has returned to Palestinian Authority (PA) television. The return of this of Shahada (Death for Allah) promotion comes at a time the PA leadership may be interested in increasing the motivation of its fighters. The PA fears an Israeli ground invasion of the Gaza Strip in response to the continuous firing of rockets at Israeli cities.

The clip portrays a woman being shot in the back by Israeli soldiers.

She is immediately transported to Paradise, where she joins other Maidens wearing identical long white gowns, all joyously dancing, waiting to marry their Shahid.

The next scenes depict her male friend visiting her grave, after which he is also shot by Israeli soldiers.

His Shahada- Death for Allah is immediately rewarded, and he is transported to heaven, where all the “Maidens” — including his lover — turn to greet him.

This is one of the longest-running music videos on PA TV. It was broadcast incessantly for years, often several times a day during the PA terror war (2000-2005) and returned for a month in September 2006.

This recurring image of the Martyr being rewarded by receiving the Maidens was part of the multifaceted PA campaign glorifying and encouraging terror, and promoting suicide terror as idyllic Shahada (Martyrdom for Allah).

After an absence of more than a year, PA TV has been broadcasting this video clip regularly for the past month. It is possible that PA TV is attempting to increase the motivation for battle, and especially death in battle, among its men should a ground war develop in the Gaza Strip.

The belief that man is rewarded with beautiful women in Paradise is based on Islamic traditions in the Quran [Suras 42, 44, 52, 56, and others] and the Hadith (traditions attributed to Muhammad), and is expressed regularly in many parts of PA society.

Mother: “We do not encourage our sons to die. We encourage them to Shahada for the homeland, for Allah. We don’t say to the mothers of the shahids, ‘We have come to comfort you,’ but ‘We have come to bless you on the wedding of your son, on the Shahada of

First, read the numerous demands Abbas is making which, if not met, he says will cause him to quit the peace talks, and revive Fatah terror.

Second, read how little popularity and control he has over Palestinians.

Third, read the control President Ahmadinejad keeps gaining over the Iranians, and consider he wants Israel

Exclusive: Abbas threatens to quit peace talks, revive Fatah terror

DEBKAfile’s Washington sources report that Palestinian Authority chairman Mahmoud Abbas has put President George W. Bush and secretary of state C ondoleezza Rice

on notice. He h as sent them

a warning that he means to break off peace talks with Israel unless prime minister Ehud Olmert comes through with concessions by April. After that, he says, the Palestinians may weigh “alternative actions on the ground” – a transparent threat for his Fatah organization to revive the Palestinian “uprising” (terror campaign) against Israel from the West Bank.

DEBKAfile’s Palestinians sources note this is Abbas’ second threat to reignite the Palestinian-Israeli war launched by Yasser Arafat in 2000. Two weeks ago, he told the Jordanian A Dustour , that while he prefers negotiations for now, he does not exclude an alternative option in the future.

Our Washington sources disclose the Palestinian leader’s conditions for the dialogue to continue:

1. The Israeli prime minister must meet Palestinian demands for concessions.

2. Foreign minister Tzipi Livni must satisfy her Palestinian opposition number Ahmed Qureia’s demand for a final list of Israeli concessions on the core issues of borders, refugees, Jerusalem and water.

3. Israeli must halt all construction in Jerusalem and the settlements forthwith.

According to DEBKAfile’s Middle East sources, Abbas’s ultimatum was timed to profit from three forthcoming events:

First: US Vice President Dick Cheney’s visit on March 22.

Palestinian officials will emphasize to him that they have run out of patience with Olmert and that some American arm-twisting is needed to make him more forthcoming.

Second: The forthcoming Arab League summit on March 29 in Damascus.

Abbas is jockeying for a position that will upstage the Gaza issue, which is high on the summit’s agenda, and steal the thunder from radical Hamas leader Khaled Meshaal’ s triumphal performance.

For this, he needs a more radical platform than tame submission to the US-sponsored peace line.

Third: A fighting stance would pave the way for reconciliation talks with Hamas on the formation of a Palestinian unity government. This would be applauded by all the Arab rulers present.

For Abbas, time is running out with his own people.

A new Palestinian popularity poll in mid-March placed Hamas prime minister of Gaza Ismail Haniyeh in the lead – 47 percent to the PA chairman’s 46 percent. Significantly, Haniyeh gained 10 percent in popularity after Hamas smashed the Gaza-Egyptian border wall and escalated its missile onslaught on Israel.

Fourth: The Palestinian leader is under fire from his own followers for letting Israel celebrate its 60th year of statehood in May without discernible progress toward Palestinian independence. The resumption of a Fatah-dominated terror offensive to mar Israel’s anniversary events might quell the dissatisfaction with his leadership.

A new poll conducted by the Palestinian Center for Policy and Survey Research shows that an overwhelming majority of Palestinians – 84% – support the attack this month on a Jewish seminary in Jerusalem that killed eight young men, most of them teenagers. The survey also shows that 64% support the firing of rockets on Israeli towns from Gaza and 75% support the end of peace negotiations between Palestinian and Israeli leaders.

The poll also showed that the militant Islamist group Hamas is gaining popularity in the West Bank while its American-backed rival, Fatah, is losing ground. (New York Times)

Conservative politicians close to President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad appeared to tighten their grip on power in Iran as the government on Monday announced final results of the first round of parliamentary elections. Conservatives controlled about three-quarters of the more than 200 races decided so far in the 290-seat Parliament, said the Interior Ministry. The winners of the remaining seats will be determined in runoff elections in May. None of the 35 reformists who took seats are prominent politicians. 154 members of the previous Parliament were either kept off the ballot or lost their races. The European Union, in a statement issued Friday in Brussels, denounced the election as “neither fair nor free.” (New York Times)

Shiite and Sunni Clay Now in Opposition Will Hold Together One Hour

When the Shiite and Sunni Clay and Iron Mixture Comes Together for a Common Cause, Namely the Defeat of Israel, They will Hold Together Long enough to Defeat Israel, as will All the other Sects of Islam. But the Sects cannot cleave together very long as Iron and Clay.

Daniel 2:41-43 – And whereas thou sawest the feet and toes, part of potters’ clay, and part of iron, the kingdom shall be divided; but there shall be in it of the strength of the iron, forasmuch as thou sawest the iron mixed with miry clay. The Hebrew word translated as “MINGLED” is the word “ARAB.”

Revelation 17:12,13 – And the ten horns which thou sawest are ten kings, which have received no kingdom as yet; but receive power as kings ONE HOUR with the beast.

[13] These have one mind, and shall give their power and strength unto the beast.

ONE HOUR simply means a brief period of time, which I believe will be slightly more than three and one half years.

I have taught this would eventually come to pass in the Middle East for more than 32 years, and my best guesstimate for the time of the initial attack, associated with a united Jihad of 10 Arab nations against Israel, is that it is likely to occur at some point in time between 2010 and 2015.

The following was extracted from Haaretz. I do not believe there is any question that the Shiite-Sunni mingling will be on the increase in the Palestinian terror groups across the entire Middle East. I have taught for more than 27 years that I did not believe Egypt, Jordan, or Saudi would be involved in the initial attack against Israel, but that they would remain neutral until after the takeover of the land from Dan to Beersheba.

Slain Jihad operative’s son: ‘Our entire family has turned Shi’ite’

Instead of a Britney Spears ring tone, Shehadeh Shehadeh’s cell phone emits a recording of a speech by Hezbollah leader Hassan Nasrallah. “Our entire family has turned Shi’ite,” he boasts. Last week, Israeli security forces operating in the West Bank town of Bethlehem killed his father, Mohammed Shehadeh, who was a senior commander in Islamic Jihad.

“My father decided to become a Shi’ite after he was deported to Marj Al-Juhur in Lebanon in 1992,” the son recounted. “He met there with all sorts of Shi’ite people and he saw that the oppression the Shi’ites have had to endure is very much like the oppression that the Palestinians have suffered.”

According to the 19-year-old Shehadeh, his father eventually came to “respect the Shi’ite commentary on the Koran.” He equates his father’s actions with those of Imam Hussein, whom Shi’ites believe to be Prophet Mohammed’s true follower.

“My father decided not to surrender and chose a martyr’s death, just like Imam Hussein, who fought at Karbala,” he said, referring to the 680 C.E. clash in what is now Iraq, which proved to be one of the most significant battles in Muslim history. In it, Hussein ibn Ali, Mohammed’s grandson and one of the founding fathers of the Shi’ite sect, was slain by Yazid I, the Umayyad caliph.

Sitting in his house in Bethlehem’s Wadi Maali neighborhood, the young man entertained a group of friends, all devout Muslims filled with extremist zeal. They were there to mourn his father’s loss with him.

The son is outspoken about his disdain for Israelis. “The Jews killed the prophets,” he reiterated several times in his conversation with Haaretz.

“Some Jews are all right and my father valued them, like Neturei Karta,” he conceded, referring to a fringe ultra-Orthodox sect that is rabidly anti-Zionist. “But most Jews are the enemy.”

“Even in your soccer matches, you scream that you want war,” he added, prompting knowing nods from his friends.

They are all dressed like Israeli youths their age. Yet throughout the eight years of the intifada, they have not seen a single Jewish Israeli. The Jewish neighborhood of Har Homa in East Jerusalem, just a few kilometers away across the separation fence, might as well be on another planet.

The son said that his father was not a member of Hezbollah, but did identify with the organization. He did not deny that his family received a telephone call from Nasrallah’s office in which Hezbollah offered it financial assistance.

One of Shehadeh’s friends said that many Palestinian opinion leaders are now joining the ranks of the Shi’a. He named Issa Batat, one of the Islamic Jihad’s senior commanders in the Bethlehem area, who is serving a sentence inside an Israeli prison, and Mohammed Kawamleh, a Jihad member who is still wanted by Israel’s security services.

Turning to the political implications of his father’s assassination, Shehadeh Shehadeh said: “What have you achieved by killing my father? You made a mockery, as always, of the Palestinian Authority.”

Mohammed Shehadeh, 45, was a former member of Fatah who later became a senior officer in the Al-Quds Brigades, the military wing of Islamic Jihad. He was killed last Wednesday night along with Imad al-Kamel, Issa Marzouk and Ahmad al-Balboul, also from Bethlehem.

They were ambushed in one of the town’s suburbs by Israeli troops dressed in civilian clothes and driving a civilian car.

The Israeli raid came at a delicate time for the PA and its president, Mahmoud Abbas of Fatah. Egyptian mediators were trying to broker a truce that would calm the hostilities between Israel and Hamas in and around Gaza, a truce that Abbas had called for after violence spiraled there earlier this month.

“Our prime minister, Salam Fayyad, went to meet your Defense Minister Ehud Barak. And whom did they send? Amos Gilad [a lower-level official]. Barak won’t even see Fayyad,” the younger Shehadeh said, referring to last week’s meeting of a trilateral monitoring committee on the peace process. “So you killed one Mohammed Shehadeh. But as former Hezbollah leader Abbas Mussawi said, each time a drop of blood falls to the ground from the body of a shahid [martyr], Allah knows how to use that drop. Now all of Bethlehem will become Mohammed Shehadeh.”

Outside the Shehadeh household, pessimism, frustration and desperation are everywhere.

It seems that the people of this relatively peaceful West Bank city have given up all hope of seeing results from the attempt to revive the peace process that the United States, Israel and the PA began

at last year’s Annapolis Summit. They view the process as dying rapidly, making way for another round of violence with Israel.

Shehadeh’s funeral, which he shared with the other three assassinated militants, was one of the largest the city has seen in recent years. Palestinian security forces estimate that it was attended by no less of 250,000 people.

“Me and my friends, we led this current intifada,” said Abu Dib, who is serving in one of the PA security forces and says he is wanted by Israel for his role in the violence. ” We are tired already.

But these boys, they were 10 years old when the clashes began.

Now they’re 18, and they know nothing but war and violence with Israel.”

Abu Dib speaks of “a whole new generation that grew up in the territories” and is more violent and radical. “They will be the ones who will lead the next confrontation,” he predicted.

Whatever the Israelis choose to do in their dealings with the descendants of Abraham by Ishmael and the six sons of Keturah, it is far too late for anything to stop the carnage of Zechariah 13:8, which I guesstimate is likely to begin at some point in time between 2010 and 2015. All I can do is warn Israelis to prepare for it by turning to their God by placing their faith in His Son, the Messiah Jesus Christ, before it comes upon them. The Scripture indicates they will not do so until they are driven into the Negev Wilderness for a period of 1260 days, where in a day the new nation of Israel will be born.

I would also warn Gentiles that the day of God’s judgment, which was to be scoffed at with zeal in the last days by most of mankind, is ever rearing its ugly head in a spiraling acceleration of intensity. However, Scripture indicates there will be no change in man’s attitude toward God until it arrives.

I have tried for 34 years to advise in writings, books, lectures, and in worldwide broadcasts, that the events of Birth Pang Number 43 were not far distant events, but on our doorsteps. I believe we are nearing the top of the steps, and soon the door will open.

The Remnant of Israel, Past, Present, and Future!

Revelation 12:5,6,17 – And she brought forth a man child, who was to rule all nations with a rod of iron: and her child was caught up unto God, and to his throne. [6] And the woman fled into the wilderness, where she hath a place prepared of God, that they should feed her there a thousand two hundred and threescore days. [17] And the dragon was wroth with the woman, and went to make war with the remnant of her seed, which keep the commandments of God, and have the testimony of Jesus Christ.

man is Jesus Christ. God promised in Genesis 3:15 that this seed would one day crush the power of Satan, but in so doing would suffer for

the price he paid while walking and dying on this earth. Even though the woman is herself a Jewish remnant, there will also be a Jewish

remnant within the remnant, a living remnant of believers who testify to the unbelieving Israelis that Jesus is the Messiah, and keep the commandments delivered to them by Jesus Christ. They are a sealed believing remnant of 144,000 Jews living among the one-third of Israel that flees to the Negev. This one-third will number between 1.9 and 2 million.

Revelation 7:4 – And I heard the number of them which were sealed: and there were sealed an hundred and forty and four thousand of all the tribes of the children of Israel.

Zechariah 13:8 – And it shall come to pass, that in all the land, saith the Lord, two parts therein shall be cut off and die; but the third shall be left therein.

Through the testimony of the 144,000, and the preaching of the two witnesses who lead them, it will cause all Israel to be saved when Jesus returns, and a spiritual nation shall be born in a day.

Romans 11:25-27 – For I would not, brethren, that ye should be ignorant of this mystery, lest ye should be wise in your own conceits; that bl indness

The only type of withdrawal that will fully satisfy the ravaging appetite of the sons of Islamic Jihad is the total destruction of Israel.

Israelis opposed to further withdrawals

According to a recent poll the number of Israelis who support further withdrawals from the West Bank has dropped significantly in the years since the 2005 disengagement from the Gaza Strip and northern Samaria.

The question asked by the “Motagim” poll was: “In light of the results of the disengagement process from the Gaza Strip, are you in favor of a continued withdrawal from Judea and Samaria?”

64.9 percent responded that they were opposed to further withdrawals and 23.9 percent said they were in favor. The rest refused to answer the question.

The poll also divided the results according to various sectors in Israeli society, showing that 95 percent of haredim were opposed to further withdrawals, as were 90.9 percent in the religious community and 57 percent of

the secular community.

The poll was commissioned by the SOS Israel organization.

In the distant past God created the first Adam in the Garden of Eden and gave him a free will to obey or to disobey Him. Most are familiar with the events that led to the fall of Adam. After God allowed Adam to have his free will choice, Adam passed the results on it on to all of his descendants.

Since that time man has been one big unhappy family, with descendants blaming each other for all their problems. They all blame each other, God, or the Devil for their problems, whether it be individual against individual, ethnic group against ethnic group, nation against nation, kingdom against kingdom, or any other two groups you would like to plug into the formula. It’s been that way in our inherited natures since the fall, as demonstrated by Adam and Eve’s post-fall answers to God.

Genesis 3:12,13 – And the man said, The woman whom THOU gavest with me, SHE gave me of the tree, and I did eat. [13] And the Lord God said unto the woman, What is this that thou hast done? And the woman said, The SERPENT beguiled me, and I did eat.

God did not create the first man Adam with a self-centered heart, but his post-fall heart is perfectly described by God through Jeremiah.

Jeremiah 17:9 – The heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately wicked: who can know it?

The SEED OF God, the Son of God, the last Adam, the man Christ Jesus, was conceived in the womb of the Virgin Mary without sin, and died without any sin of His own on the cross, so that God could be just and the justifier of them that believe in Jesus as the total atonement (KAPHAR) for all their sins.

Romans 3:25-28 – Whom God hath set forth to be a propitiation through faith in his blood, to declare his righteousness for the remission of sins that are past, through the forbearance of God; [26] To declare, I say, at this time his righteousness: that he might be just, and the justifier of him which believeth in Jesus. [27] Where is boasting then? It is excluded. By what law? of works? Nay: but by the law of faith. [28] Therefore we conclude that a man is justified by faith without the deeds of the law.

Ephesians 1:6,7 – To the praise of the glory of his grace, wherein he hath made us accepted in the beloved. [7] In whom we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of his grace;

This is not just a New Testament teaching, it was established at the very time Adam and Eve sinned by disobeying God.

God immediately advised them he would send a SEED, a Descendant, a Deliverer, who would provide the way of restoration to God by their FAITH in his PROMISED MESSIAH. The SEED would restore them to God from the ownership the DEVIL had gained over them because of their disobedience. The SEED would crush the spiritual control the Devil had over them by sin. God’s GRACE provided in HIS SEED’S blood, which was spilled in the bruising of his heel by stepping on the power of the serpent, is the full atonement for all a believer’s sins.

Genesis 3:15 – And I will put enmity between thee and the woman, and between thy seed and her seed; it shall bruise thy head, and thou shalt bruise his heel.

God even detailed six verses later that the heel of the SEED would be bruised to provide a blood covering, a KAPHAR, an atonement, which would cover the shame of what they had become.

Genesis 3:21 – Unto Adam also and to his wife did the Lord God make coats of skins, and clothed them.

I Corinthians 15:21,22 – For since by man came death, by man came also the resurrection of the dead. [22] For as in Adam all die, even so in Christ shall all be made alive.

I Corinthians 15:45 – And so it is written, The first man Adam was made a living soul; the last Adam was made a quickening spirit.

When the SEED finally arrived in the person of the last Adam, the man Christ Jesus, He did not bring peace, and there will be no peace on this earth until his Second Advent, which closes Armageddon.

Matthew 10:34-36 – Think not that I am come to send peace on earth: I came not to send peace, but a sword. [35] For I am come to set a man at variance against his father, and the daughter against her mother, and the daughter in law against her mother in law. [36] And a man’s foes shall be they of his own household.

The basic reason I have laid out the history of God’s only remedy for the “heart” problem you inherited in your mother’s womb, is why I know the present Middle East situation must end in the beginning of the last three and one-half years of great tribulation, which Armageddon will close at the Second Advent of Christ. It is finally back where it all started when Abraham and Sarah tried to help God give them a SEED in whom all the families of the earth would be blessed. I do not mean to be critical of Abraham because I would have done the same thing, and so would you. Most religions try to keep on helping their particular god when the true God just wants them to have faith in his ability to help them, and to submit to His will because they believe he knows what is best for them.

The SEED promised in the Garden of Eden has always been the same from the beginning of man’s inherited sin condition. Anything else is a strange doctrine.

Hebrews 13:8,9 – Jesus Christ the same yesterday, and to day, and for ever. [9] Be not carried about with divers and strange doctrines. For it is a good thing that the heart be established with grace; not with meats, which have not profited them that have been occupied therein.

THE SEED has been the only answer God provided for man’ s inherited heart problem ye

and forever. He is the SEED that just keeps on giving from start to finish, but the plan was announced first in Genesis 3:15.

Thousands of years later a man named Abram was called out of Ur by God to become the Father of the Faith that would produce countless numbers of children of God by faith in the SEED promised in Genesis 3:15. Abraham’s firstborn was to be the promised SEED, but Sarah and Abraham decided to help God by letting Hagar the Egyptian bear his firstforrn, and along came Ishmael. Then God brought forth from Sarah’s barren womb His PROMISED SEED ISAAC, and the family squabble began.

After Sarah’s death Abraham had six more sons by Keturah, and then sent them away to the East with gifts, but made his son Isaac the inheritor of all his possession,

and the squabble got worse.

The family squabble was not too bad until Muhammad showed up and wrote the Koran, using both the Old and New Testament characters and events with his own twist of who did what, where, why, when, and why to really add more fuel to the squabble between Abraham’s eight sons by Hagar, Sarah, and Keturah.

Now, in the closing stages of the Age of the Gentiles, the squabble gets worst every day. It will not, indeed, cannot end in other way than is so graphically described in Matthew 24:21,22 and Daniel 12:1.

Matthew 24:21,22 – For then shall be great tribulation, such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be. [22] And except those days should be shortened, there should no flesh be saved: but for the elect’s sake those days shall be shortened.

Daniel 12:1 – And at that time shall Michael stand up, the great prince which standeth for the children of thy people: and there shall be a time of trouble, such as never was since there was a nation even to that same time: and at that time thy people shall be delivered, every one that shall be found written in the book.

Guess what the followers of Muhammad call the Old Testament of the Jews. Would you believe they call it “The Book?”

We now see most of the descendants of Isaac’s son Israel as circumcised sons of Abraham allied with most of those referred to as born-again spiritual children of Abraham, in an intense confrontation with the children of Abraham through Ishmael and the six sons of Keturah. It can only end in a final massive war, and peace can only come to the earth when the same man, who first came knowing it would eventually end with everyone’s sword against the others, finally returning to bring a most welcome peace.

Matthew 23:37-39 – O Jerusalem, Jerusalem, thou that killest the prophets, and stonest them which are sent unto thee, how often would I have gathered thy children together, even as a hen gathereth her chickens under her wings, and ye would not! [38] Behold, your house is left unto you desolate. [39] For I say unto you, Ye shall not see me henceforth, till ye shall say, Blessed is he that cometh in the name of

the Lord.

Micah 5:3-5 – Therefore will he give them up, until the time that she which travaileth hath brought forth: then the remnant of his brethren shall return unto the children of Israel. [4] And he shall stand and feed in the strength of the Lord, in the majesty of the name of the Lord his God; and they shall abide: for now shall he be great unto the ends of the earth. [5] And this man shall be the peace, when the Assyrian shall come into our land: and when he shall tread in our palaces, then shall we raise against him seven shepherds, and eight principal men.

The situation described in the following article is typical of a situation which has persisted for ages, and will continue to do so. All the kings horses and all the kids men can never put all the smashed pieces of the past relationships together again.

Only one King can do it, and he will begin to do it from Jerusalem after his Second Advent.

Zechariah 14:8,9 – And it shall be in that day, that living waters shall go out from Jerusalem; half of them toward the former sea, and half of them toward the hinder sea: in summer and

in winter shall it be. [9] And the Lord shall be king over all the earth: in that day shall there be one Lord, and his name one.

The Palestinian hate for Israel in their hearts will never be brought to ground until the Millennial Reign of Christ, and even then, at the end of his earthly reign, the hearts of their descendents will again be filled with the Devil’s will. They will suffer their final defeat and be forever cast into never ending agony.

Revelation 20:7-10 – And when the thousand years are expired, Satan shall be loosed out of his prison, [8] And shall go out to deceive the nations which are in the four quarters of the earth, Gog and Magog, to gather them together to battle: the number of whom is as the sand

of the sea. [9] And they went up on the breadth of the earth, and compassed the camp of the saints about, and the beloved city: and fire came down from God out of heaven, and devoured them. [10] And the devil that deceived them was cast into the lake of fire and brimstone, where the beast and the false prophet are, and shall be tormented day and night for ever and ever.

Poll: Hamas leader’s popularity rises

Israeli attacks in the Hamas-controlled Gaza Strip have boosted the popularity of the Islamist group’s leader Ismail Haniyeh among Palestinians in the territory and in the West Bank, according to a poll on Monday.

The survey by the West Bank-based Palestinian Centre for Policy and Survey Research showed that if new presidential elections were held, Haniyeh would receive 47% of the vote compared with 46% for President Mahmoud Abbas of the rival Fatah faction.

The figures represented a sharp strengthening of Haniyeh’s popularity. He served as prime minister in the Hamas-led government Abbas dismissed after Hamas seized the Gaza Strip from Fatah in June.

The center’s previous poll, in December, gave Gaza-based Haniyeh just 37% of a potential presidential vote compared with 56% for Abbas, whose peace efforts with Israel are opposed by Hamas.

The latest poll was conducted shortly after Israel ended an offensive in the Gaza Strip in early March that killed more than 120 Palestinians, almost half of them were identified as civilians.

Israel said the operation was aimed at stopping cross-border rocket fire from the Gaza Strip.

According to the survey, Hamas’s breaching of the Gaza Strip’s Rafah border crossing with Egypt in January also contributed to Haniyeh’s popularity among Palestinians.

“These developments managed to present Hamas as successful in breaking the siege and as a victim of Israeli attacks,” Commentary accompanying the poll said.

Lack of progress in Abbas’s peace negotiations with Israel also gave Hamas a boost, the poll indicated.

The survey found that if new parliamentary elections were to take place, Hamas would receive 35% of the vote and Fatah 42%, compared to 46% for Fatah and 34% for Hamas in an opinion poll in January.

The current survey polled 1,270 Palestinians in Arab East Jerusalem, the occupied West Bank and the Gaza Strip. It had a margin of error of three percentage points.
