The PA Youth are not as well organized and funded as Hitler’s great Youth Movement of the 1930’s, but it is fueled with a greater hatred of the Jews than the German youth. The first article from Arutz Sheva portrays some of the hatred instilled in Islamic youth.

The second article from the DEBKAfile describes the hatred instilled in Islamic women toward the Jews. To even imagine anything other than a great Middle East war as an eventual certainty is madness, in view of the deeply embedded hatred in Islamic men, women, and children.

It is estimated that some 300,000 turned out at the 20th anniversary of the formation of the Hamas terrorist movement in Gaza.

It is impossible to even imagine a fairy tale scenario from the land of let’s pretend, which could ever end with true peace between occupants of the Middle East carrying the lineage of Jacob and that of Hagar and Keturah. If Abraham had waited for the promised seed Isaac through Sarah, and he had only had one child, I wonder what the world would be like today. Man has a habit of changing God’s instructions to help God fulfill what he promised man, rather than letting

God do it in the way and time he has purposed.

PA Children’s Programming: ‘Wipe Out the People of Zion’

(IsraelNN.com) The Palestinian Authority’s Al-Aksa TV broadcasts, produced by Hamas, include children’s programming that calls for the genocide of the “people of Zion.”

On December 3, 2007, a Hamas children’s show broadcast on PA TV featured an impassioned speech by a young boy of approximately nine years old. Speaking in the style of many Islamist preachers, and with an image of the Dome of the Rock in Jerusalem as a background, the boy declared that the only way to “rescue” the Al-Aksa mosque from Israel, America and their allies is “by means of force.”

According to a transcript provided by the Middle East Media Research Institute (MEMRI), the boy told his presumably child viewers that “the Al-Aksa Mosque has fallen into oppressing and malicious hands, the hands of those who know nothing but injustice.” Describing the Jerusalem mosque as in “the shackles of the occupation,” despite the fact that it is under Muslim Wakf control, the boy went on to say:

“But let me tell you how the Al-Aksa Mosque will be returned, how we shall rescue it from the shackles of the occupation, from the shackles of the Zionist entity.

Will it be through conference

No, not through conferences, but by means of force, because the Zionist entity, your enemy, the enemy of Allah, the enemy of Islam, knows nothing but injustice and the killing of Palestinians, the persevering people on the frontline. Indeed, the [mosque] will be returned only by means of force.”

After an unclear reference to the 1917 Balfour Declaration, which affirmed the United Kingdom’s support for a Jewish state in the Land of Israel, the boy-preacher continued: “But look what the Zionist enemy has done, look what Israel and America have done. Look what the allies of Israel and America have done. They have dug tunnels underneath the Al-Aksa Mosque, but the sheikhs and mujahideen of the Al-Aksa Mosque have exposed these tunnels and called upon the Palestinian people: ‘Look what has happened, look what has happened.’

“These calls have gone unheeded, my beloved brothers. But is it too late? No, it is not too late.

If we all unite, the Al-Aksa Mosque will not remain in the hands of the Zionist enemy, it will not remain in the hands of your enemy, despite all their conspiracies against the Palestinian people.”

Later in the programming, a similarly young girl recited a poem that included the lines: “To Al-Aksa, to Al-Aksa – we shall unite our ranks. We will wipe out the people of Zion, and will not leave a single one of them.”

Renewed Campaign to Promote Death Among PA Children
According to a recent MEMRI report, the Al-Aksa television network – best known for its “jihad Mickey Mouse” – has renewed its encouragement of children to attack Israel and its praise of their self-destruction while doing so.

During a Friday broadcast in October, PA TV inaugurated a new program in which a girl sang in the background, “My little brothers, how long will we continue to let the occupier [rule] us by hunger and siege?” A chorus answered, “By killing and destruction.”

Later in the program, a child was shown entering a cave, where he was told, “This is not just any cave. These are children who were martyred during the blessed Al-Aksa Intifada. I and a group of friends have cleaned this cave to make it fitting for the Intifada’s child martyrs.”

During that scene, a chorus of girls sang in the background, “We long for martyrdom. Our country is free and our death is happiness.”

In addition to the female commmandos, our military sources report Hamas has formed hundreds of suicide killers into a large unit for obstructing a major Israeli offensive against its missile-mortar offensive from Gaza. Its planners figure that if only one out of ten is successful, the Israeli advance will be seriously slowed. Another special unit created by Hamas is composed of fighters clad in IDF uniforms and armed with Israel weapons and gear to confuse Israeli Air Force surveillance craft and drones and slow their counteraction. Hamas has stockpiled thousands of Qassam missiles, enough to rain down 100 a day on Israeli civilian and military targets.

15, were a demonstration of strength which belied claims of its waning powers. This claim is often heard from Israeli officials as a pretext to avoid a military confrontation in Gaza. DEBKAfile’s military sources report that every passing week sees Hamas strength enhanced and better organized to take on Israeli counter-terror assaults.

The jihadist group’s leaders in Gaza, Syria and Lebanon are certain that a major Israel offensive is on the way and believe they know the IDF war plan. They anticipate:

1. Tactics quite different from those employed in the 2006 Lebanon war;

2. Most Israeli and Western military pundits expect the IDF to cut through to northern Gaza – to stifle missile fire, and to the Philadelphi border enclave in the south – to stem the smuggling of fighters and arms from Sinai.

Hamas, to the contrary, estimates that Israeli armored columns will race from the north and the east to converge on Gaza City and wipe out the command centers located there.

3. The IDF is expected to lay down a ferocious blanket of fire from land, sea and air.

The suicide unit will be sent into action against the sources of fire and the tank columns.

4. Because no Hamas commander believes Israel tank columns can be stopped, they have drawn up Plan B: terrorist chiefs will go to ground and wage guerrilla warfare against Israeli troops in the same way as Sunni insurgents and al Qaeda combat US forces in Iraq.

5. After unifying the Hamas and Jihad Islami commands, as we have reported, the Islamist tacticians have merged all the terrorist groups operating in the Gaza Strip into a single 9,000-10,000 strong army. This is one-third larger than the Hizballah militia which fought Israel in 2006.

It is made up of Ezze-Din al-Qassam Brigades, combat-trained Gaza police units and the elite Hamas force which spearheaded the coup that expelled the Fatah-ruled Palestinian Authority from the Gaza Strip last June.

Forgive me, but I have very little patience with atheists or believers who say a major war can be prevented by diplomacy, good will, or any form of man’s endeavors on the world scene. Even if one is an atheist, or a believer, the handwriting is on the wall, the hatred in the Middle East and worldwide is growing, and large fanatical segments of mankind are determined to initiate it, and will not be deterred. The Hamas mindset will continue, which is demonstrated in the Jerusalem Post article after the Scriptures.

Being a believer, I accept the Biblical descriptions of it, which are quite plentiful in its Scriptures.

It has a horrifying beginning, which is nothing like mankind has ever experienced, one for which it is not prepared.

Matthew 24:21 – For then shall be great tribulation, such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be.

Joel 3:9-16 – Proclaim ye this among the Gentiles; Prepare war, wake up the mighty men, let all the men of war draw near; let them come up: [10] Beat your plowshares into swords, and your pruninghooks into spears: let the weak say, I am strong. [11] Assemble yourselves, and come, all ye heathen, and gather yourselves together round about: thither cause thy mighty ones to come down, O Lord.

[12] Let the heathen be wakened, and come up to the valley of Jehoshaphat: for there will I sit to judge all the heathen round about. [13] Put ye in the sickle, for the harvest is ripe: come, get you down; for the press is full, the fats overflow; for their wickedness is great. [14] Multitudes, multitudes in the valley of decision: for the day of the Lord is near in the valley of decision. But it has a joyous ending after some three and one years of absolutely shocking terror.

Isaiah 2:1-4 – The word that Isaiah the son of Amoz saw concerning Judah and Jerusalem. There will be no peace in the world until the Second Advent of Jesus Christ the Messiah, who returns to end the final battle of three and one-half years of tribulation horror, the last great Battle of Armageddon.

‘Gaza Strip will become a graveyard for IDF soldiers’

“The IDF’s withdrawal from Gaza will be nothing like its invasion, the Strip will become a graveyard for its troops,” Hamas legislator Mushir al-Masri warned Saturday in a chilling opening address at a huge Gaza City rally marking the 20th anniversary of Hamas’s establishment.

“Jews…we have already dug your graves,” exclaimed Masri.

Hamas Prime Minister Ismail Haniyeh assured the crowd that Hamas and the Palestinians would not recognize Israel

“Whoever insists on not recognizing Israel, clings to Allah and doesn’t surrender in the face of the Israeli and US blockade, his popularity grows despite American hostility,” said Haniyeh. “As long as the Israeli oppression grows, so will his popularity.”

Tens of thousands of Hamas supporters gathered in a sandy lot and nearby streets, waving green Islamic flags.

“This is the real referendum on the popularity of resistance, the people converging behind Hamas,” said Zayed Herzallah, a 28-year old merchant, who brought a van full of young relatives. “Hamas today, after 20 years and after thousands of martyrs, is graduating the fourth generation (of supporters).”

At the site of the rally, large pictures of Hamas leaders, both in Gaza and in exile, were draped across the speakers’ podium. A black banner hanging from a nearby building read, in Arabic, English and French: “We will not recognize Israel.”

In the crowd were dozens of members of the Hamas military wing, among them armed men carrying replicas of Kassam rockets. Some 50 female members of military wing also marched, dressed in long robes and sporting military-style ammunition vests. Some covered their faces with veils, others with ski masks.

Several took to the stage, waving green Hamas flags.

Hamas official Osama al- Mizayni told the rally that captured IDF soldier Gilad Schalit “will not see the light of day until Israel frees all Palestinian prisoners.”

In an anniversary message to Hamas TV, the group’s top leader in exile, Khaled Mashaal, said Hamas will not abandon violence.

“This is our real choice, our trump card, which causes the enemy to succumb to us,” he said.

He said Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas does not have the mandate to negotiate with Israel. “Our people are able to launch a third and fourth intifada until the dawn of victory arrives,” he warned.

Ahead of the rally, tension was rising between Hamas and Fatah with the PA banning Hamas celebrations in the West Bank. In response, Hamas announced that it would not allow Fatah to hold its anniversary celebration in Gaza next week.

In the West Bank, Abbas’s security forces arrested 26 Hamas supporters on Friday, Hamas officials said. Security officials confirmed arrests were made, but would not give a number.

In addition, Hamas police arrested Omar Al-Ghoul, an adviser to Abbas’ prime minister, Salaam Fayad, and seized some of his belongings.

Al-Ghoul was the most senior Fatah politician to be detained since Hamas forces overtook the territory in June.

Also Friday, three people were killed in a mysterious explosion at a Fatah-organized funeral in Gaza City. Witnesses said a man carrying explosives in a jacket accidentally detonated them, while Hamas security said a member of the procession threw a pipe bomb.

Fatah quickly accused Hamas of being behind the explosion that killed three people, and the Ramallah government announced Saturday a national day of mourning. Hamas denied involvement, and issued orders to question another senior Fatah official in Gaza, Ibrahim Abu Naja, accusing him spreading the rumors. As of Saturday, Abu Naja was not in detention.

Fatah’s violent offshoot warned in a statement that targeting Fatah leaders would lead to “open war” with Hamas.

Hamas was founded in Gaza in December 1987, after the outbreak of the first Palestinian uprising against Israeli occupation. It is an offshoot of the Muslim Brotherhood, which was founded in Egypt and is seen as the mother of all fundamentalist factions in the Arab Sunni world.

CIA NIE did not say Iran had Stopped Seeking Nuclear Weapons!

The U.S. Central Intelligence Estimate did not hint in any way Iraq had stopped its drive to acquire nuclear weapons.

It only indicated one component phase had stopped in 2003, namely the development of

the functional instrumentation of the many housing mechanisms necessary to launch it to its target.

However, they are proceeding as rapidly as possible to produce enough uranium to create a sufficient number of nuclear devices to put in an arsenal of rocket heads.

The purpose of this arsenal is: (1) to deter Israel from launching her massive nuclear arsenal again Arab nations attacking her, and (2) to keep the war’s intensity to a conventional war level, which greatly enhances the Islamic advantage against Israel.

American Intelligence Reappraises the Iranian Nuclear Issue

The new U.S. intelligence assessment does not negate the possibility that Iran will continue to seek nuclear weapons. On the contrary, the new assessment clearly states that:

1. Iran retains the option to develop nuclear weapons;

2. Iran is accelerating its civilian uranium enrichment program (which, under certain conditions, can also lead to the production of weapons-grade fissile materials);

3. Iran is liable to return to a secret program, which would be the preferred method to produce fissile material for nuclear weapons;

4. It will be difficult to convince Iran to abjure the development of nuclear weapons;

5. Iran has the technological infrastructure needed to develop nuclear weapons should it choose

to do so.

6, Iran has a lot of experience in hiding facilities and operations, so the statement that the nuclear weapons program was frozen has only limited value.

It is impossible to state whe ther

the freeze is total or partial, whether it is temporary or permanent, and whether activities were simply transferred to different sites and can be renewed at a later date.

Restructuring in Islamic Hierarchy for Future Attack on Israel!

There are definite signs in the Islamic world, produced by the Annapolis Peace Conference and the CIA NIE Announcement, which made it clear the US was pulling back from an attack on Iran’s nuclear complex and was, to some extent, watering down their support for the nation of Israel.

I am of the opinion the Middle East Islamic nations, Russia, and China are going to be directing their energies toward preparation for a large scale military campaign against little Israel, which Islam is unlikely to launch until they feel they are in a position to win such a war. I doubt if they will feel competent to pull off a victory prior to 2010, but will reach such a level of competence at some point in time between 2010 and 2015.

I do not expect Russia and China to join in the fray until Armageddon, which will follow the initial Islamic pushing of Israel into the Negev by some three and one-half years.

I agree with Henry Kissinger’s analysis of the CIA NEI, which follows immediately, and the two articles which follow it show the restructuring internally of the Middle East Islamic Hierarchy.

This restructuring will continue to bring an ever increasing Arab unity.

Misreading the Iran Report

The new NIE holds that Iran may be able to produce enough highly enriched uranium for a nuclear weapon by the end of 2009 and, with increasing confidence, more warheads by the period 2010 to 2015. That is virtually the same timeline as was suggested in the 2005 National Intelligence Estimate. It is therefore doubtful that the evidence supports the dramatic language of the NIE summary and, even less so, the broad conclusions drawn in much of the public commentary.

If my analysis is correct, we could be witnessing not a halt of the Iranian weapons program – as the NIE asserts – but a subtle, ultimately more dangerous, version of it that will phase in the warhead when fissile material production has matured.

Report: Nasrallah demoted by Khamenei

Some of Hizbullah leader Hassan Nasrallah’s responsibilities have been taken away by the organization’s backer Iran, the pan-Arabic daily Asharq Alawsat claimed Thursday.

Reportedly, Nasrallah is no longer in control of the organization’ s military wing,

which is now headed by Nasrallah’s deputy Sheikh Na’im Kassem.

The Iranian official Asharq Alawsat cites as the one who demoted Nasrallah is none other th an Ir

an Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei.

The report follows a similar report by Israeli daily Ma’ariv Wednesday, but none of the reports have been officially confirmed by Iran.

Western intelligence sources cited by Asharq reported that Teheran was furious over Nasrallah’s conduct during the Second Lebanon War and that was the reasoning behind the decision to diminish Nasrallah’s authority.

Sources close to Iran’s Revolutionary Guards quoted an officer in the Iranian elite force as saying Kassem was chosen after he and Nasrallah had disagreements regarding the organization of Hizbullah’s military wing. Khamenei’s representative in Lebanon.

“Kassem isn’t only Hizbullah’s second-in-command but also Khamenei’s representative in Lebanon and Palestine.”

Hizbullah’s budget in the last 18 months has been $1 billion, to compensate the organization for the losses it suffered during the war. Hizbullah’s yearly Iranian budget stands on $400 million, the officer added.

Reportedly, Khamenei appointed a committee of top Revolutionary Guards commanders and entrusted them with restructuring Hizbullah’s military and intelligence wings.

Among the commanders in the committee is the Kuds Brigade commander Kassem Suleimani.and the former head of Hizbullah’s intelligence wing Imad Mughnia, who is one of the top names on the US’s most wanted terrorists list

Saudi king Abdullah has invited Mahmoud Ahmadinejad to be the first Islamic Republic president to perform the pilgrimage to Mecca, which begins on Dec. 18. It will be their second public appearance together in two weeks.

Their first was at the GCC summit in Doha, where they arrived hand in hand. DEBKAfile and DEBKA-Net-Weekly have closely tracked the unfolding of the Saudi-brokered Washington-Tehran dialogue, moving on now to the evolution of Riyadh’s own epic rapprochement with Tehran.

China tells US ‘get house’ in order over currency, food safety

XIANGHE – An assertive China fended off US pressure over currency policy and food safety on Wednesday and told Washington to put its own house in order rather than blame Beijing for its economic problems.

The jousting, during a high-level “strategic economic dialogue” near Beijing, underscored the growing complexity of a relationship that US Treasury Secretary Henry Paulson said was now central to maintaining global economic prosperity.

Paulson, who called the first of two days of talks “lively but friendly”, urged China to let its currency rise faster to curb inflation, now at an 11-year high of 6.9 per cent.

“China’s leaders have voiced concerns about China’s macroeconomic stability, in particular mounting inflation, growing asset bubbles and possible overheating. A more flexible exchange rate policy is especially important to China now, given these risks,” Paulson said.

China’s central bank let the yuan rise as high as 7.3647 per dollar on Wednesday, the strongest level s ince the currency was unpegged from the dollar

in July 2005. The yuan has gained 12.4 per cent against the dollar in total since then.

Vice-Commerce Minister Chen Deming dug in his heels against a faster rise, saying China’s economy could not afford it.

Turning the tables on the United States, Chen criticised the recent decline in the dollar, which he said was pushing up oil and other resource prices and eroding the value of US assets held by countries such as China.

“What I’m worrying about now is the weakening dollar and its potential impact on global growth,” Chen said.

Central bank chief Zhou Xiaochuan also spoke out for a strong dollar and said he was concerned that loose US monetary policy could flood the global economy with cash and buffet China’s markets in the process.

The news appearances by Chen, Zhou and others appeared to be an attempt by Beijing to win the battle of public opinion. High-ranking Chinese officials usually keep a lower profile at such conferences.

Vice-Premier Wu Yi , known as China’s “Iron Lady”, also came out swinging.

With several bills wending their way through the US, Congress aimed at getting Beijing to speed up the yuan’s rise, she warned Paulson that business ties would be severely undermined if the measures became law.

“Obviously, to resort to trade protectionism and blame another country for the structural problems in the US economy is the wrong approach which would only harm the interest of the US itself,” Wu said.

The talks began on a prickly note after Washington, alarmed by a string of recalls of toys and other China-made goods, put the safety of food and other imports at the top of the agenda.

“I need to point out frankly that the United States should also assume its due share of responsibility for improving product quality and food safety,” Wu said as the delegations faced one another in a tightly guarded government resort outside Beijing.

She accused US interest groups of stirring up trouble and said: “We must oppose attempts to politicise trade issues.”

Paulson said he was worried about a rise in economic nationalism and protectionist sentiment in both countries.

“Neither China nor the United States can protect our way to further prosperity. We must resist attempts to reduce transparency or increase regulatory obstacles in order to protect domestic industries,” he said in his opening remarks.

Trade tensions were on the boil and both countries needed to take action: “Whereas trade was once largely a source of stability in US-China relations, it has recently become a source of tension, and not only because of safety concerns.”

China’s surging inflation rate prompted Paulson to make the case that a stronger currency was in China’s own interest because it would reduce import costs and let the central bank raise interest rates more freely.

Instead, with the yuan on a tight leash, China was “missing a tool” for managing economic affairs.

“I made the point that monetary policy can be an effective tool and monetary policy can be more effective if there’s a currency that is more reflective of underlying fundamentals,” Paulson later told a small group of reporters.

“China has sped up the rate of appreciation over the past year and there is no evidence this has harmed them,” he added.

China’s economy grew 11.5 per cent in the first three quarters of the year, the fastest pace in more than a decade.

FROM RUSSIA, WITHOUT LOVE

The systematic weakening of Russia’s fragile democratic institutions by President Vladimir Putin is alarming and should no longer be met by timid American and European finger-wagging.

Earlier this month, Mr. Putin’s United Russia party won rigged elections that gave it 315 of 450 seats in parliament, with the rest going to compliant allies.

Opponents are now virtually unrepresented.

Leaving nothing to chance, Mr.

Putin’s lackeys locked up opposition leader Garry Kasparov for five days, restricted media coverage of the campaign and prevented international election observers from monitoring the vote. Unsurprisingly, Mr. Putin’s party tallied more than 99 percent of the ballots in some regions.

On the heels of that travesty, Mr.

Putin, who is required by the Russian constitution’s two-term limit to leave the presidency in March, designated an obscure protégé, Dmitry Medvedev, to succeed him. That creates the strong impression that Mr. Putin intends to continue to exercise political control, and perhaps to return to office if Mr.

Medvedev resigns or experiences an “accident.”

This assault on Russia’s embryonic democracy and efforts to establish rule of law has repercussions for the international community.

Mr. Putin was able to restore one-party rule in Russia primarily because he used Russia’s vast oil and gas resources to build prosperity and popularity. He is now increasingly using his control of vital energy supplies to bully democratic neighbors, intimidate critics in Europe and stridently condemn Western governments with which he once cooperated.

This is the time for Europe and the United States to make clear they will not be cowed.

Mr. Putin values and needs Russia’s inclusion in the club of leading industrial nations, without which he loses diplomatic and economic clout.

But membership has long hinged on real democratic institutions at home. Mr. Putin should be made to understand that it still does.
