A Plan to accelerate the Final Bloodbath of the Gentile Age!

The latest U.S. Peace Plan being shoved on Israel must have been drawn up at the Mad Hatter’s Tea Party or in Iran. I believe the Prophecies of the Bible, so I am bound to believe that a fantastic bloodbath will come in Israel, but most believers I know are hoping it is in the far distant future. This latest U.S. Peace Program will assuredly dash their hopes, for this plan will accelerate the time of a bloodbath.

The following Bible verses describe the coming bloodbath, and make it understandable why even believers want to be somewhere else when this bloodshed occurs.

Ezekiel 39:17-19 – And, thou son of man, thus saith the Lord God; Speak unto every feathered fowl, and to every beast of the field, Assemble yourselves, and come; gather yourselves on every side to my sacrifice that I do sacrifice for you, even a great

sacrifice upon the mountains of Israel, that ye may eat flesh, and drink blood. [18] Ye shall eat the flesh of the mighty, and drink the blood of the princes of the earth, of rams, of lambs, and of goats, of bullocks, all of them fatlings of Bashan. [19] And ye shall eat fat till ye be full, and drink blood

till ye be drunken, of my sacrifice which I have sacrificed for you.

Revelation 16:16 – And he gathered them together into a place called in the Hebrew tongue Armageddon.

Joel 3:9-16 – Proclaim ye this among the Gentiles; Prepare war,

wake up the mighty men, let all the men of war draw near; let them come up: [10] Beat your plowshares into swords, and your pruninghooks into spears: let the weak say, I am strong. [11] Assemble yourselves, and come, all ye heathen, and gather yourselves together round about: thither cause thy mighty ones to come down, O Lord. Zechariah 14:12 – And this shall be the plague wherewith the Lord will smite all the people that have fought against Jerusalem; Their flesh shall consume away while they stand upon their feet, and their eyes shall consume away in their holes, and their tongue shall consume away in their mouth.

Revelation 19:16-18 – And he hath on his vesture and on his thigh a name written, KING OF KINGS, AND LORD OF LORDS. [17] And I saw an angel standing in the sun; and he cried with a loud voice, saying to all the fowls that fly in the midst of heaven, Come and gather yourselves together unto the supper of the great God; [18] That ye may eat the flesh of kings, and the flesh of captains, and the flesh of mighty men, and the flesh of horses, and of them that sit on them, and the flesh of all men, both free and bond, both small and great.

Benchmarks for a bloodbath

US Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice is not purposely trying to destroy all of Israel’s hard-won security gains of the last five years.

But if she were, she could hardly have improved on her new benchmark proposal. The proposal comprises two parallel sets of “benchmarks”: steps (mainly Israeli) to increase Palestinian freedom of movement, and steps (mainly Palestinian) to combat Palestinian terror. However, it does not make either track conditional on the other. Thus should Israel accept the proposal, it would be pledging to fulfill its own side of the bargain regardless of whether the Palestinians honored theirs. And since increased freedom of movement for Palestinians includes increased freedom of movement for terrorists, that essentially means an Israeli pledge to facilitate terrorist operations even if the Palestinian Authority makes no compensatory effort to thwart such operations.

Indeed, the document explicitly requires Israel to dismantle many security precautions prior to the relevant PA security actions. For instance, it requires full deployment of a revamped PA security service in Gaza only by the end of 2007; yet Israel would have to start allowing regular convoys between Gaza and the West Bank

on July 1. Thus six months before PA forces are even in position to combat Gazan terror, Israel would be required to facilitate the export of this terror to the West Bank.

AND SOMETIMES there is no parallel demand of the PA at all.

For instance, the document requires Israel to remove various West Bank checkpoints on June 1 and June 15. Yet it mandates no Palestinian counterterrorism efforts in the West Bank; such efforts are required only in Gaza. Israel would thus be facilitating terrorist movement in the West Bank without any recompense in the form of improved Palestinian counterterrorism.

This lack of reciprocity would not matter if the benchmarks were all as innocuous as creating a Web site to provide information on the operating hours of border crossings (No. 6) or establishing express lanes for trucks carrying fresh produce at the Karni checkpoint (No. 11). However, several of them strike at the heart of the security mechanisms that have dramatically reduced Israeli casualties over the last five years.

One of these is the removal of army checkpoints, including around terrorist hotbeds such as Nablus. This has already been tried countless times – and each time terrorists exploited their new freedom of movement to launch a successful attack from the area in question. Put bluntly, absent dramatic Palestinian action against terrorism, removing checkpoints is a proven recipe for producing dead Israelis.

Rice’s proposal, however, goes far beyond the limited experiments of the past, demanding the simultaneous removal of dozens of checkpoints throughout the West Bank.

It would therefore likely produce even more mayhem than did previous such efforts.

FAR WORSE, however, is the proposal for regular passenger and cargo convoys between Gaza and the West Bank. The document does not discuss security arrangements for these convoys, but every previous incarnation of this proposal has assumed that Israel would either not conduct security checks at all, or would at most conduct superficial checks that would cause minimal delays; the PA would bear primary responsibility for ensuring that no terrorists or weapons were smuggled from Gaza to the West Bank.

Indeed, this is essential both to the proposal’s practical goal (freedom of movement between Gaza and the West Bank, meaning without lengthy delays caused by exhaustive Israeli security checks) and its ideological goal: demonstrating that Gaza and the West Bank are a unified entity under Palestinian sovereignty.

Given that hitherto, however, the PA has done zilch to combat anti-Israel terror, there is no reason to believe that it would in fact keep the convoys free of arms and terrorists. And for Israel, this is literally a life-and-death issue: Since Gazan terrorist cells have better weaponry and more expertise (no West Bank cell, for instance, has yet succeeded in launching Kassam rockets), while West Bank cells have better access to Israel (which is why most suicide bombings inside Israel originate from there), a flow of Gazan know-how and equipment into the West Bank would significantly upgrade the terrorist threat.

Indeed, the threat posed by these convoys is even greater now than it was 18 months ago, when Rice last tried to browbeat Israel into allowing them – because Gaza terrorists have utilized this time to import massive quantities of weaponry, much of it far more sophisticated than what they had in November 2005.

Then, the main fear was the transfer of Kassam rockets and technology, which would enable West Bank terror cells to subject Jerusalem and Kfar Saba to the same daily bombardments that Sderot suffers. And that was certainly reason enough to veto the convoys. But the materiel that has since entered Gaza ranges from some 30 tons of explosives to the latest antitank rockets, the kind Hizbullah used so successfully against Israeli troops last summer. Were that kind of weaponry to enter the West Bank, the threat

to Israel would obviously be even greater.

NOR IS there any doubt that Gazan terrorists would make the effort. Israeli intelligence agencies have long warned of the terrorist organizations’ feverish preparations for war. But in an astonishing report in Sunday’s Haaretz, veteran Arab affairs correspondent Danny Rubinstein cited Palestinian acquaintances in Gaza as saying that these intelligence reports significantly understate the scope of the preparations, which include massive arms smuggling and recruiting and training hundreds of additional “troops.” Given a chance, the terrorists would certainly launch a similar build-up in the West Bank in order to force Israel into a two-front war.

Indeed, Hamas publicly rejected the benchmark proposal last week precisely because the organization is “preparing for battle,” to quote one of its leaders, Khaled Mashaal. Why should Israel facilitate this effort

?

For Rice, desperate to buy Arab and European support on Iraq with “progress” on the Israeli-Palestinian front, higher Israeli casualties may well be a price worth paying. But no responsible Israeli government could concur.

The only proper response to Rice’s proposal can thus be summed up in one word: No.

Iran – If a Boil is not cut out, it will expand, come to a Head, and Spew!

Iran is an infected boil, like a cumulus cloud that ascends vertically and horizontally as it rises to an anvil cumulonimbus thunderstorm head, while spewing out a violent tornado on the earth from its base.

Ezekiel 38:9 – Thou shalt ascend and come like a storm, thou shalt be like a cloud to cover the land, thou, and all thy bands, and many people with thee.

Verse 9 describes the suddenness of the blitzkrieg attack of Gog the antichrist against Israel from the north.

It compares the attack with the rapid development of a cumulonimbus cloud when it first comes quickly toward the observer as a rumbling thunderstorm, and then rapidly covers the land where he or she stands from horizon to horizon. This will be the manner the bands and many people supporting Gog will abruptly spread southward across Israel.

Ezekiel 38:10-12 – “Thus saith the Lord God; It shall also come to pass, that at the same time shall things come into thy mind, and thou shalt think an evil thought: [11] And thou shalt say, I will go up to the land of unwalled villages; I will go to them

that are at rest, that dwell safely, all of them dwelling without walls, and having neither bars nor gates, [12] To take a spoil, and to take a prey; to turn thine hand upon the desolate places that are now inhabited, and upon the people that are gathered out of the nations, which have gotten cattle and goods, that dwell in the midst of the land.” Take a look back at the last phrase in Ezekiel 38:8, which is: “And they shall dwell safely all of them.” This phrase is directly tied to the “evil thought” that comes into the mind of the antichrist concerning the purpose of the false peace hudna he has led them into by deceit.

Verse 11, in the terminology of the people of Ezekiel’s day, painted a picture of people at peace with the other peoples around them. Believe it or not, in spite of what is currently going on around and in Israel, I believe that before 2013 you will see Israel lulled into a false sense of security by a hudna, an extended temporary

false truce agreement with the Palestinians.

This arrangement will cause Israel to have a feeling of “peace and safety” with all the enemies that touch her borders and the Palestine Authority that exists within her, but it will be a false truce of deceit, conceived by Hizbullah, Syria, Iran and the Palestinians.

The Islamic nations, along with the chiefs of the terrorist groups they support, are now becoming aware they can never defeat Israel by their present tactics, and that what is going on now, and what has been going on since 1948, can never accomplish their objective of driving Israel out of the choice northern part of her domain.

In order for Israel to believe they have what every leader of Israel since 1967 has said they must have, that is, “A PEACE WITH SECURITY, PEACE WITH SAFETY,” the terrorist groups must temporarily cease their activities for a reasonable period of time, while a well coordinated plan of blitzkrieg attack is

formulated between the Palestinians, Hizbullah, Syria, Iran, and Iraq behind closed doors. Verse eleven describes his evil plan to attack a nation he has deceived with a false peace agreement.

Verse 12 tells us he will break or betray the agreement (“turn thine hand”), and that he will take the spoils of war from the nation of Israel.

The “spoils” are identified in terms that the readers of Ezekiel’s day would understand (“cattle and goods”), but to us they are to mean the national wealth and high tech resources of modern Israel. I firmly believe that in spite of what appears to be a state of never ending conflict between Israel and the other descendants of Abraham in and around her, a false hudna peace will come to exist between them.

And it will be followed by an attack against Israel, a nation in unbelief, as a sudden blitzkrieg from the north. When Israel is driven into the Negev, God will finally get her attention drawn to her true Messiah.

Romans 11:25,32 – “For I would not, brethren, that ye should be ignorant of this mystery, lest ye should be wise in your own conceits; that blindness in part is happened to Israel, until the fullness of the Gentiles be come in. [32] For God hath concluded them all in unbelief, that he might have mercy upon all.

I Thessalonians 5:3,4 – For when they shall say, Peace and safety; then sudden destruction cometh upon them, as travail upon a woman with child; and they shall not escape. [4] But ye, brethren, are not in darkness, that that day should overtake you as a thief.”

U.S. incapable of Isolating Iran: Nasrallah

TEHRAN — “Washington has no choice other than resuming relations with Iran,” Hezbollah Secretary General Hassan Nasrallah said in an interview on Iran’s Arabic-language television network Al-Alam on Monday.

“The U.S. policy of boycotting Iran has not been successful. The U.S. has failed to boycott Iran,” he said.

Under pressure to follow the line of

the United States, certain countries of the Arab world and the rest of the international community have tried to boycott Syria, but this policy has reached a dead end because Syria will assume the leadership of the Arab League next year, he added.

On the possibility of U.S. military action against Iran, Nasrallah said that psychological warfare against the country is the only thing currently on the U.S. agenda.

He noted that U.S. President George W. Bush is facing financial difficulties in waging his war in Iraq and can not start a new war with Iran, especially since there are serious disagreements in the U.S. and the majority of U.S. citizens do not want a new war, but rather are calling for withdrawal from Iraq.

Bush has no choice other than taking the advice of the Baker-Hamilton committee, and the U.S. must resume its relations with Iran and Syria and pull its troops out of Iraq, he stated.

The Hezbollah leader also warned that the U.S. seeks to create ethnic conflict in Iraq and elsewhere to divert attention from its own political failures.

Israel will need a great leader when the final war to end The Age of the Gentiles does eventually begin in the Middle East between the forces of Islam and

Israel. President Harry Truman came into the office of the American presidency initially from the office of vice-president when the famous President Roosevelt died during World War II. I look upon the little man from Missouri as perhaps the best President this country ever knew. Israel is going to desperately need such a man in the mold of Harry Truman in the time of trouble she is scheduled to endure during the coming years.

Zechariah 13:8 to 14:1 – And it shall come to pass, that in all the land, saith the Lord, two parts therein shall be cut off and die; but the third shall be left therein. The sign “The Buck Stops Here” that was on President Truman’s desk in his White House office was made in the Federal Reformatory at El Reno, Oklahoma. Fred M. Canfil, then United States Marshal for the Western District of Missouri and a friend of Mr. Truman, saw a similar sign while visiting the Reformatory and asked the Warden if a sign like it could be made for President Truman.

The sign was made and mailed to the President on October 2, 1945.

Approximately 2-1/2″ x 13″ in size and mounted on walnut base, the painted glass sign has the words “I’m From Missouri” on the reverse side. It appeared at different times on his desk until late in his administration.

The saying “the buck stops here” derives from the slang expression “pass the buck” which means passing the responsibility on to someone else. The latter expression is said to have originated with the game of poker, in which a marker or counter, frequently in frontier days a knife with a buckhorn handle, was used

to indicate the person whose turn it was to deal. If the player did not wish to deal he could pass the responsibility by passing the “buck,” as the counter came to be called, to the next player.

On more than one occasion President Truman referred to the desk sign in public statements.

For example, in an address at the National War College on December 19, 1952 Mr. Truman said, “You know, it’s easy for the Monday morning quarterback to say what the coach should have done, after the game is over. But when the decision is up before you — and on my desk I have a motto which says The Buck Stops Here’ — the decision has to be made.” In his farewell address to the American people given in January 1953, President Truman referred to this concept very specifically in asserting that, ” The President–whoever he is–has to decide.

He can’t pass the buck to anybody. No one else can do the deciding for him. That’s his job.

The sign has been displayed at the Library since 1957.

I am hoping that out of all the current indecision among politicians in the State of Israel there will come a man who will not “pass the buck.” Israel and the US have plenty of liberal politicians expert at skillfully “passing the buck” to their opposition, rather than doing their own job. Such parties and men rule by continually blaming other men and other parties, while in reality they remain in office by making the opposition appear to be more corrupt than themselves, which causes the public to vote for what they consider the lesser of two evils.

President Truman, like all of us, had his flaws, and again, like all of us, his motivations always involved some elements that directly benefited his own political career, but he did respect Israel and stood up for them in an era of time when it was desperately needed. Truman’s ultimate decision about a Jewish state – one of the most significant foreign-policy decisions in U.S. history – emerged from a storm of cross-pressures and motives.

He was besieged by Zionists, anti-Zionists, Democratic politicians eager to court the Jewish vote in an election year, and diplomats afraid to rile the Arabs.

He felt compassion for the Holocaust survivors still in European camps and reverence for biblical history.

But he feared as well that the new state might require defense by U.S. troops and dreaded that respected leaders like Gen. George Marshall would accuse him of warping American diplomacy to his own political needs.

Truman also had to rise above his own lingering small-town parlor anti-Semitism.

In the end, Truman recognized Israel for many different reasons.

The Jews’ display of military strength in Palestine had convinced him that U.S. troops would not be needed to defend them.

He feared that letting the Russians recognize Israel first would give them a foothold in Palestine.

Truman also realized helping to found a Jewish state was a historic act that might qualify him for some future edition of “Great Men and Famous Women.”

By recognizing Israel, Truman knew he would be forever damned by people who did not want the Jews to have their own state – or who did not want it in Palestine. But as Truman always told himself, the ultimate test of any presidential decision was “not whether it’s popular at the time, but whether it’s right….If it’s right, make it, and let the popular part take care of itself.”

Is There No Balm in Gilead?

Did not the Lord make a covenant with Abram, and will He not keep it? Israel, the fault is not with your Lord, it is with you, because you do not trust in his strength to deliver you, but in your own strength and that of others, therefore you stopped seeking him a long time ago as your King and Deliverer. Indeed, your Lord is going to fulfill his covenant with you after all

these many years, of that I am sure, and I do not believe it is a far distant event, but at your very doors. He is about to fulfill the long awaited promise of Genesis 15:18, but only after several years of travail.

Genesis 15:18 – In the same day the Lord made a covenant with Abram, saying, Unto thy seed have I given this land, from the river of Egypt unto the great river, the river Euphrates:

It has been a very long time, and you, his people, have suffered like no other race or ethnic body has ever suffered in the history of earth. I love Israel and I have friends among her, but I sometimes think God

chose you because you are the most stubborn, mule-headed people I have ever known, but I love you for your integrity and honesty, and when I have a Jew as a friend I know there will be debate after debate, but I know I can trust him with my life. The blood of Abraham also flows through my veins. I love Israel with no reservations.

There is coming a time when the Lord will be your only hope as in the days of old, and you will seek his face to preserve you in the Negev.

Psalm 105:4-13 – Seek the Lord, and his strength: seek his face evermore.

Your many years of trouble, periods of holocaust, and wandering will soon be over, but first you will be driven into the Negev by the forces of Islam at some point in time after American forces are pulled out of Iraq. Your time of harvest has past, your summer has ended and, as a nation, your Lord has not given you the Covenant of the Kingdom land grant He promised to you through Jacob. Why have you not received it? It is because there has always been a balm in Gilead, but the Lord, He is the

balm in Gilead, and you did not seek Him. There has always been a Great Physician, the Lord, He is the Great Physician, but you did not seek Him.

This is the reason the spiritual health of both Jerusalem and Israel has not recovered – This is why your Lord has not saved you!

Soon you will go through greater tribulation than you have ever known in such a short period of time, but you will seek the face of your Lord in the Negev and you will be saved. It will be the time, a ‘day’ of trouble like you have never known, but your Lord will save you out of it.

Jeremiah 30:7 – Alas! for that day is great, so that none is like it: it is even the time of Jacob’s trouble; but he shall be saved out of it.

Romans 11:25-27 – For I would not, brethren, that ye should be ignorant of this mystery, lest ye should be wise in your own conceits; that blindness in part is happened to Israel, until the fulness of the Gentiles be come in.

Olmert Holds Army Back in Face of Imminent Hizballah, Hamas Threats and Buildup

Israeli prime minister Ehud Olmert and foreign minister Tzipi Livni staged a revealing scrap of asides behind open microphones and TV cameras Monday, May 8.

She said the army chiefs was complaining the politicians were holding them back from dealing with the Palestinian Qassam missiles flying daily from Gaza. He replied: Tell them to take it easy.

Less than a week after Livni told Olmert to resign over the Winograd panel’s deadly criticism of his handling of last year’s Lebanon War, the duo were ready to act out a piece of theater and a course of military passivity. Neither seriously wants to hear what the army has to say – and not just the chief of staff, as in last year’s conflict, but the different views of commanders, as the panel advised. They are too preoccupied with personal survival maneuvers to attend to urgent security issues.

Military experts, some of them recently retired from combat duty, tirelessly warn in daily media interviews that the war build-up on three Israeli borders, Lebanon, Syria and Gaza, has reached dangerous proportions.

Not only is the army again unprepared for another conflict in the months to come, but it is held back by the Olmert government from destroying the plentifully rearmed enemy installations before they go on the offensive.

Confirming the generals’ worst fears, Hizballah leader Hassan Nasrallah laid out a plan Sunday, May 6, for attacking IDF positions on Mts. Hermon and Dov from the Shebaa Farms, and Israel Navy vessels with the new long-range missiles just delivered (smuggled) by Syria, while also turning the militia’s guns on the UN peacekeepers posted in south Lebanon.

The plan was aired in a well-publicized interview broadcast Sunday by Iranian television in Arabic, a clear signal that it was first cleared with his Tehran masters.

Yet the Israeli government had no response – even verbal.

This time, unlike Hizballah’s provocation in 2006, Tehran is solidly behind the Lebanese Shiite militia’s war plan. The Islamic Republic is furthermore willing to be party to a conflict against Israel launched from Lebanese territory. This willingness is compatible with Nasrallah’s public denial of the legitimacy of the Fouad Siniora government in Beirut.

The plan to wage war on Israel has been carefully calculated to knock over several targets, including the Siniora government, while toppling the entire edifice put in place by UN Security Council’s Resolution 1701 of August 2006.

Under its terms, Hizballah and Israel accepted a ceasefire and the Shiite group pulled out of southern Lebanon.

To put a legal varnish on these tactics, the Hizballah leader coined the phrase “defensive existence.” He said: “We have a defensive existence, meaning that if Lebanon or the south came under attack, we will defend Lebanon.”

“We” means Hizballah. This is tantamount to denying the legitimacy of the Lebanese sovereign army and its displacement of Hizballah in South Lebanon under the terms of Resolution 1701.

Before the Nasrallah’s threats to Israel were aired in Tehran, everything was in place. DEBKAfile’s military sources report: Hizballah troops which had pulled back from the Shebaa Farms sector during the war have been redeployed. Syria had replenished the militia’s stocks of sophisticated C-802 shore-to-sea missiles of the type which struck the Israeli missile ship Hanit in the first week of the 2006 war, together with the latest mobile radar shore batteries. They are lined up along the Lebanese coast, including the Tyre sector close to UNIFIL headquarters at Rosh Hanikra. Vessels in Israeli waters south of the Lebanese border up to Nahariya and Acre are now within range of those missiles.

In last year’s war, Hizballah seized shore radar centers from the Lebanese armed forces to fire at seaborne targets.

Now they have their own.

According to our military sources, the new Hizballah coastal deployments force Israeli naval vessels on patrol against weapons and terrorist smuggling from Lebanon to detour much farther out to sea than before.

The demands by Israel’s armed forces for action to break up Hizballah and Hamas’ military buildup – or even put a stop to Palestinian daily Qassam attacks on Israeli towns and villages in the south – fall equally on deaf ears in Jerusalem.

Seeing the Olmert government tied so tightly in its own knots that elementary measures for national security are blocked, it was not surprising to hear the US State Department spokesman Sean McCormack announce Monday night, May 7, that Condoleezza Rice has decided to put off her visit to Jerusalem and the Palestinian Authority because of “…the domestic political woes of Israeli prime minister Ehud Olmert.”

Vice president Dick Cheney will likewise give Israel a miss during the Middle East tour he starts Wednesday, May 8, to Riyadh, Amman and Cairo.

Israel’s current leaders are holding onto their seats for dear life, but the ground on which those seats stand is being sacrificed in the process.

��s relationship with the Lord before the Assyrian invasion, warning them not to trust in Egypt to deliver them, and as Jeremiah described them prior to the Babylonian invasion. Once again Israel is facing enemies from the descendents of the Assyrians and Babylonians, and her leaders are in the same confusion as before the two great captivities of Israel. In the days of Isaiah and Jeremiah, the people

depended on the messages delivered by the priests and prophets to lead them as they were led by the God of Israel. But the prophets lied to them, and the priests were bearing rule because the people had made them rich, and they ruled by their riches (means). I hope that Israel heeds these verses in Isaiah and Jeremiah.

I strongly suspect her so-called friends of today, in a manner similar to what Isaiah said Egypt’s strength would do for Israel when Assyria attacked from the north, will do virtually the same thing.

Isaiah 30:7-13 – For the Egyptians shall help in vain, and to no purpose: therefore have I cried concerning this, Their strength is to sit still. [8] Now go, write it before them in a table, and note it in a book, that it may be for the time to come for ever and ever: [9] That this is a rebellious people, lying children, children that will not hear the law of the Lord: [10] Which say to the seers, See not; and to the prophets, Prophesy not unto us right things, speak unto us smooth things, prophesy deceits: [11] Get you out of the way, turn aside out of the path, cause the Holy One of Israel to cease from before us. Those who read my blogs and prophecy updates know that I have from the beginning been quite clear that Benjamin Netanyahu is the best man to lead Israel. There seems to be no middle ground – One either loves him or hates him. There is no such thing as a perfect leader, with the exception of the Lord, and I am persuaded his Messiah will arrive on the scene before too much longer. In the meanwhile I can think of no better man than Bibi to lead Israel. He is far from perfect, just like the rest of us, but he loves Israel, makes decisive decisions, will not back down to diplomatic pressure unless he believes it is in the interest of the people of Israel to do so, will stand up to United States pressure, and trusts in the power of the people of Israel to defeat the enemy, rather than a modern day Egypt or America. I love his understanding of the best way to deal with the Palestinians.

I have never believed the West possesses that understanding. To fanatical Islam the characteristics of compassion, compromise, mercy, and forgiveness are signs that their enemies are weak, and they are only exercising these traits because they cannot defeat their enemies. I have lived among them.

Based on my prophetic understanding of what Israel is about to pass through over the next several years, if the Lord wills, my hope is that when the real test comes for them, Bibi will be the Prime Minister of Israel and the Likud Party will the party he leads. Israel needs a strong leader and party in place.

The Knesset has thick walls. They protect it from the scorching sun and the heavy winter rains but they are unable to protect it from the storm whaling outside amongst the public.

This storm has risen from all parts of our nation: right and left, secular and religious, immigrants and veteran Israelis, north, south and center. What the people are saying is simple: You failed, take responsibility and quit.

Members of the government are trying to shield themselves from this storm. They have forgotten that they are not only public representatives but also public servants. They would rather not listen to the people’s cry. See no evil, hear no evil… The people are saying go home and they ignore their call.

They try and raise strange arguments in their defense despite the fact that the Winograd report exposed something we all knew: the government has failed to perform its task. The people are calling out as never before in the history of Israel.

Never before has there been such a colossal collapse in the government’s public legitimacy.

And what does the government do facing this harsh critique? It sits tight, turns its head sideways and says: we will fix the flaws.

You will fix the flaws?! Where were you in the nine months since the war ended? We need to wait for Winograd to know that you have done nothing?! You failed to activate an emergency wartime plan, and why? After all, you had plenty of money – but even after the war you did nothing.

You will fix the flaws?! You didn’t fix them so far and you will not fix them in the future because you are not the solution, you are the problem. The fundamental defect is in a failed government that didn’t know how to make the right decisions in real-time, whose take on reality was completely wrong, and whose ability to manage a war was pitiful.

Because the entire population understands that this government is unable to fix anything, it needs another line of reasoning.

“We have a majority in the Knesset,” they say. That is, We don’t have real answers to criticism, we don’t have a real solution for what needs fixing. What they are saying is this: We have a majority in this house. You’re out there, citizens of Israel, beyond the Knesset walls, shout as much as you want, be afraid of another round that our failed leadership could lead to. It won’t help, because we have a majority in the Knesset.

The real meaning of the government’s position is: We have a majority, so we don’t care about the people.

A failure, an earthquake like this has only one solution: leaving it up to the voter.

Why? Because the only real solution for irresponsibility is to take responsibility, and leave the mandate to the voters. All the members of the government elected from now on – from the prime minister and until the last

minister – will know that they, too, have to appeal to the voters if they want to take responsibility for this failure.

Right now, politics are overtaking the people’s will, but not for long.

The Knesset today doesn’t consider the public storm taking place outside: the growing disillusionment with their elected representatives, the lack of faith, the crisis of values, the leadership crisis – but at the end of the day, the public will decide.

Word games and political tactics won’t help. All these are swept aside by the simple truth arising from the strength of the citizens’ voices. Our people aren’t stupid. They also don’t like it when their intelligence is belittled, and they will take action.

Because the moral and democratic command is one and the same: There is no authority without responsibility.

Period. You failed, take responsibility, appeal to the people.
