I watched the forces of Islam prepare for the 1948 Conflict with Israel as a teenager in High School.

I watched Egypt try to nationalize the Suez Canal in 1956, and observed its defeat by Israel, the U.S., Great Britain, and France, after I graduated from Advance Forecasting.

In 1967, before I retired from the National Security Agency, I watched the buildup of Arab forces around Israel, and saw Israel launch its pre-emptive strike to win a quick victory. In 1973, while still in Semin ary, I w

atch Arab forces launch a Yom Kippor surprise attack that came close to giving them a victory, but in the end they were smashed by an Israeli counterattack. But there was something missing in 1948, 1956, 1967, and 1973 – A worldwide terror network inflaming the Islamic Spirit for a united effort by all Islamic believers for a well coordinated attack against Israel.

As I have reported, and will continue to report, this net is ever tightening around Israel, and refinements are constantly being implemented in the effectiveness and designed purpose of the net.

Because Israel has been so dramatically successful in crushing the Arab forces in all four of its previous engagements, a spirit of invincibility has closed the minds of both Israel and the U.S. to the possibility that the Arabs would ever be able to drive Israel out of the land from Dan to Beersheba. So, when the attack does come, and the Islamic forces seem to be making some quick headway into Israel, there will be no rush to panic on our part, because Israel has always been able to dramatically turn the situation around and smash the Arab forces. This will allow the Jihad forces to keep on rolling southward like a fast moving storm, and before the U.S. can recover from its initial shock, Islam will have rolled through Jerusalem be at the gates of Beersheba, the entrance to the Negev Wilderness.

Ezekiel 38:9 – Thou shalt ascend and come like a storm, thou shalt be like a cloud to cover the land, thou, and all thy bands, and many people with thee.

Zechariah 13:8 – And it shall come to pass, that in all the land, saith the Lord, two parts therein shall be cut off and die; but the third shall be left therein.

Zechariah 14:2 – For I will gather all nations against Jerusalem to battle; and the city shall be taken, and the houses rifled, and the women ravished; and half of the city shall go forth into captivity, and the residue of the people shall not be cut off from the city.

Revelation 12:6 – And the woman fled into the wilderness, where she hath a place prepared of God, that they should feed her there a thousand two hundred and threescore days.

Zechariah 13:9 – And I will bring the third part through the fire, and will refine them as silver is refined, and will try them as gold is tried: they shall call on my name, and I will hear them: I will say, It is my people: and they shall say, The Lord is my God.

This is one of the refinements being made on the Lebanese side of the border for a future Jihad. Only God knows when this Jihad attack by ten Islamic nation will occur, but my guesstimate is that the initial attack will occur at some point in time between 2008 and 2012.

Iran Recruits Hizballah Terror Master; Iranian Officers in South Lebanon Take Command of Hizballah Rockets Aimed at Israel

U.S. officials and Israeli intelligence sources believe Imad Mugniyeh, the Lebanese commander of Hizballah’s overseas operations, has taken charge of plotting Iran’s retaliation against Western targets should the U.S. strike Iranian nuclear sites. This comes after a meeting in Syria earlier this year between Mugniyeh and Iranian President Ahmadinejad. Jane’s Intelligence Review cited “reports in recent weeks” of Mugniyeh’s presence alongside Ahmadinejad.

Mugniyeh lives in Iran and has evaded capture for more than 20 years, despite a $5m American bounty on his head. Mugniyeh first attracted attention when he was involved in the kidnapping, torture, and mutilation of William Buckley, the CIA station chief in Beirut, in 1984.

Mugniyeh has also been linked to the demolition of the American embassy and marine barracks in Beirut in 1983 and is wanted in Argentina for his role in recruiting the bombers of the Israeli embassy and Jewish center in Buenos Aires in the early 1990s.

Elite Iranian army officers who arrived in south Lebanon this month have taken command

of thousands of rockets aimed at cities across Israel.

They are believed to have been given control of the missiles by Hizballah to deter possible Israeli attacks against Iran’s nuclear facilities.

EXPOSITION OF THE LUKE 21:32 GENERATION!

I recently received a query from Carl Sullivan asking me to explain Luke 21:32. I thought my answer to him might be of interest

to others, especi ally since events in the Middle E

ast seem to be pointing toward a Jihad in Israel in the next few years.

Luke 21:32 – Verily I say unto you, This generation (GENEA) shall not pass away, till all be fulfilled.

E.W. Bullinger, in his Critical Lexicon of the Greek New Testament, states that the Greek word “GENEA,” translated in Luke 21:32 as “generation,” “denotes an age or generation from the point of view of race.”

Luke 21:24 – And they shall fall by the edge of the sword, and shall be led away captive into all nations: and Jerusalem shall be trodden down of the Gentiles, until the times of the Gentiles

be fulfilled.

According to the King James translator’s constructional format, a transitional change in thought occurs with the beginning of 21:25, which begins a description of events at the very end of the “times of the Gentiles,” and not something that was to immediately begin within a short time after Israel was “led away captive into all nations.”

A “generation” was commonly accepted to be 40 years on the Jewish 360-day-year observance cycle.

The “generation” in Luke 21:32 refers back to those of the very “generation” to whom Christ audibly spoke, and, sure enough, that generation did not pass away before it was “led away captive into all nations.” Titus and his Roman Legion began to lead them “away captive into all nations” in 70 AD, and the Emperor Hadrian completed the job following the 132

AD War. So, I believe the “generation” referred to in Luke 21:32 was the Jewish generation at the time Jesus spoke it, and it has already been fulfilled. The “all things” does not refer to the things of Luke 21:25-28, but to the “all things” of Luke 21:24.

However, I have freely speculated since 1967 that some sort of time span similar to a forty year generation was likely to be associated with Israel recapturing the old Temple Mount, and then once again losing it to the one identified as the Antichrist, as the price for continuing to deny Jesus as the true Messiah and God of Israel.

It was not forty years to the day from the time Jesus spoke Luke 21:32 to the time Jerusalem fell, and I doubt it will be forty years to the day from June in 1967 to the time Israel once again loses Jerusalem to Islamic forces, but I have taught for over thirty years that I guesstimated the attack of Antichrist against Israel would most likely occur before 2008. I still believe that is still a possibility, but I must say, based on developments I have observed since 2000, the attack now appears to be more likely at some point in time between 2008 and 2012.

I have listened to several TV preachers make the bold statement that God will never allow Jerusalem to fall again, but I cannot get around Zechariah 13:8 to 14:2 and Revelation 11:2.

Zechariah 13:8 to 14:2 – And it shall come to pass, that in all the land, saith the Lord, two parts therein shall be cut off and die; but the third shall be left therein. [9] And I will bring the third part through the fire, and will refine them as silver is refined, and will try them as gold is tried: they shall call on my name, and I will hear them: I will say, It is my people: and they shall say, The Lord is my God. [1] Behold, the day of the Lord cometh, and thy spoil shall be divided in the midst of thee.

[2] For I will gather all nations against Jerusalem to battle; and the city shall be taken, and the houses rifled, and the women ravished; and half of the city shall go forth into captivity, and the residue of the people shall not be cut off from the city.

Revelation 11:2 – But the court which is without the temple leave out, and measure it not; for it is given unto the Gentiles: and the holy city shall they tread under foot forty and two months.

The Gentiles trod under foot the holy city for centuries, and in the Scripture above it appears they will again tread it under foot for 42 months (1260 days) after the Antichrist overruns it in

the coming Islamic Jihad.

Revelation 12:6 – And the woman fled into the wilderness, where she hath a place prepared of God, that they should feed her there a thousand two hundred and threescore days.

The “remnant” will go into the Negev for 1260 days, but will not be eternally “cut off” from Jerusalem, in the sense they will return to take back the holy city some 42 months later.

After having retired from the National Security Agency USAF Branch, it was only natural that I should be watching Middle East events and wondering what intelligence data was showing as to the real scenario that led up to the event.

It is a habit I have never been able to diminish in intensity, especially since all these mini-scenarios may, or may not be, tied into biblical prophecy fulfillment of the last days.

Forgive me for my constant reference to the tightening ring of military hardware, both routine and sophisticated in nature, that is encircling Israel, and is in the process of trying to be smuggled into the West Bank and Gaza Strip. I expect a pattern of more sophisticated rocketry and better trained operatives to be put in place first in southern Lebanon and Syria, and then inside the Gaza Strip and West Bank. Russian has trained Iranians how to operate the rockets they sold them, and then taught to build for themselves. These Iranian technicians are going to be worked into place to train Hizbollah, Syria, and the Hamas to launch successfully and accurately in a future Jihad.

Olmert: Orders for Tel Aviv Bombing Originated in Syria

Interim Prime Minister Ehud Olmert asserted on Friday that Syrian and Iran were behind Monday’s suicide bombing in Tel Aviv that killed nine Israelis and wounded dozens.

“The order for the Tel Aviv suicide bombing came from Damascus and when the operation was complete the report went back to Damascus,” Olmert told a visiting group of US senators, according to his office.

He noted that the Iranians, using Syria as a mediator, were funding and guiding terrorism against Israel.

He also mentioned the strengthening ties between the two states and Hamas. “There is a channel of communication between Iran, Syria and the Palestinian Authority,” claimed Olmert.

Addressing the Palestinian front, the interim prime minister said that Israel preferred to deal with them diplomatically, but if the terrorist attacks continued, then Israel would have no choice

but to see to its own security using unilateral measures.

Olmert warned that it would be the Palestinians who suffered if Israel unilaterally declared its own borders.

On the other h and, Hamas Member of Parliament Mushir al-Masri, in

an interview to al-Arabiya, warned that Israel defining the final borders on its own would exacerbate the situation in the whole region.

Foreign Minister Tzipi Livni also met with the US representatives on Thursday.

The Devil Awakes from His Long Winter’s Nap!

The ole Devil Himself, Osama Bin Laden, awoke from his three months Winter Nap to declare his usually confused rhetoric to the world of Islam, namely, that the “Big Devil” United States and the “Little Devil” Israel were responsible for the conflict with Islam.

The extremist elements of the most radical factions

of the Islamic faith are continuing to win over the moderate Muslim sections of Islam. The leaders of al-Qaeda are determined to convince all segments of Islam worldwide that the Western World represents the Crusaders who swept Islam out of Jerusalem under Baldwin.

The terror link between Hamas and al-Qaeda has been obvious from the beginning, and the Western World is now shamed because they won’t support the little monster Hamas.

As the dual proverbial Jewish expression is sometimes uttered – ‘Vut’ a World, Izzy!

Bin Laden: Hamas Blockade Proves West at War with Islam

Al-Qaida terrorist leader Osama bin Laden said in an audio tape broadcast by Al-Jazeera television Sunday that the

Western cut off of funds to the Palestinian Hamas-led government proved the US and Europe were at war with Islam.

He also said the West was supporting he called a “Zionist crusader war against Muslims.”

“The blockade which the West is imposing on the government of Hamas proves that there is a Zionist crusader war on Islam,” the tape said.

“I say that this war is the joint responsibility of the people and the governments.

While the war continues, the people renew their allegiance to their rulers and politicians and continue to send their sons to our countries to fight us,” bin Laden said.

Only three weeks ago Damascus-based Hamas head Khaled Mashaal met in Yemen with a representative of bin Laden’s organization, who is wanted by the US for his involvement in supporting and funding global terror.

During a visit to Yemen, the local Hamas branch organized a fund-raising event to recruit financial aid for the new Hamas-led Palestinian Authority government.

During the event, Mashaal met with Sheikh Abd al-Majid al- Zindani – suspected by the US as being a ‘loyalist to Osama bin Laden and supporter of al-Qaida’ – who even donated 200,000 Yemenite rials to Hamas, the equivalent of a little over $1,000.

‘This meeting reinforces the fact that Hamas and al-Qaida come out of the same ideological well-spring of global jihad and the Muslim Brotherhood,’ said former ambassador to the UN Dore Gold, whose Jerusalem Center for Public Affairs carefully followed

the meeting and recently published a paper on the Hamas-al-Qaida alliance. ‘They still share the same financial infrastructure to this day.’

At the fund-raising event, Zindani praised Hamas suicide bombers and called on his followers to donate money to assist the Palestinian people. ‘The Hamas government is the Palestinian people’s government today,’ he told the crowd of several thousand.

‘It is the jihad-fighting, steadfast, resolute government of Palestine.’

In 2004, US authorities design

ated Zindani as a terror supporter and a spiritual figure for al-Qaida leader Osama bin Laden. Zindani, the authorities claimed, played a key role in the 2004 purchasing of weapons on behalf of al- Qaida and other terrorist groups.

‘The US has credible evidence that Zindani, a Yemeni national, supports designated terrorists and terrorist organizations,’ a statement released by the US Treasury Department said. ‘Zindani has a long history of working with bin Laden, notably serving as one of his spiritual leaders. In this leadership capacity, he has been able to influence and support many terrorist causes, including actively recruiting for al-Qaida training camps.’

The tape broadcast Sunday was the first new message from bin Laden since Jan. 19. That tape was posted in full on a Web site a month later and included a vow by the terrorist chieftain never to be captured alive.

“I have sworn to only live free. Even if I find bitter the taste of death, I don’t want to die humiliated or deceived,” bin Laden said, in the 11-minute, 26-second tape.

In that message, bin Laden offered the United States a long-term truce but also said his al-Qaida terror network would soon launch a fresh attack on American soil.

The two following articles list just two of the many internal and external problems Hamas is experiencing – The financial squeeze and internal infighting with Fatah, Islamic Jihad, al Aksa Martyrs Brigades, and the Fatah Prime Minister Abbas. Without some sort of compromise on its hard-as-flint positioning toward Israel, at least on its surface veneer, Hamas is in for a very rough ride, and may fall as a government. They do quite well as a terrorist mob, but have no idea how to operate any thing that even resembles a democratic government.

A Failed Hamas State

?

A massive fiscal squeeze on the Hamas-led government has led to warnings that the Palestinian people could become residents of a failed state even before they achieve independence.

The government can no longer pay salaries. Although the government has received pledges from other Muslim countries, the cash has yet to materialize and represents a fraction of the sums required.

Former finance minister Salam Fayad said the freeze in aid had scared banks off: “All of a sudden the banks have become nervous.

If you skip a payment, they are not going to ask for what they are due, they are just not going to give you any more.” (AFP/Yahoo)

Mashaal: A ‘Fifth Column’ is Trying to Undermine New Gov’t

“We will not allow Israeli informants to reach power on the wings of the Israeli and American governments,” said Hamas leader abroad Khaled Mashaal in Damascus Friday evening.

“Whoever wants to rule must do so through the ballot box,” he added.

Mashaal reiterated that his government and his organization would never recognize Israel, and claimed there was a “fifth column” in the region working against the Hamas-led Palestinian Authority.

“What is going on now in the Palestinian Authority is not opposition, rather a plot to undermine the new government,” he said.

Mashal’s comments came after a Hamas-appointed security chief said Friday that he would not halt his involvement in attacks against Israel.

Jamal Abu Samhadana, who is high on Israel’s wanted list, was appointed Thursday to lead a new security force made up of militants.

Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas on Friday vetoed the plan, but it was unclear whether Hamas would honor the veto.

Despite the reports, however, that Abbas ordered the veto, a statement released Friday evening by the PA Interior Ministry said that the ministry had not received orders from Abbas to veto the appointment.

In a telephone interview Friday, Abu Samhadana, 43, would not comment on Abbas’ veto, but hinted he would ignore it. He said he planned to meet with his direct boss, Interior Minister Said Siyam of Hamas, on Saturday to discuss his duties.

“My appointment is not going to contradict my role in the resistance,” he said, using the stock phrase for violence against Israel.

“I, in addition to my colleagues, will continue our work.

I am not going to give up resistance.

There is no contradiction between the appointment and resistance. I am a fighter protecting the homeland.”

Earlier on Friday, Israeli officials reacted harshly to the appointment of the man currently No. 2 on its wanted list, saying that his new position would not confer him immunity from Israeli security forces.

Interior Security Minister Ze’ev Boim said that Israel had a score to settle with Samhadana and that, sooner or later, security forces would lay their hands on the new official. He told Israel Radio that the appointment indicated

that Hamas was turning the Palestinian Authority into a terrorist entity.

Former Mossad chief MK Danny Yatom (Labor) told Army Radio that Samhadana remained a legitimate Israeli target, along with Hamas ministers in the Palestinian cabinet.

“I understand that our sights are also trained on Hamas ministers, not only on the police chief,” said Yatom. “Nobody who deals with terror can have immunity by any means, even if he holds a ministerial portfolio in the Hamas government.”

Yatom said that Hamas Cabinet ministers could be the targets of Israeli assassination efforts, including the newly appointed head of the Palestinian security force.

Abu Samhadana is one of the founders of the Popular Resistance Committees, a terrorist group that blew up several Israeli tanks in Gaza and killed three US security guards in a deadly bombing attack on a US diplomatic convoy.

The United States also condemned the appointment, saying it exposed Hamas’ true face and its mode of operation.
