The Mysterious New Base of Wild Speculations!

I do not believe American ground troops will ever be engaged directly in a land war in Israel to defend then from a Jihad attack from the north, but I am certain they will assist them as I indicated almost five years ago in Archive Prophecy Update number 10.

The main reason for this Supplement is to at least make prophecy lovers aware of the tremendous distortions distributed on developments in the nation

of Israel that are way out in left field.

I am not talking about the prediction of future events, but rather the wild speculation

as to what a new sighting in Israel can stir up on certain web sites that love the great spectacular. I am daily besieged by people wanting me to consider what these latest sightings in Israel mean. I don’t mind the hundreds of e-mails I receive every week of this nature, but the latest one is flashing like a Christmas tree across my e-mail circuit, and I felt that perhaps I should put this one to rest by a Supplement to Archive Update Number 10 so as to cut down on the many requests I have received concerning it.

The latest sighing of a new building project by Americans has touched off a great degree of wild speculation. Out of this new building project has arisen the speculation it is a part of the U.S. awareness they will have to go after Syria, which could cause Iran to react with nuclear launches, and lead Egypt to join in an attempt to destroy Israel again. And, it is supposed that the U.S. is in a hurry to build this base in order to fill it with their military supplies and to have a base of operations to settle the Islamic problem once and for all. Then the New World Order, under the name of the European Union and the United Nations will come into the picture as soon as all this kicks off.

So, even though the base is be ing built by the United States, it is

in fact a New World Order Base being put into place. And they show you pictures of

the current construction to back up their claims.

None of their speculations are valid.

So just what is this new “base” the Americans are building there? Just how sinister is the secret conspiracy behind it

? On many web sites everything is conjured up to be some monster conspiracy tied to a whole grouping of secret societies and orders, all of which are supposed to culminate in the great one-world government.

The new “base” creating so much speculative stir in prophetic circles, which is currently being built in Israel, is one of the several the United States pledged to build for Israel in Israel more than four years ago.

It is part of a 266+ million dollar project, which has as its goal to allow the IDF to be able to deploy out of the West Bank and Gaza Strip, which they are now carrying out. It is an extension of the 1998 Wye River Memorial, in which the U.S. agreed to free up land for possible transfer to the Palestinians. This building program, by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, has continued on schedule in spite of violence with the Palestinians.

In 2001 they constructed a massive paratrooper base in the northern Negev, and constructed the Uvada Air Base near Eilat as part of the Camp David Accords with Egypt. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers are the main contractors of this work, but local companies are also contracted to perform the bulk of the work.

The U.S. Corps of Engineers has been assisting to prepare the War Contingency Evacuation Zone of Israel in the Negev for a very long time, as you can glean from Archive Prophecy Updates 5 and 6. I cannot really say any more about this, but these two Archive Updates are as revealing as I am prepared to issue as a former Synoptic Analyst in the National Security Agency.

From our very first Archive Update we have stressed that force with containment is the only way to create a false peace in Israel to satisfy the requirements of I Thessalonians 5:3,4. The following extract from the Jerusalem Post Online is a grim reminder of this principle.

As Netanya Mayor Miriam Fierberg was driving by the Netanya Mall, a town I have taken many groups through to spend their first night in Israel, she heard an explosion, saw smoke, and viewed bodies flying in the air.

Body parts and debris mingled in little piles as squads of volunteers in plastic suits began cleaning the site. Single shoes and sandals littered the street. A single foot, toes pointing skyward, lay in the middle of the crosswalk where it landed. The death toll could climb to 6 and some 90 were wounded in the attack.

Israel will start putting the double whammy on the Palestinian Terror groups as they disengage themselves from the Palestinian Population by brute force and a security barrier wall. The PA has not, will not, and indeed cannot control the Islamic Jihad, the al-Aksa Martyrs Brigades, or the Hamas, all of which, along with infiltrating terror groups from the surrounding Islamic countries, have made it necessary for Israel to lock the whole bundle of hate and murder behind walls and checkpoints to insure a forced sort of peace they can control to a minimum. I expect this to be the case before 2008. Once this scenario is in place, Israel’s response to short range rocket launched over the wall will be conducted by the IAF in quick, brutal retaliation by precision air strikes.

This is a process that was programmed from the beginning, as the last two updates to Archive Update 224, which follow, attest.

The Palestinian Authority under their leader, Abbas, cannot, and will not bring the terrorist groups into submission, so the Israelis are serving notice they are going to “help” them do so.

Please consult our Archive Prophecy Update Number 224 for a historical outline of the “what and why” of this problem, and Israel’s only real solution to it.

The following Article, taken from the JPostOnline, is an apt description of the only way any sort of peace can ever come to Israel.

IDF Gets ‘Green Light’ in West Bank

“Israel will act against any terror organization that is carrying out attacks if the Palestinian Authority doesn’t,” Defense Minister Shaul Mofaz said Tuesday.

“The Islamic Jihad is not committed to the cease-fire, and we have a duty to protect Israel’s citizens,” Mofaz declared in a meeting with soldiers in Hebron.

The cease-fire is on its last legs, Deputy Defense Minister Ze’ev Boim told Army Radio, and Israel should not practice restraint in response to the violence. “The ceasefire needs vigorous treatment, because it is dying,” Boim said. “There is no one there [in the PA] to enforce it.

The Islamic Jihad, for some reason, has long withdrawn its commitment to the truce.”

With Islamic Jihad stepping up attacks this week, killing two Israelis, the military decided it will no longer limit its operations to “ticking bombs,” but will go after anyone affiliated with the group, Lt. Col. Erez Winner, the IDF operations officer for the West Bank said.

“We operated against this group in a restrained manner,” he said, both to preserve the calm and because many members of Islamic Jihad were hiding in Tulkarm, a West Bank town that Israeli handed over to Palestinian police as part of the cease-fire.

Overnight, security forces apprehended 50 Jihad operatives, mainly in the regions of Bethlehem and Hebron. Most detainees were not considered ‘ticking-bombs,’ Army Radio reported.

But “Islamic Jihad has taken itself absolutely out of the (cease-fire) agreement with its attacks, and so from our view, we are operating fully against them, as we did before,” Winner said. “Anyone we know who is affiliated with this organization is a legitimate target.”

Winner did not foresee more mass arrests, because the overnight sweep netted many of the militants Israel has been watching.

Khadr Adnan, an Islamic Jihad spokesman in the West Bank, said if the Palestinian Authority and Egypt, which brokered the cease-fire declaration, don’t take action to ensure Israeli commitment to the truce, “then we will consider ourselves to be outside (it), and will call upon all Palestinian factions to do the same.”

Meanwhile, Palestinians fired ten mortar shells at Gaza Strip settlements Tuesday morning.

There were no injuries but one of the shells damaged three houses and six cars in Kfar Darom.

Just before noon on Tuesday, A Kassam rocket was fired at a settlement in southern Gaza, causing no injuries or damage.

Late Monday, the IDF beefed up forces between Baka a-Sharkiya and Jenin in the West Bank, prompting speculation that an operation was about to be launched against Islamic Jihad.

The terrorist infrastructure in Samaria is considered to be one of the deadliest. The same organization planned and carried out the suicide bombing at the Stage nightclub in Tel Aviv in February and has since attempted numerous times to launch attacks in Israel, security sources said. SUPPLEMENT TO PROPHECY UPDATE 224

PA IS LEAVING ISRAEL WITH LITTLE CHOICE!

The Palestinian Authority is leaving Israel with little or choice in bringing false peace to

Israel. The Palestinian Fatah is setting on its backside, while the terror groups, they have supported for their entire existence, are not paying them the least attention in their requests to stop the current escalation of terror attacks. It appears this situation will not change and, if it continues to escalate, it is likely to cause Ariel Sharon to take the following long term actions. If the terrorist groups choose to stop their activities, then the false peace will come in quickly.

But, if not, I believe you may see the following actions taken by Israel.

1. Begin an emergency acceleration of the defense wall construction, completing it as soon as possible.

2. Begin severe retaliation measures against Hamas, the Islamic Jihad, and al-Aksa Martyr’s Brigades, and keep them in effect until the Palestinians and terror groups are confined on the interior of the defense barrier.

3. While all of this is going on, as much as possible, get the occupants of the isolated Jewish settlements, deep within the West Bank and Gaza Strip, evacuated out on the Israeli side of the barrier.

4. Once the Palestinians are forced to the interior of the barrier, if they do not stop their terror attacks, continue to pound the terror groups with the IAF until they do.

5. Ask the western powers to help the Palestinians in the creation of a new state, recognizing them as a state.

6. Monitor all checkpoints and the defense barrier with the tightest possible security in order to forge and force a controlled time of peace and safety for the Israelis.

The ball is in the court of the Palestinian Authority. If they cannot control the actions of their players, they are going to be pounded with a lot more than a technical.

Since I wrote my first book, “Tectonic Chaos,” in 1976, I have constantly and consistently maintained that Iraq would be one of the 10 Islamic nations, one of the 10 toes, of Daniel’s great statue in the second chapter of Daniel. There has never been any doubt in my mind that a democratic government cannot survive in Iraq as I indicated in Archive Update 170B, titled “A Democratic Government Cannot Stand in Iraq.” And, in Archive Update 197AS, titled “Get Outta Town,” and Archive Update 229A, I made it clear that the U.S. and British troops would begin to be pulled out of Iraq on a much quicker pace than had previously been stated by Prime Minister Blair and President Bush. The Drudge Report, the Guardian, and other news sources began to report on Monday that a quickening in the removal of troops was being planned by both countries.

It was reported that Britain and the United States were privately planning to withdraw most of their forces from Iraq by early next year, according

to a secret memo written by john Reid, the UK Defense Secretary.

Under the plan, Britain will cut the number of its troops from the present 8,500 to 3,000 by the middle of next year. The United States will reduce its forces in Iraq from about 176,000 today to 66,000 by early next year.

I expect a lot of denials by both governments on this report, but I guarantee, while it may not be that quick, or that extreme, it will be happening, and by 2008 all U.S. and UK troops will be out of Iraq and Afghanistan.

I stand by what I said in previous Updates on this withdrawal, and on the other things I stated would happen the Middle East by 2008 on Archive Update 229A.

Disengagement by Direct Force – False Peace & Safety!

We issued Archive Update Number 24A more than four years ago, before the security barrier and disengagement plan were initiated.

The predictions concerning a defense wall similar to the Berlin Wall around

the West Bank

and Gaza, and a false peace forced upon the Palest inians

are now coming more and more into focus.

By 2008 that false peace should be in place, and the stage set for a Jihad against Israel both from within and without.

The following extract from an article in the Jerusalem Post is and indication of the force progress that will be employed to eventually secure the Palestinians and in-country terror groups behind the Security Barrier, and produce the false peace found in I Thessalonians 5:3,4.

“The IDF has not given any indication if it will stage any pre-emptive occupation of Palestinian areas to quash chances of attacks.

Senior officers said this scenario also depended on the behavior of the Palestinians in the period leading up the August 17 date for the beginning of the evacuation.

Senior officers have said that if any deadly strikes occur during the evacuation it would not hesitate to use its full force to extinguish it.

The massive IDF force was also prepared for a scenario where it would completely reoccupy the Gaza Strip in an operation similar to 2002 Defensive Shield when the IDF reoccupied all Palest

inian-controlled areas in the West Bank.

‘ This is someth ing we may end up do

We wouldn’t like to have to fight our way out. We’d rather do it with coordination,’ said a senior officer involved

in the ordeal.

The IDF expects the initial evacuation, set to begin on Wednesday, August 17 with the northern Gaza Strip settlements of Nissanit, Alei Sinai and Dugit to be completed by Friday before Shabbat.”

Around and Around the Chicken Coop, the Monkey Chased the Weasel – Pop Goes the Weasel!

The Middle East chicken coop, with sides from Jericho to Damascus to Beirut to Gaza to Jericho, is being circled by PA Chairman Abbas. The following article by the Associated Press from the Jerusalem Post is an accurate assessment of the problem of Palestinian refugee camps and the Hizbollah in Lebanon.

Both the Monkey and the Weasel are circling the coop to get the Israel chickens inside it. After much circling, I expect the chicken coop to be penetrated from the north in a Jihad by all the Islamic monkeys and weasels in the Middle East, but first the roosters inside the coop must be lulled into a sleepy state of believing they can whip any Islamic force that attempts to penetrate their borders.

I believe the most likely time for this Jihad to be launched is 2007. However, as I have said many times, it will eventually occur, but the year of its occurrence is speculation on my part.

Abbas Meets Lahoud, Berri in Lebanon

Palestinian Authority Chairman Mahmoud Abbas said Friday he would abide by any decision that the Lebanese government takes concerning

the disarmament of Palestinians living across refugee camps in Lebanon.

“We are guests in Lebanon, temporary guests, and we are subject to Lebanese laws just like everybody else in Lebanon,” Abbas said after talks with President Emile Lahoud.

Abbas arrived in Beirut Friday from neighboring Damascus, where he met with Syrian President Bashar Assad. In addition to the meeting with Lahoud, Abbas held talks with Parliament Speaker Nabih Berri and outgoing Prime Minister Najib Mikati.

He is also scheduled to meet with a Palestinian delegation from refugee camps in Lebanon.

During his visit to Lebanon Abbas is expected to discuss the issue of disarming Palestinians living in the country as demanded by UN Security Council resolution 1559, which calls on Lebanese and non-Lebanese militias to give up their weapons.

The resolution, issued last September, refers to Hizbullah and thousands of armed Palestinians living in 12 Palestinian camps across Lebanon.

Hizbullah has refused to disarm and the Lebanese government, which considers

the group to be a legitimate resistance group, supports its stance, saying disarmament hinges on an overall peace settlement with Israel.

Lebanon hosts more than 350,000 Palestinian refugees, including thousands of armed guerrillas from the mainstream Palestinian Fatah faction, in densely populated camps around the country that are off limits to the Lebanese government. Authorities fear there would be bloodshed if they go into the camps, where many Islamic militant fugitives are known to be hiding.

The first refugees came to Lebanon in 1948.

Their presence is a touchy subject and officials fear conspiracies to settle them in Lebanon, something that would upset the delicate balance among the country’ s 17

sects.

Palestinian officials have stressed Lebanese sovereignty and said Palestinians will not commit acts that threaten Lebanon’s security. But Abbas would likely be heavily criticized back home for disarming them; it might be perceived as an introduction to permanently sett

ing the Palestinians in Lebanon.

Resolution 1559 also called for the withdrawal of the Syrian army from Lebanon, which was completed in April. However, Abbas said he had not raised the matter with Lahoud.

“Resolution 1559 concerns the Lebanese government and people, and we are with them in any decision they take concerning implementation of this resolution,” he told reporters after their meeting.

Abbas also thanked the Lebanese government for the recent easing of labor restrictions for Palestinians born in Lebanon.

A decree issued last month by Lebanon’s labor minister relaxed rules denying Palestinian refugees living in the country since

the creation of Israel the right to work in most jobs, allowing them to work in a range of private-sector jobs.

Abbas said it was up to the Lebanese government to decide on an appropriate time for open ing a Palest

inian embassy in Beirut.
