What Will Lead Israel Into A Cunningly Devised Daniel 11 Islamic Trap?

What will lead Israel into a cunningly devised Daniel 11 Islamic Trap?

July 24, 2012

The King of the North is a coming reformer ruler who will eventually arise in greater Syria out of the current civil war.

Daniel 11:40 – And at the time of the end shall the king of the south push at him: and the king of the north shall come against him like a whirlwind, with chariots, and with horsemen, and with many ships; and he shall enter into the countries, and shall overflow and pass over.

The King of the South is an Israeli Prime Minister who will order the IDF to charge into southern Lebanon, which was a part of greater Syria. But the IDF will be deliberately led into a prepared trap laid by the future Antichrist. The counterattack will be used to eventually drive Israel into the Negev Wilderness, where she will be surrounded by the Islamic forces for some three and one-half prophetic years of 360 days.

360 Days = 1 Prophetic Year 1260 Days = 3 & ½ Prophetic Years = 42 Months

Time (1 Year) + Times (2 Years) + Dividing of Time (1/2 Years) = 3 & ½ Years

Revelation 12:6 – And the woman fled into the wilderness, where she hath a place prepared of God, that they should feed her there a thousand two hundred and threescore days.

Daniel 7:25 – And he shall speak great words against the most High, and shall wear out the saints of the most High, and think to change times and laws: and they shall be given into his hand until a time and times and the dividing of time.

Israel will be given into his hand because he will have them completely surrounded on all their borders for 1260 days.

Zechariah 13:9 – And I will bring the third part through the fire, and will refine them as silver is refined, and will try them as gold is tried: they shall call on my name, and I will hear them: I will say, It is my people: and they shall say, The Lord is my God.

I believe both Israel and the U.S. used satellite photographs and electronic intercept to watch the removal of WMD from the sites mentioned in the following Excerpt from Wikipedia, and know precisely where they all located at the present time. I suspect all of them are now locally in one area to facilitate their protection. It is likely Israel will use precise air strikes or internal commando attacks to destroy the Syrian WMD, rather than having the IDF drive north across the Syrian border.

With the civil war in Syria, the Hezbollah terrorist attack in Europe, the rise of the Muslim Brotherhood, the rebirth of Al Qaeda, the continued drive of Iran to obtain an arsenal of defensive nuclear missiles, Russian and Chinese involvement, and widespread saber rattling, I admit it is difficult not to say the final Middle East war of this age will occur this year or in 2013, but I still believe it is more likely to begin at some point in time between 2014 and 2016. The counterattack of the King of the North against the King of the South is well planned militarily, and I believed the current mass confusion in the Middle East does not give itself to a well executed scenario.

Syria and weapons of mass destruction

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Syria has allegedly researched, and manufactured, weapons of mass destruction. On July 23, 2012 Syria admitted to possessing a stockpile of chemical weapons which it claims are reserved for national defense against foreign countries[1].

Western non-governmental organizations have stated they believe Syria has an active chemical weapons program.[2][3][4][5] Syria is one of seven non-signatories to the Chemical Weapons Convention of 1993,[6] though it denied that it had chemical weapons[7] until admitting it possessed such weapons in 2012.[8]

Syria is a party to the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty and maintains a civil nuclear program. On September 6, 2007, Israel unilaterally bombed a site in Syria which it believed had hosted a nuclear reactor under construction. U.S. intelligence officials claimed low confidence that the site was meant for weapons development.[9] Syrian President Bashar al-Assad has said the site in discussion was just “a military site under construction”[10] and that Syria’s goal is a nuclear-free Middle East.[11] Syria allowed the IAEA to visit the site on June 23, 2008, taking environmental samples that revealed the presence of man-made uranium and other materials consistent with a reactor. On May 24, 2011, IAEA Director General Amano released a report which assessed that the destroyed facility was a reactor, and the IAEA Board of Governors voted 17-6 (with 11 abstentions) to report this as non-compliance to the UN Security Council.

Chemical

Syria reportedly manufactures Sarin, Tabun, VX, and mustard gas types of chemical weapons.[12]

Syria is one of only 7 nations which is not a party to the Chemical Weapons Convention.

While Syria has recently publicly admitted to its chemical weapons program, confirming Israeli allegations. Syrian officials have stated that they feel it appropriate to have some deterrent against Israel’s similarly non-admitted nuclear weapons program when questioned about the topic. They have also stated they would use such weapons against other countries.

Independent assessments indicate that Syrian production could be up to a combined total of a few hundred tons of chemical agent per year.

Facilities

Syrian chemical weapons production facilities have been identified by Western nonproliferation experts at approximately 5 sites, plus one suspected weapons base:[13]

• Al Safir (Scud missile base)
• Cerin
• Hama
• Homs
• Latakia
• Palmyra

2007 explosion

Main article: July 2007 Syrian arms depot explosion

In July 2007, a Syrian arms depot exploded, killing at least 15 Syrians. Jane’s Defence Weekly, a U.S. magazine reporting on military and corporate affairs, believed that the explosion happened when Iranian and Syrian military personnel attempted to fit a Scud missile with a mustard gas warhead. Syria stated that the blast was accidental and not chemical related.[14]

2012 Statement

In July 2012, a spokesman for the foreign ministry indicated that it would use chemical and biological weapons if they were attacked by foreign powers to intervene in the Syrian Civil War. The same spokesman said that it would never use these weapons against Syrian citizens.[8]

Biological

The site at Cerin is also associated with an active biological weapons research and production program.

According to NATO Consultant Dr Jill Dekker, Syria has worked on: anthrax, plague, tularemia, botulinium, smallpox, aflotoxin, cholera, ricin and camelpox, and has used Russian help in installing anthrax in missile warheads. She also stated “they view their bio-chemical arsenal as part of a normal weapons program”.[15]

Nuclear

Open nuclear programs

Syria is a signatory to the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty and has repeatedly attempted to purchase small research type nuclear reactors from China, Russia, Argentina, or other countries. Despite these purchases being openly disclosed and IAEA monitored, international pressure has caused all these reactor purchases to be cancelled. Syria has open and IAEA monitored nuclear research programs including a Chinese made non-reactor miniature neutron source.[16]

On November 26, 2008 the IAEA Board of Governors approved technical aid for Syria despite Western allegations that the country had a secret atomic program that could eventually be used to make weapons. China, Russia and developing nations, criticized Western “political interference” that they said undermined the IAEA’s programme to foster civilian atomic energy development.[17] The top U.N. nuclear official also strongly rebuked Western powers for trying to deny the request, saying this shouldn’t be done without evidence and merely on the existence of an investigation.[18]

Two hours for Syrian chemical weapons to reach Lebanon. Four armies prepared

DEBKAfile Exclusive Report

July 22, 2012, 10:47 PM (GMT+02:00)

Israeli, Turkish and Jordanian armies and US Middle East forces were on the ready Sunday, July 22, in case Syrian chemical weapons moved toward Lebanon, DEBKAfile reports. Acting in unison, those armies are watching out for the slightest movement, because it would take just two hours to cover the distance from Syria to the Hizballah-controlled Bakaa Valley of Lebanon. Their arrival there would mean a war. So the IDF prefers to stop the arsenal in its tracks before it reaches the Lebanese border.

Assad rebuilds fighting command, retaliates against Turkey

DEBKAfile Exclusive Report

Assad quickly recovered from the loss of his four top allies last Wednesday, July 18 and replaced them with a new command for fighting the rebels headed by his brother Gen. Maher Assad, DEBKAfile reports exclusively. Gen. Ali Mamloukh is new General Security Service head; Gen. Hafez Makhlouf military commander of Damascus; and Gen. Ali Hassan chief of the Alawite Shabiha militia. Assad retaliated against Turkey by letting Kurdish PKK rebels fighting Turkey from Iraq set up bases in Syria, from which they launched their first attack.

A Hizballah suicide terror revival launched by the Burgas bus bombing

DEBKAfile Special Report

July 20, 2012, 1:29 PM (GMT+02:00)

The suicide bombing attack in Bulgaria which left five Israelis dead and more than 30 injured on July 18 is seen by Western intelligence and counter-terror sources as marking Hizballah’s regression to its old tactics. After a 17-year break, the Lebanese terrorist group is again sending suicide killers to murder Israelis and Jews. Israel’s counter-terror agencies failed to pick up on this. While they are catching up, Iran and Hizballah will take the chance for more violence – unless Israel restores its deterrence with a firm hand.
