I dealt with the zones of nuclear radiation spread from 1952 to 1971, which was the reason I boldly stated some 5 days ago that “its effect on the U.S. would be of no consequence.” Some newscasts have blown the danger to the U.S. to great heights.

I lost track long ago of how many radiological plots I worked up involving where the nuclear particles would flow with the low to high level winds if a nuclear bomb were dropped at any specific location. It was very important to know in advance where the fallout would travel in 6, 12, 24, and 36 hours for military US and Soviet Union Targets. I plotted my first Radiological Fallout Plots in 1952.
During the Soviet Hydrogen Bomb Tests on Novaya Zemlya Island in the Kara Sea, they tried to select a favorable time for detonation such that the fallout would affect unpopulated areas. The most favorable fallout track was between Franz Josef Island and North Island into the Arctic Ocean north of the Laptev Sea, the Siberian Islands, the East Siberian Sea, and the northeastern tip of the Soviet Union. I was required to provide a forecast when a detonation occurred, predicting when the upper plume would exit Soviet airspace. It was possible to collect a sample for the examination of how far they had come in their technological nuclear development.
If a meltdown of the Nuclear Reactors does occur in northern Japan, it will not produce an explosive cloud plume that pushes above the tropopause level into the stratosphere. I doubt if it would go any higher than 10,000 feet, so
its effect on the US would be of no consequence.

There is a fantastic degree of difference between the classic radiation released from the detonation of a nuclear bomb and a nuclear reactor meltdown, especially in the area it covers. The nuclear reactor is built using uranium at a lower level of ability to release the unbelievable power of a nuclear bomb. There is no danger of reactors producing a nuclear explosion like the classic nuclear plume cloud, which blasts up through the tropopause into the hydrosphere to heights above 60,000 feet, and can be spread around the earth above the tropopause, because the radioactive particles do not have moisture to condense on them, thereby making them heavy enough to fall quickly back to earth.
Dardanelle MBC has a nuclear reactor just across Dandanelle Lake from its front door and we have been provided with an escape route to take if there is a reactor problem.
We have a standard joke about loving to fish in the warm water near the reactor during the winter, and because we can see the fish since they glow in the dark.
The nuclear meltdown would cause dangerous releases of radiation in those areas lying downwind from the reactors during the period of meltdown. The shifting of winds below 10,000 feet would determine the area affected. My guess, repeat guess, of the maximum area of dangerous radiation would be 50 to 100 miles.

CHAPTER 11 – THE HEAVEN DEPARTS

Revelation 6:14- And the heaven departed as a scroll when it is rolled together; and every mountain and island were moved out of their places.
In Birth Pang Number 4 we went into specific detail as to the meaning of “and every mountain and island were moved out of their places.” I am convinced this Scripture, along with “and every island fled away, and the mountains were not found,” means that the tectonic plates, shown in figure 3, will shift sufficiently to change the latitudinal and longitudinal mini-second coordinates of every island and mountain on the face of the earth. This will produce wave after wave of unbelievable earthquake activity rippling through the horizontal and vertical structure of the earth. At the same time this fantastic earthquake scenario is occurring, the heaven will depart “as a scroll when it is rolled together.” The shifting of the plates produces both phenomena: earthquakes by an unlocking of pent-up pressures along plate boundaries, and a departure of the heavenly view by smoke from volcanic eruptions along the same moving boundaries.
I am convinced that the shifting of the plates will generate the formation of chains of volcanic eruptions, pictured in figure 10, along all the boundaries shown in figure 3. God, who made everything I have described to the point, has also created, around the entire earth, a great temperature inversion shroud in the lower section of the stratosphere, just above the tropopause. Any time there is a moderate to severe vertical volcanic eruption, smoke is forcefully injected through the tropopause, and then trapped beneath the temperature inversion of the stratosphere. There is virtually no moisture above the tropopause and, since the smoke particles cannot be made heavy enough to fall earthward by condensation of water vapor on them, the smoke remains suspended in the lower section of the stratosphere for five to fifteen years. The winds in the lower section of the stratosphere spread the volcanic smoke around the entire envelope of atmosphere that surrounds the earth over a two to four year period. Figure 11 portrays the great temperature inversion that exists through the stratosphere around the entire earth. As the smoke attempts to rise through this inversion it soon reaches a temperature near its own, and then begins to flatten out into a great shield of smoke, a shield that is then carried by upper level winds to produce an earth encompassing cloud throughout the lower stratosphere.
Have you ever really looked at all the Old and New Testament prophecies that describe the appearance of the heavenly bodies during the last three and one-half years of the Tribulation Period? Let us now consider just a few of them, to see if we can correlate them with the increasing severity from start to finish.
Revelation 8:12 – And the fourth angel sounded, and the third part of the sun was smitten, and the third part of the moon, and the third part of the stars; so as the third part of them was darkened, and the day shone not for a third part of it, and the night likewise.
Joel 2:30,31 – And I will shew wonders in the heavens and in the earth, blood, and fire, and pillars of smoke. [31] The sun shall be turned into darkness, and the moon into blood, before the great and the terrible day of the Lord come.

Joel 2:10 – The earth shall quake before them; the heavens shall tremble: the sun and the moon shall be dark, and the stars shall withdraw their shining:
Matthew 24:29 – Immediately after the tribulation of those days shall the sun be darkened,
and the moon shall not give her light, and the stars shall fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens shall be shaken:
How can this be? One prophet says you will not be able to see the sun, moon, and stars about one-third of the time, but another says you won’t be able to see them at all. These prophecies are fulfilled gradually over the last three and one-half years of the Tribulation Period, and the prophets have been given visions of the effects on the view of the heavenly bodies from the earth, at different times, during this period. Let us assume that the last three and on-half years of the Tribulation Period have begun, and a person is standing at point “X” on figure 12. This person could look up and see the sun, moon, or stars from this vantage point on the earth’s surface without obstruction. Now, let’s allow figure 12 to become alive, with the winds of the stratosphere moving the volcanic smoke clouds around the earth in patches. Within a few hours after you had made your unobstructed observation of the sun, moon, or stars, the thin leading edge of the volcanic cloud would begin to move between you and the heavenly bodies. If it were night, the moon would turn blood red. If it were day, the sun would be darkened.
Within an hour or so the thicker part of the volcanic smoke shield would move over you, and the sun, moon, or stars would completely disappear from view. After a few more hours the back side of the cloud would move past, and you would once again be enjoying a clear space between volcanic cloud patches, such that the sun, moon, or stars would again be visible. This scenario would be repeated over and over again during the last three and one-half years of the Tribulation Period, but on a gradually worsening trend. You would not be able to see the sun, moon, or stars about one-third of the time – at times the moon would be blood red and the sun black as sackcloth of hair – and sometimes you could not see any of the heavenly bodies. All of this is exactly what the Old and New Testament prophets observed in their visions. These are a part of the “signs in the sun, and in the moon, and in the stars” prophesied by Luke.
Luke 21:25,26 – And there shall be signs in the sun, and in the moon, and in the stars; and upon the earth distress of nations, with perplexity; the sea and the waves roaring; [26] Men’s hearts failing them for fear, and for looking after those things which are coming on the earth: for the powers of heaven shall be shaken.
At this point it may seem I have been sidetracked from explaining “and the heaven departed as a scroll when it is rolled together,” but everything up to this point has been for that very purpose. In Revelation 6:14, the word used for heaven is “ouranos,” and there are three of them: (1) The heaven where God dwells, (2) The heaven that makes up our atmosphere, and (3) The heaven were the sun, moon, stars, and other heavenly bodies dwell, that is, the universe. It is the latter to which John refers. The word used for departed is “apechoristhe,” which, in this case, simply means “was removed from view.” John is saying he saw what the Hebrews considered heaven (sun, moon, and stars) removed from his view. When something or someone departs, or is removed, it is no longer visible to the one from which it departed. John says that the heaven disappeared from his view, and then tells us the manner in which it disappeared: “as a scroll when it is rolled together.”
In figure 13 you can see the likeness of a Hebrew scroll. If while you were reading the scroll it was slowly rolled together, then it could be truly stated that the writing departed from your view, “as a scroll when it is rolled together.” In his vision John looked up into what the Hebrews considered one of the heavens and, as he watched, the heavenly bodies slowly disappeared over a period of time. This is exactly what will occur during the period of time we identify as the last three and one-half years of the Tribulation Period.
It will occur like the slow rolling together of a scroll, such that by the end of the Tribulation Period a continuous cloud band of smoke will completely engulf the earth in the lower section of the stratosphere. No one will be able to see the sun, moon, or stars through the thick shroud at the Battle of Armageddon. It is through the great stratospheric cloud shown in figure 14 that the author believes the Lord shall return at the end of the Tribulation Period.
WHAT IMMEDIATELY PRECEDES MALACHI 5:1-3 IS VERY COMFORTING
Malachi 3:16 to 4:3 – THEN THEY THAT FEARED THE LORD SPAKE OFTEN ONE TO ANOTHER: and the Lord hearkened, and heard it, and a book of remembrance was written before him for them THAT FEARED THE LORD, AND THAT THOUGHT UPON HIS NAME.
17] AND THEY SHALL BE MINE, saith the Lord of hosts, IN THE DAY WHEN I MAKE UP MY JEWELS: and I will spare them, as a man spareth his own son THAT SERVETH HIM.
[18] Then shall ye return, and discern between the righteous and the wicked, between him that serveth God and him that serveth him not. [1] For, behold, the day cometh, that shall burn as an oven; and all the proud, yea, and all that do wickedly, shall be stubble: and the day that cometh shall burn them up, saith the Lord of hosts, that it shall leave them neither root nor branch.
[2] But unto you that fear my name shall the Sun of righteousness arise with healing in his wings; and ye shall go forth, and grow up as calves of the stall. [3] And ye shall tread down the wicked; for they shall be ashes under the soles of your feet in the day that I shall do this, saith the Lord of hosts.
Christ paid the price for all who would believe the promise of Genesis 3:15 and call upon the name of the Lord. All of the saved will live in heaven where the New Jerusalem City will be located.
But only the saved God judges to be his jewels will live in this city which is 3/5 the size of the United States.
Genesis 3:15 – And I will put enmity between thee and the woman, and between thy seed and her seed; it shall bruise thy head, and thou shalt bruise his heel.
Genesis 4:25,26 – And Adam knew his wife again; and she bare a son, and called his name Seth: For God, said she, hath appointed me another seed instead of Abel, whom Cain slew. [26] And to Seth, to him also there was born a son; and he called his name Enos: then began men to call upon the name of the Lord.
Jesus emptied himself and died to pay the full price for sins for all men from Adam to the end of the millennial age, and granted salvation to all who placed their faith in his seed and called on the name of the Lord. He finished the work on the cross.
Philippians 2:6-11 – Who, being in the form of God, thought it not robbery to be equal with God: [7] But made himself of no reputation, and took upon him the form of a servant, and was made in the likeness of men: [8] And being found in fashion as a man, he humbled himself, and became obedient unto death, even the death of the cross. [9] Wherefore God also hath highly exalted him, and given him a name which is above every name: [10] That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth; [11] And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.
John 19:30 – When Jesus therefore had received the vinegar, he said, It is finished: and he bowed his head, and gave up the ghost.
I Corinthians 1:17,18 – For Christ sent me not to baptize, but to preach the gospel: not with wisdom of words, lest the cross of Christ should be made of none effect. [18] For the preaching of the cross is to them that perish foolishness; but unto us which are saved it is the power of God.
I Corinthians 2:2,5 – For I determined not to know any thing among you, save Jesus Christ, and him crucified. [5] That your faith should not stand in the wisdom of men, but in the power of God.
Romans 10:17 – So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.
Romans 10:13 – For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.
Matthew 13:44 – Again, the kingdom of heaven is like unto treasure hid in a field; t he which w
hen a man hath found, he hideth, and for joy thereof goeth and selleth all that he hath, and buyeth that field.
The treasure represents the saved of all the ages since Genesis 3:15. Jesus emptied himself as God, and took the sins of mankind in his sinless flesh as the son of David. The field is the world and the treasure is found in the hearts of all the saved. Christ bought back our souls by giving his precious life and blood as the full price for the full redemption of all who would place their faith in him.
I Peter 2:22-25 – Who did no sin, neither was guile found in his mouth: [23] Who, when he was reviled, reviled not again; when he suffered, he threatened not; but committed himself to him that judgeth righteously: [24] Who his own self bare our sins in his own body on the tree, that we, being dead to sins, should live unto righteousness: by whose stripes ye were healed. [25] For ye were as sheep going astray; but are now returned unto the Shepherd and Bishop of your souls.
Christ died for all those he saved from Adam to the time of the final Heaven age following the Millennial. All the FAITHFUL saved during that period will be placed by God in the New Jerusalem City. They are the JEWELS of God. I was not born before the crucifixion, nor were you. If you want to live in that city I would advise you to be serving in one of his local churches, for he gave his life for it as well as all those who are saved but don’t belong to one of his local churches. In the time we are living the local church that is still preaching the truth is considered by God to be a pearl of great price among God’s great treasure.
Ephesians 5:25-27 – Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the church, and gave himself for it; [26] That he might sanctify and cleanse it with the washing of water by the word, [27] That he might present it to himself a glorious church, not having spot, or wrinkle, or any such thing; but that it should be holy and without blemish.
IT’S NO TIME TO NOT ASSEMBLE TOGETHER IN ONE OF HIS CHURCHES
Hebrews 10:25 – Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is; but exhorting one another: and so much the more, as ye see the day approaching.
Matthew 13:45,46 – Again, the kingdom of heaven is like unto a merchant man, seeking goodly pearls: [46] Who, when he had found one pearl of great price, went and sold all that he had, and bought it.
Your faithfulness in service to God after you are saved will be rewarded in heaven after his coming before his Second Advent.
Revelation 11:15 – And the seventh angel sounded; and there were great voices in heaven, saying, The kingdoms of this world are become the kingdoms of our Lord, and of his Christ; and he shall reign for ever and ever.
Revelation 11:18 – And the nations were angry, and thy wrath is come, and the time of the dead, that they should be judged, and that thou shouldest give reward unto thy servants the prophets, and to the saints, and them that fear thy name, small and great; and shouldest destroy them which destroy the earth.
Revelation 22:12 – And, behold, I come quickly; and my reward is with me, to give every man according as his work shall be.
Revelation 22:14 – Blessed are they that do his commandments, that they may have right to the tree of life, and may enter in through the gates into the city.
