Obama’s New Deal Repairing of America’s infrastructure has always ranked as the great desperation, far left, liberal card to take over the country and control it. On the surface it does indeed appear to be able to produce countless new jobs whose paychecks will come from the government, and as paymaster the
government will decide who does what, when, where, and how. If the private sector creates
the jobs the control of the employees remains local, repeat local, and there cannot be unified, repeat unified, nationwide control of the masses of the people. But if government controls the masses by paychecks there can be nationwide
control by government. In the past the Presidents introducing massive infrastructure changes to provide jobs have not been trying to take over dictatorial control of America. How much do you trust our current President to continue that practice without interfering with our individual freedoms? The government will decide who gets the contracts for the massive rebuilding projects, and create even more corruption in an already corrupt Washington system of handouts to political buddies.
Obama’s dream is to destroy the American system of capitalism and change it
to a system of solid governmental control under socialism control of the masses.
Yes, what Obama is proposing is the quickest way to create massive numbers of jobs, but it will bankrupt us internationally, and create an internal circular flow of government money that adds nothing to our economy within our capitalistic system. Obama’s New Deal change will supply a short term relief that will eventually lead to a national disaster, which would likely result in a government takeover of freedoms Americans have enjoyed under its constitution since, and as, it has changed by the people, and for the people.
“Down and Dirty” is a poker expression – The last card in 7 card stud poker is said to be dealt as “down” because it is dealt face down so only its recipient can lift it’s corner up to see what it is – quite the opposite from the ‘transparency” Obama said he would employ in his administration, which has been one of closed doors and dark dealings of “dirty” politics for future takeovers.
According to Answer.Com Dictionary, “Down and Dirty,” when used as an informal adjective, means: Intently and fiercely competitive, often unscrupulously so: When opponents do their down-and-dirty best to bewitch, bother, and bewilder him” [By Phil Anastasia]
When used as an Idiom in politics it means: “Vicious, not governed by any rules of decency, as in ‘The candidates are getting down and dirty early in campaign’ [Slang: Early 1980’s]”
