As geologists have run “to and fro” across the earth our knowledge has been greatly increased as to the method that God has, and does, use in reshaping the earth’s crust and interior. We now know that the outer crust of the earth’s surface actually floats on an underlying layer of molten rock known as magma. When magma bursts forth onto the earth’s surface it is called lava. These plates of floating crust (called tectonic plates) are gigantic in size. The largest, the Pacific Plate, consists of virtually the entire Pacific Ocean seafloor. The plates come toge ther
along their edges, and these zones of contact are called faults. There are several types of faults that exist along tectonic plate borders, but it is not the purpose of this discourse to teach structural geology, so I will merely identify all these faults as cracks or flaws in the earth’s surface, which reach far down into a worldwide sea of magma beneath the tectonic plate crust (See Figure 3 under Birth Pangs). The dashed lines on Figure 3 are the major faults or “cracks” that exist between the plates. The arrows indicate the general movement of the plates as they drift ever so slowly over the underlying sea
of magma in response to its convective currents. As you can see in Figure 3, the Jordan Valley rift fault is merely a very small part of the endless linkage of fault lines that weave across the surface of the globe. Another bit of the “to and fro” knowledge that has increased for man “in the end times” is discovery of the fact that some 95 percent or the world’s earthquakes, and about 90 percent of all volcanic eruptions occur along the fault lines shown on Figure 3. Man has learned that the earthquakes occurring along these fault lines are primarily the result of sudden readjustment movements between the plate boundaries, such as the well publicized San Andreas Fault in California.
There are numerous phenomena that affect the conduct of these tectonic plates. In the last 200 years man has gained sufficient knowledge to know that God has a law of universal gravitation. Sir Isaac Newton wrote the law as follows: “Every body in the universe attracts every other body in the universe with a force that varies directly as the product of their masses and inversely as the square of the distances between the two masses.” It was this principle that allowed man to eventually understand the ocean tides of the earth. There are many different types of tides, but man has learned that the highest tides occur when the sun, moon, and earth are in a perfect straight line alignment. This kind of alignment causes the oceans to be pulled outward from the earth by gravitational force to a maximum convex bulge.
Not only does this gravitational pull affect the water surface of the earth – it also pulls the earth’s crust outward toward the sun and moon, but the crust of the earth has been able to accept this amount of gravitational pull without disastrous effects up to the present time. However, I am persuaded that God will use his universal gravitational law to EVENTUALLY bring about a worldwide shift of the tectonic plates, and that, WHEN this shifting DOES occur, it will be accompanied by chains of earthquake and volcanic activity like the world of man has never known.
I am waiting for the “EVENTUALLY” of the preceding paragraph, and when it DOES finally OCCUR, it will produce chains of earthquake and volcanic activity as the scriptures indicate. I have always believed it would occur in conjunction with the fall of Jerusalem to the Antichrist, which I guesstimate likely to occur prior to 2015.
However, if I am still alive when a new year dawns in 2015, I will still believe that the “EVENTUALLY” will still be in the immediate future. During the earth’s long history it’s crust has become increasingly brittle, and the day will come when all this pulling out and then pulling in by the gravitation galactic forces that have daily affected it, will bring it to the point that a great future earthquake will trigger a massive chain of earthquakes to release the pressure points and tension zones that have been built up along the plate boundaries. It will mark the time of visitation by God in judgment by a horrific release of tectonic chaos.

An alarmed Iran asks for outside help to stop rampaging Stuxnet malworm

Tehran this week secretly appealed to a number of computer security experts in West and East Europe with offers of handsome fees for consultations on ways to exorcize the Stuxnet worm spreading havoc through the computer networks and administrative software of its most important industrial complexes and military command centers. DEBKAfile’s intelligence and Iranian sources report Iran turned for outside help after local computer experts failed to remove the destructive virus.
None of the foreign experts has so far come forward because Tehran refuses to provide precise information on the sensitive centers and systems under attack and give the visiting specialists the locations where they would need to work. They were not told whether they would be called on
to work outside Tehran or given access to affected sites to study how they function and how the malworm managed to disable them.
Iran also refuses to give out data on the changes its engineers have made to imported SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) systems, mostly from Germany.
The impression DEBKAfile sources gained Wednesday, Sept. 29 from talking to European computer experts approached for aid was that the Iranians are getting desperate. Not only have their own attempts to defeat the invading worm failed, but they made matters worse: The malworm became more aggressive and returned to the attack on parts of the systems damaged in the initial attack.
One expert said: “The Iranians have been forced to realize that they would be better off not ‘irritating’ the invader because it hits back with a bigger punch.”
Looking beyond Iran’s predicament, he wondered whether the people responsible for planting Stuxnet in Iran – and apparently continuing to offload information from its sensitive systems – have the technology for stopping its rampage. “My impression,” he said, “is that somebody outside Iran has partial control at least on its spread. Can this body stop malworm in its tracks or kill it? We don’t have that information at present, he said.
As it is, the Iranian officials who turned outside for help were described by another of the experts they approached as alarmed and frustrated. It has dawned on them that the trouble cannot be waved away overnight but is around for the long haul. Finding a credible specialist with the magic code for ridding them of the cyber enemy could take several months. After their own attempts to defeat Stuxnet backfired, all the Iranians can do now is to sit back and hope for the best, helpless to predict the worm’s next target and which other of their strategic industries will go down or be robbed of its secrets next.
While Tehran has given out several conflicting figures on the systems and networks struck by the malworm – 30,000 to 45,000 industrial units – DEBKAfile’s sources cite security experts as putting the figure much higher, in the region of millions. If this is true, then this cyber weapon attack on Iran would be the greatest ever.
