New IDF Negev Wilderness Base in War Contingency Evacuation Zone

The IDF is about to build a Mega-Base in the vast Negev Wilderness.
The particulars of this area as a war contingency evacuation are fully covered in Archive Prophecy Update Numbers 5 through 12.
The Wise Men who saw the Star over Bethlehem are traditionally said to have come from the area of Susa, the ancient capital of Persian, now identified as Shush in Iran. Susa was located about 150 miles east of the Tigris River
Some of the ancient kings of Persia were very gracious to Jews, issuing decrees to allow them to return to Israel and rebuild Jerusalem and its temple.
The Wise Men of Persia came to Israel to worship a Jew born a King, bringing him gifts of worship. How sad the present descendants of the Persians in Iran want to send nuclear warhead gifts to destroy the Jews. There seem to be very few wise men left in Iran.
Matthew 2:1,2 – Now when Jesus was born in Bethlehem of Judaea in the days of Herod the king, behold, there came wise men from the east to Jerusalem, [2] Saying, Where is he that is born King of the Jews? for we have seen his star in the east, and are come to worship him.
We now find the descendants of the Wise Men preparing to launch a war to destroy all the Jews and unbelieving Christian infidels, and the Jews continuing to build facilities in the Negev to defend themselves.
This will be a very valuable installation for Israel, particularly after she is driven into the Negev Wilderness. Israel chose the Negev Wilderness as its war contingency evacuation area in 1948 and it is where one-third of its Jewish population will flee. From the fleeing to the Second Advent of the Messiah, (a period of some three and one-half years), Zechariah 13:8, Revelation 12:6 and 14, Daniel 7:24,25, Zechariah 13:9, Daniel 7:26,27, Luke 21;27,28 and Zechariah 14:8,9, will be fulfilled. These Scriptures are printed in chronological immediately following, and a full exposition of these are found in Archive Prophecy Update Numbers 233B, 234A, 235A, 236A, and 236B.
We are on the threshold of the King who the Wise Men came to worship returning to rule over the descendants of Abraham and all mankind.
Zechariah 13:8 – And it shall come to pass, that in all the land, saith the Lord, two parts therein shall be cut off and die; but the third shall be left therein.
Revelation 12:6 – And the woman fled into the wilderness, where she hath a place prepared of God, that they should feed her there a thousand two hundred and threescore days.
(1260 days = 3 and one-half prophetic years of 360 days)
Revelation 12:14 – And to the woman were given two wings of a great eagle, that she might fly into the wilderness, into her place, where she is nourished for a time, and times, and half a time, from the face of the serpent. [Times (2 years) + a Time (1 Year) + Half a Time = 1260 days]
Daniel 7:24,25 – And the ten horns out of this kingdom are ten kings that shall arise: and another shall rise after them; and he shall be diverse from the first, and he shall subdue three kings. [25] And he shall speak great words against the most High, and shall wear out the saints of the most High, and think to change times and laws: and they shall be given into his hand until a time and times and the dividing of time.
Zechariah 13:9 – And I will bring the third part through the fire, and will refine them as silver is refined, and will try them as gold is tried: they shall call on my name, and I will hear them: I will say, It is my people: and they shall say, The Lord is my God.
Luke 21:27,28 – And then shall they see the Son of man coming in a cloud with power and great glory.
[28] And when these things begin to come to pass, then look up, and lift up your heads; for your redemption draweth nigh.
Daniel 7:26-27 – But the judgment shall sit, and they shall take away his dominion, to consume and to destroy it unto the end. [27] And the kingdom and dominion, and the greatness of the kingdom under the whole heaven, shall be given to the people of the saints of the most High, whose kingdom is an everlasting kingdom, and all dominions shall serve and obey him.
Zechariah 14:8,9 – And it shall be in that day, that living waters shall go out from Jerusalem; half of them toward the former sea, and half of them toward the hinder sea: in summer and in winter shall it be. [9] And the Lord shall be king over all the earth: in that day shall there be one Lord, and his name one.

IDF to start digging for controversial base in Negev

The Defense Ministry is to begin earthworks in the coming days for the future Israel Defense Forces mega-base south of the Ramat Hovav industrial zone in the Negev.
A groundbreaking ceremony that had been scheduled for this week has been postponed, ministry sources said yesterday.
Environmental groups had tried to delay the work, arguing that the health impact of putting the base near the industrial zone had not been assessed. They oppose the plan for the scheme to be approved by the planning and construction committee for security-related facilities, which has the authority to expedite such a project.
Green Course, a university students’ environmental group, said that no public representatives serve on this committee, as they do on regular planning and construction committees, and that its work is not transparent.
The Union for Environmental Defense (UED) last week petitioned the Be’er Sheva District Court against the approval process for
the base. The petition, which will be heard next month, demands that the committee not be allowed to approve the building of the base until the complete plan has gone through regular committee channels for planning and construction.
Based on previous rulings of the High Court of Justice, the UED says the approval process should be conducted with caution when it comes to large complexes.
“This plan has been given considerable public exposure, and its discussion has been going on for years, so there are no elements of urgency and secrecy that would justify approving it by the special committee,” the petition states.
The Ramat Hovav Local Council presented its plan for dealing with industrial waste last week at the Sderot Conference.
Council representatives said that by 2010 air pollution emissions from Ramat Hovav smokestacks will be reduced by 95 percent, and other kinds of emissions will be
reduced by 66 percent.
The council also said that by next year practically no odor or air pollution damage will be felt beyond its boundaries, and in two years, civilian and military activities can take place with no adverse health effects.
But the council recommended moving the Bedouin living in the area to permanent dwellings. “It’s impossible to live in corrugated tin shacks and tents so close to chemical industries,” council CEO Yossi Ziv said.
