BLESSED ARE THE POOR IN SPIRIT: FOR THEIRS IS THE KINGDOM OF HEAVEN
UNTIL YOU LET GOD HUMBLE YOU PERSONALLY – HE WILL NOT TEACH YOU MUCH ABOUT PROPHECY.
MANY CHURCH PASTORS AND TEACHERS NEVER DO UNDERSTAND THIS, BUT I ASSURE YOU, THEY WERE ALL BORN TOTALLY DEPRAVED JUST LIKE ME, AND I REALLY DIDN’T KNOW MUCH ABOUT BAPTISM UNTIL GOD BEGAN TO TEACH. I KNEW LITTLE ABOUT IT OR WALKING AND LEARNING WHAT I SHOULD UNTIL MY LAST BREATH.
AFTER SALVATION BY GRACE, GOD REWARDS SAVED SOULS WHO LIVE AS A BONDSERVANT AND WALK IN RESPONSE TO GOD’S SPIRIT TO THE END OF THEIR PHYSICAL LIFE, BUT VERY FEW DO. MANY ETERNALLY SAVED SOULS FIGHT HARD TO WALK AGAINST THE PRICE OF A BONDSERVANT AND NEVER HAVE A GOOD REPORT BY HOPE.
Hebrews 11:1-4 Now faith is the substance of things hoped for the evidence of things not seen. [2] For by it the elders obtained a good report. [3] Through faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God, so that things which are seen were not made of things which do appear. [4] By faith Abel offered unto God a more excellent sacrifice than Cain, by which he obtained witness that he was righteous, God testifying of his gifts: and by it he being DEAD yet SPEAKETH.
Abel was DEAD in his father, the first ADAM, but ALIVE and still SPEAKS in the Promised Seed of Genesis 3:15, the second ADAM, Christ Jesus.
ADAM had GOD’S TESTIMONY that God would send a seed that would end the control Satan gained over man by crushing Satan’s power, knowing it would bruise his own body in doing so.
God’s sacrificial gift of innocent blood in Genesis 3:21 was a picture of the covering (kaphar) for sin an innocent animal skin temporarily provided to cover a human’s sins, until the Seed came and eternally offered Himself as the one and only perfect sacrifice for all sin.
Genesis 3:15 – And I will put enmity between thee and the woman, and between thy seed and her seed; it shall bruise thy head, and thou shalt bruise his heel.
Genesis 3:21 – Unto Adam also and to his wife did the Lord God make coats of skins, and clothed them.
Isaiah 53:5,6 – But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed. [6] All we like sheep have gone astray; we have turned every one to his own way; and the Lord hath laid on him the iniquity of us all.
Hebrews 7:25 – Wherefore he is able also to save them to the uttermost that come unto God by him, seeing he ever liveth to make intercession for them
Hebrews 10:14 – For by ONE OFFERING he hath perfected for ever them that are sanctified.
I Corinthians 15:20-24 – But now is Christ risen from the dead, and become the firstfruits of them that slept. [21] For since by man came death, by man came also the resurrection of the dead. [22] For as in Adam all die, even so in Christ shall all be made alive. [23] But every man in his own order: Christ the firstfruits; afterward they that are Christ’s at his coming. [24] Then cometh the end, when he shall have delivered up the kingdom to God, even the Father; when he shall have put down all rule and all authority and power.
Romans 10:1-4 – Brethren, my heart’s desire and prayer to God for Israel is, that they might be saved. [2] For I bear them record that they have a zeal of God, but not according to knowledge. [3] For they being ignorant of God’s righteousness, and going about to establish their own righteousness have not submitted themselves unto the righteousness of God. [4] For Christ is the end of the law for righteousness to every one that believeth.
I Corinthians 15:34 – Awake to righteousness, and sin not; for some have not the knowledge of God: I speak this to your shame.
Romans 4:1-8 – What shall we say then that Abraham our father, as pertaining to the flesh, hath found? [2] For if Abraham were justified by works, he hath whereof to glory; but not before God. [3] For what saith the scripture? Abraham believed God, and it was counted unto him for righteousness. [4] Now to him that worketh is the reward not reckoned of grace, but of debt. [5] But to him that worketh not, but believeth on him that justifieth the ungodly, his faith is counted for righteousness. [6] Even as David also describeth the blessedness of the man, unto whom God imputeth righteousness without works, [7] Saying, Blessed are they whose iniquities are forgiven, and whose sins are covered. [8] Blessed is the man to whom the Lord will not impute sin.
