Why are Hizbullah, Syria, and Iran having a Council of War

Although Israel denies the claim by Hizbullah Leader Nasrallah he has missiles that can strike any part of Israel, I am quite convinced he does, and that Israel denies his claim in order to alleviate the fears of the part of Israel lying south of the latitudinal line passing through Tel Aviv.
I suspect the reason the UN forces have been unable to find any hidden missiles catches inside their patrol zone along Lebanonâ
€™s southernmost border is a very simple one – They are not hidden there as they were prior to last year’ s conflict between I
srael and Hizbullah.
Since last year’s conflict, Hizbullah has received thousands of missiles across the eastern border of Lebanon from Iran via Syria.
This flood of missiles has included many different types made in Russia, China, Iran, Syria, and North Korea.
Most of them are concealed north of last year’s Hizbullah dug-in cave complex, which began at Israel’s border and extended northward for about 20 miles.
The new missiles received by Hizbullah can be launched from further north in Lebanon because of their much greater range.
As an analyst, my guess is that Hizbullah, Syria, and Lebanon want to control Lebanon before launching a future consolidated attack against Israel. I believe that is the number 1 priority on their agenda at this moment, and they are now planning the best way to go about it, without getting Israel or the United Nations troops involved in their Lebanese takeover.
If Hizbillah was to attack the Lebanese Army from the east, being very careful not to enter the buffer zone between themselves and Israel, it is quite likely that Israel would not pour its troops through the United Nation’s buffer zone to help Lebanon. Such a scenario would see the quick defeat of the Lebanese Army by Hizbullah and the fall of Lebanon’s present government.
It would get Syria off the hook on the trial it is facing for the assassination of several Lebanese leaders over the last three years, and allow Syria and Iran to turn all of northern Lebanon north of the United Nations Buffer Zone into a secure arsenal of Hell for a future consolidated attack of 10 Islamic nations against the land from Dan to Beersheba.

IDF Says Hizbullah Hiding Rockets from UN Forces
Amos Harel (Ha’aretz)
July 23, 2007
Since its reinforced deployment last August, UNIFIL has carried out extensive searches in more than 90% of southern Lebanon’s open areas, where UN patrols have found and destroyed Hizbullah arms, including Katyusha launchers, Katyusha rockets and explosives.
As an alternative, Hizbullah is trying to transfer significant numbers of its short-range Katyusha rockets into built-up areas, mostly in the dozens of Shi’ite villages south of the Litani, to hide them from UNIFIL.
