THIS HAPPENS DURING THE TRIBULATION PERIOD
Revelation 11:15 – And the seventh angel sounded; and there were great voices in heaven, saying, The kingdoms of this world are become the kingdoms of our Lord, and of his Christ; and he shall reign for ever and ever.
THIS HAPPENS IN HEAVEN AFTER THE RAPTURE

THIS HAPPENS ON EARTH AFTER THE RAPTURE
and shouldest destroy them which destroy the earth.
IT IS A 7 VIAL WRATH OF GOD THAT DESTROYS THEM
No Human from earth will be allowed to come to heaven during the 7 vials of wrath, but a book of remembrance shall allow a remnant of Jews to come through 7 vials into his millennium. Among this remnant will be some Jews who believed during the vials and are resurrected at the end of the 7 vials.

Daniel 12:1-3 – And at that time shall Michael stand up, the great prince which standeth for the children of thy people: and there shall be a time of trouble, such as never was since there was a nation even to that same time: and at that time thy people shall be delivered, every one that shall be found written in the book. [2] And many of them that sleep in the dust of the earth shall awake, some to everlasting life, and some to shame and everlasting contempt. Jude 14,15 – And Enoch also, the seventh from Adam, prophesied of these, saying, Behold, the Lord cometh with ten thousands of his saints, [15] To execute judgment upon all, and to convince all that are ungodly among them of all their ungodly deeds which they have ungodly committed, and of all their hard speeches which ungodly sinners have spoken against him.
